Horrible service, where they do not answer the phone or email unless you complain to ANAF, but they have systems to take your money instantly. I had no pretensions to solve it quickly, but what bothered me was that I was constantly ignored and that is unacceptable.
@ Maria, look at the month-and-a-half old emails on V30 + as well as the complaint from ANAF.
