I had such a positive customer experience with LB, Matt, and Hector. Thank you all so much for your help! While I was getting a flat screen mounted, the handyman destroyed the Ethernet cable with his drill-so frustrating!! I called EW to see if they can fix it.
While this was a very complex case, EW handled it exceptionally well. They went above-and-beyond to get this fixed for me and I m so grateful I had such kind, funny, and knowledgeable technicians. Now days, you just get pawned off to someone else or get the run around or get some half-measure attempt. Not for one second did that happen with this crew. I wish all companies and businesses followed EW s customer service approach. THANK YOU!!!
