Could not recommend them more! They really saved us we went to another dealership to look at a car and had set an appointment, to drive three hours to be told to our face they loaned the car and had no idea when it would be back. It was horrible so we contacted evergreen because they had the same vehicle and they made our experience truly wonderful!!

They didn't know much about the cars o was interested in. I felt pressured to buy a car when I was just trying to compare cars. They never asked what I did or tryed to find me a better fit like the VW dealership did. They advertise that it was 30% off and after some quick math I realized it was more like 25%. They advertised special interest rates n financing and wouldn't give it to me even with great credit. On top of that they only wanted to give 450$ for my trade, that didn't bother me until I overheard the lady next to me getting paid the same 450$ with a nicer car. They could tone it down a notch on cologne or after shave too

I had been to five different Ford dealerships and chose this one because it was the only one I felt comfortable at. No pressure just smelling helpful staff!

My favorite part of this experience was the ease of it. And everyone was so friendly, and not only tolerated my hyper children, but interacted with them. My husband and I felt welcome and comfortable. I drove a LONG way to come look at this car (2 hours 1 way), at NIGHT, and the staff made the experience a breeze.

Excellent experience with Evergreen Ford! I purchased used and am a very picky buyer. Purchasing my vehicle was a 4 day process, not because of Evergreen but because of my own indecision and wanting to do multiple inspections and test drives. Evergreen was 100% willing to cater to my needs and ridiculous requests every step of the way. Had family in town from out of state with me and even they were so impressed they joked about flying back just to make a future purchase from Evergreen. I will definitely be back!!!

The various departments at the dealership do not talk to each other. I contacted the dealership on-line for a test drive, showed up, drove the vehicle and purchased a new 2019 F150. Within the first 1000 miles the electronics began acting up. I attempted to contact the dealership and couldn't get anyone to call me back. However, the internet sales department continues to harangue me asking me to buy a new vehicle EVEN after I responded that I had already purchased a vehicle. I took my vehicle to another dealership for service where they learned that one of the main computers had intermittent faults and needs to be replaced. I will NOT be visiting Evergreen again!

Bought a brand new Focus there in April. It's had nothing but problems and they can't replicate them so I have to live with them since they occur intermittently. No loaner cars on warranty work. I do not recommend a Ford Focus. The quality is terrible. It starts making all sorts of noises after a few weeks and it only gets worse.

Jose and everybody else at Evergreen Ford were awesome. I went in to buy a car i looked at on the internet memorial day weekend and they always were able to accommodate me for anything i needed. Often times I went in on my lunch break from work to fill out paperwork and get my loan figured out and Jose always had time for me and was able to answer every question i had, always with a friendly demeanor.I am 21 with no credit history, but they still fought to get me the best loan they could. Eventually, i had my father cosign with me, but even after I got a loan and filled out the paperwork, they went back to work and got me a better rate. I was worried I would be looked down on as a kid trying to buy a car, but everybody there treated me with respect. If you want to buy a Ford, go to Evergreen. thanks a bunch to Cam and English too.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Jose and the rest of the team at Evergreen Ford. They were flexible with our needs and desires and were never pushy about price or terms, which was refreshing. Even after the sale, when some dealerships leave you high and dry, they addressed a few small concerns we had in a professional and helpful manner.

They even helped us from a hundred miles away when we locked our keys in our new car with the engine running, and our child inside. (it was a first, ac was on, he was fine) We called AAA first and Jose second. He was able to give us the factory door code for the car, we got back in a matter of a few minutes, and canceled AAA. Needless to say, the folks at Evergreen Ford went above and beyond for us in our recent car purchase. Thanks guys!

This is the 5th NEW car I've purchased in the last 2 1/2 years and the 1st that I didn't feel like I was just a "quota maker" for the dealership. Noel, the Internet Mgr, LISTENED to our particular needs and made THIS purchase (2012 Escape) a good experience. Tony, the GM, was upfront & honest and gave a good PERSONAL interest in each customer, that I saw, while we were there.

As I told Noel, usually when the new plates show up, I REMOVE the "advertising ring" from around the license plate. I will willingly display EVERGREEN FORD on the back of the Escape.

Forget "No Dicker Stickers", this dealer WORKED to earn our business!

Very knowledgeable staff with tremendous passion for addressing any questions or concerns I had in my comparison between truck choices and available options. They really sought to understand my requirements to ensure I was acquiring the right equipment. Transaction was completed in a timely manner and my chosen options will be installed less than 1 week of purchase. Evergreen Ford Lincoln delivers!

