I had a complete breakdown of, not only my Internet connection, but also my computer and laptop. I was very frustrated. John Krystof recognized that I was unsettled and work slowly and carefully with me to get reattached. I can't remember all the steps or how many different ways he worked to get me connected, including taken control of my laptop, but after and hour and something we were connected and running well! I still need to invest in some new equipment and will probably have some follow up issues, but at least I'm able to connect don't feel so isolated in this technology world.
I hope when I call again, that I"m connected with John, I can't image anyone who could work better or more tenaciously with me that he. Many thanks, for not only saving me money monthly, but providing excellent and responsive support when needed. M. Curran
