Dear Maria, there is no need for identification because I don't want anything from you anymore. It is a busy period for everyone but the "rest" announces delays or delivers in 1-2 days. It's not about the long delivery time, the lack of communication is the part that bothers the worst. For me evoMag no longer exists in the list of options. Competition without "you" becomes a more viable option even if sometimes they have higher prices. At least I know for sure I'm getting the package.