My daughter bought a 2008 Lincoln MKX from Evergreen and the vehicle had problems from driving it off the lot. It already had a cracked windshield which I thought was against the WA RCW's to sell a car with a cracked windshield. Then the MKX had misfiring which Evergreen diagnosed as a broken PTU unit,which, to thier credit, they replaced free of charge, but the engine continued to misfire. My daughter brought it back and they replaced the plugs and one ignition coil but charged her 590 dollars plus tax claiming it is regular maintenance. This charge is despicable coming from a reputablle dealer. It is what I expect from Sammy's car lot. If a licensed auto dealer sells a car it should be able to be driven safely and reliably at least for thirty days at least. The sad part of all of this, is Evergreen Ford was recommended by a trusted acquaintance from church. I am very disappointed with Evergreen, sincerely, Rob Brosa, Maple Valley, Wa

One day after I wrote this review my daughter and granddaughter were driving down highway 18 in the driving rainstorm when the drivers side windshield wiper flew off the vehicle causing a near accident and severely scratching the windshield (already sold to her cracked). Apparently the windshield wipers were after market wipers for a Honda not a Lincoln MKX. Do not deal with Evergreen Ford. Evergreen Ford represents a physical danger to people you love. Weren't forthcoming about a couple of things (missing $350 second key never replaced, initially didn't include the electric 110V charger $700 until we pressed for them to find it/replace it, some damage to the car that wasn't super visible at night, battery is probably aftermarket which was never mentioned).

Ok seriously, the BEST Ford Dealer Service experience EVER! I have had my Mustang to 2 different dealers over the years and always with absolutely TERRIBLE service (one even forgot to replace the oil cap after the oil change). Not at Evergreen, I took my car in for a windshield washer issue. The part came a day late but they fixed it, then on my way home, it started again. They got me back in, got me a rental and took their time to go through everything to finally fix it completely. My service Rep was Kyle, he was communicative and always kept me in the loop. I m a customer forever!

its been a long road with evergreen ford but to make a long story short here it go's well my experience at evergreen ford was not the best the first time but after meeting and talking to the owner and express how thing didn't go so well Tony Rehn went on and beyond to make it right with me I really mean on and beyond something that I wanted think he would ever do after reading some review and I ended up getting my Shelby gt500 back that was awesome thank you I really do think that people have to have patience with them there running a big deal ship with lots of employee's and they are just like us humans and promise thing and says thing and sometime they forget but remember its a big business and there might not be good communication and who are we to judge so that's my story hope it help you people that have drought's about evergreen ford thank you for reading and GOD Bless

I was pretty happy until I never got my license plate and registration for my brand new car. It's been 45 days since I bought my new car. I bought my car in October and my temporary plate expires today - December 6th. I've never had to wait so long for this from a dealership. I called on 5 days ago to find out what was taking so long & was told that my plate went out in the mail that day - Tuesday. Today is Saturday, and I still don't have it, and I live in the same state. I called there today and asked to speak with a manager to find out who was going to pay for my ticket if I get pulled over, since they never sent me my license plates or registration and was told that the managers were all busy and none could talk to me about this. I had planned on crossing the border to go skiing in Canada, and don't think I will be allowed across the border with expired plates and no registration. Someone is not doing their job there.

Had my oil changed and it was a positive service experience. The appointment was easy to schedule over the phone and they did a great job at reminding me of my appointment via text message. Once onsite for the service everyone was professional and treated me well. They finished the job quicker than estimated so that was also a plus.

WORST experience ever! I went in to buy a car for the first time with my mom and grandma. We did all the research and knew exactly what we wanted. They told us that it was gone so they showed us their last new 2012 fiesta. The guy told us it was 6 thousand dollars off, let me test drive it, and then played games with us.
We told this guy that we wanted a new car and he tried to show us used cars. My mom caught him and he apologized saying he misunderstood her. He then showed us to the fiestas and left us in the scorching hot sun until we made our way back to the building 15 minutes later for water. This was one of many things that occurred BEFORE we even test drove the 1012 model.
After the test drive, we did all the credit apps and he couldn't even put our payments close to what I could afford after telling us that it could be done. He then proceeded to tell my grandma how her ID pic was the best he had ever seen and was talking about it for a minute before my grandma said "I'm tired of this bait and switch game." The guy went and got his manager who was even more of a douche and my grandma made a remark and he said you could use all the money in your bank to pay for the car.
This is just a sample of what we experienced and 4+ hours of this is NOT worth it.
*******If you want to be treated right and leave happy with a car, go across the street to Chevrolet. They got me into the right car and I was out within 2 hours.

Janay was the absolute best to work with! As a first-time car buyer, she made the process easy to understand, fun, and was super knowledgeable on the cars I was looking at. This is the 3rd car my family has purchased from this dealership and it definitely won't be the last. She even helped my dad fix his push-to-start on his key fob that wasn't working, just the most helpful and made sure we had a great experience and were understanding everything along the way. Also, as a woman, going into car dealerships can be intimidating and having the opportunity to work with another woman made the experience a lot less daunting. I can't say enough good things about Janay or this dealership, definitely make the trip out here if you are on the market for a new vehicle.

Wanted to give 3 stars. However, Brenda was so helpful I couldn t. They worked with my schedule, helping me get my oil changed after work. Besides that, it wasn t a very warm valued customer experience. The service manager could only mention to me what he saw wrong with my truck, and tried to sale me on a new truck due to my mileage being 175K. Which normally wouldn t be an issue until I got on the road and realized they didn t even attempt a courtesy wash. Again, it s a little thing but it goes a long way. Just moved here and was looking for comparable service with my home dealership. We talked about me spending another $400-600 there on services but I might check other dealerships. Not a terrible place though.

