I was able to get on the phone with a customer service rep right away who was able to assess the situation remotely then scheduled a technician to come and address the problem. We were so fortunate to have Larney as our technician, he was extremely patient with our property management group (they made him wait over an hour to get access to the correct utility room), and he went above and beyond to check the overall system as well as our individual unit to solve the problem. (The problem was unit-specific not because of Everywhere Wireless) Even after the internet was fixed, he waited to make sure our router was working correctly. Beyond being an expert at knowing the system and how to problem solve it, Larney was incredibly kind, professional, thorough and positive, which made all the difference.
