Reserved "new" product in the shop, paid in the showroom and after the product that had the box clearly resigned. I caught his attention, but he told me that I come from the producer. In the car I noticed the cutter's cutter on the box and I returned it, being, paradoxically, the last product in stock. Before me there was a gentleman in the same situation with a phone call. Unscumbered, re-sold product sold as new.

LE: I sent, on the mentioned address, the application accompanied by photos with the condition of the packaging. Apart from a confirmation of receipt and a totally processed refund (we remained with rates on the card) we did not receive any response. May ANPC move something. It's the choice of the customer if he or she takes on a re-packaged product or not. Do not beat your head.
