EXECRABLE EXPERIENCE.
On June 25, they delivered a defective electronic product to me. It's really not evoMAG's fault, but it's entirely their fault that they haven't transferred my money back to my account yet. I've sent them 3 emails so far and ... in vain .They replied to me at the first email that the product is in service although I told them that I want to return the value of the product.
A complaint to the OPC follows.
