LE. The day after giving this feedback, the order was processed and shipped without any explanation. It probably came later from the supplier. The product arrived in good condition. I'll add another star.

Disappointing! I waited a week without processing my order with the money blocked, because it was paid online, during which time I could buy at the same price from the competition that had enough stock. I understand the busy period and the difficult situations we all face, but customer experience = 0. I was not notified in any way, I do not answer emails, and the phone is unavailable, so you can not contact them. After 8 days I managed to talk to an operator (after waiting 30 minutes) and who did not know what was happening with the order, it seemed that it was not even processed. evoMAG, please take this review as feedback to help you improve your services. In principle, and especially in the current situation, I chose to support a Romanian business, but which does not really want to be helped. Looks like I messed it up more. Next time I will think twice.
