I had a problem with a refurbished printer, it was taken for a company. Being brought to a deplorable physical condition: scratches, cracks, yellowing, bending ... it looked like a printer used for 20 years. The problem was that they didn't want to return my printer at all and to buy another one from them (it's true that the 3 days passed when I could return the printer according to their policy, it sitting on the table not being plugged in). But it was no longer about their policy, but about the good sold online that did not match the pictures and description on the site. I emailed them, I went to the printer and to the headquarters, I made a complaint ... and they simply slammed us in the nose with a simple: "The product does not fit our return terms. Thank you." I also attach some pictures, in the pictures you can't really see how it is in reality, but to give you an idea. I tried to talk to the people from the headquarters to give me an email or a phone number from a bigger boss. .but so far I haven't succeeded. Now the printer is left more with force in their service until the case is solved. For their indifference I give them a star.