We purchased a 2013 Ford Edge in February 2015. The salesman put no pressure on us. We test drove it and he did not try to fast talk us into buying it. We had rented one prior so we knew we liked the Ford Edge. The purchase was seamless. We did experience a couple of leaks in the TPU but they were covered under the warranty and Evergreen Ford and Enterprise Rental Car took excellent care of us. I want to mention our attentive and competent service professional, Sophia. SHE IS OUTSTANDING! I can;t say enough good about Evergreen Ford and the staff. We are very happy with our purchase and appreciate the excellent after-service that we have received!

Their service department is among one of the best I've dealt with, and I will probably continue to use it. However, I have had them overcharge for my current vehicle by about 3 - 5k according to one of their own. They also tried low balling me when I came in recently, only knew so as i did my research this time. Either incompetent or predatory. Took my car in for an issue with the transmission. One of the mechanics told me the whole transmission was ruined and he had never seen this issue and that it would cost $4000 to repair.

I took it to my neighborhood mechanic - they identified the problem that Evergreen ford failed to identify - and fixed the car within two hours without having to order a new part. The issue was the shift tower roll pin had broken - which is apparently a common issue with Fords since 2002. My mechanic machined me a new roll pin and only charged me only the cost of labor. I wasted my time and my money by going to the incompetent mechanics at ford of evergreen. I basically paid them a diagnostic fee of $200 so they could confirm that the car doesn t drive and ended up having to take the car somewhere else to get the work done.

Advisor said "...didn't know you wanted vehicle serviced." Either the appointment system does not say why you made the appointment or they don't read.

I had to go there to get some money issues taken care of. The Englishman as he calls himself took care of it. No questions. We were in and out of there in 15 minutes. Most of it was just chit-chatting. I would go back there just because of him. Great customer service. Couldn't say enough about him. And this is the finance guy. So I can only imagine how the rest of the people are there. The guy we bought our car from is now gone but that's okay everybody else was very nice. Go check them out!

My husband and I just bought our 2013 Mazdaspeed 3 from Evergreen yesterday! We here helped by Ken and then Ashley. Neither of them ever made us feel pressured, and I never got that feeling that you do at other dealerships that you're being swindled. We did haggle a little bit on the price of the car and our trade-in, and they were very reasonable. Every time they said no there was a valid and clear explanation behind their answer, but in the end we left feeling like we got exactly what we wanted.

This was our first time buying a car at a dealership and we didn't know what to expect but we weren't expecting it to be so easy. We did have to wait a long time for our financing to happen, but there were several reasonable explanations for that as well. While we were waiting, we were offered water and Ashley even loaned me an iPhone charger when she overheard me complain about my low battery.

The only time we were hassled at all was when we went to sign the final papers and were offered a warranty. We declined since there was already some time left on the mfg warranty, got the whole speech about how unwise it is to decline warranties, said no again, and that was it. All-in-all, could have been a lot worse, and this was something we expected so we weren't upset.

I would definitely recommend Evergreen to friends and family and we will be looking there when we're ready to purchase our next car. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, and we felt as though they were clear and honest with us through the entire experience. My husband is so happy with his new car and we can't wait to take a road trip!!!

1. Bought from a sister company with 13K miles
2. Dies first time and use warranty service and told if happens again to take it in, as this method of starting it is bad for electronics
3. Dies a second time and off to Evergreen. Friday till following Wednesday or Thursday. Very poor communication. Paperwork says everything is A OK now.
4. Following Monday DOA Back to Evergreen----now Friday and still no car along with very poor communication.
First warning I should have paid attn. to was when we called in to get a status report the first time it was sent, they told my wife that a bill was owed for keys that were made! The key fob was part of my purchase that was done at the sister company and they paid for the key. They were holding the car hostage??
Have been told tech was "on vacation" "We are trying to sneak the car in" "We do not like come backs"
"Will call you, if not tonight, tomorrow morning" "Just talk to me" about the car" (this one is after we called in because of no "call in the morning" and got ahold of Nick in service who could not find any information that the car was even there! It makes us think they are trying to hide the fact that they got a "come back" or that they can not fix the problem. It is now 9:45 on Friday and no call. I am almost 70 years old and this is turning out to be one of the worst car service experiences of my life. I just pray that I get the car back in one piece so if it does have the same problem again I can take it someplace that can fix it.

We were looking for a FUN car and found a 2002 T-Bird in great condition at Evergreen Ford. Our salesman, Andrew Wight, was most patient with our process. He answered ALL our questions and concerns in addition to providing very favorable financing terms. Could not have been better in any way! Virtually no sales pressure.

Andrew provided all data we requested and was patient while we reviewed the information and came to our decision to buy. I know this was not a big ticket purchase, from Andrew's perspective, but he understood it was for us and treated us respectfully. This was the best used car buying experience we've ever had.
