I have a 2016 mustang convertible eco-boost that by the way is a fantastic fun car to drive! I live in the Bellevue Issaquah area I took it to Evergreen for its first oil change. The service here is absolutely incredible from the moment they open the service bay doors and you are standing at the granite counter talking with someone who has full knowledge of every part of your car! Jeff did an incredible job taking care of my needs , and I will for sure come back! They have an excellent waiting room with very good coffee and bottled water's and overall the entire dealership is first class, and the customer service is the best I've ever seen at any dealership.
I just bought a Ford Mustang at this location and the experience was great. There was no pressure to buy anything, and but they were to take the time and o answer all my questions. George was our salesman and he was a pleasure to deal with as were everyone else there.

When I first bring it in for the service she lets me know the cost and if the cost changes she lets me know and why the cost is changing. She is very professional in her position and I would recommend her for employee of the month if that something that Evergreen Ford Lincoln does for its employees. I ve been going to Evergreen Lincoln service department for years now. They seem to do a good job finding our issues and resolving them on our Navigator and prices are fair. But the real stand-out of the experience is the Lincoln service advisor, Brenda Lane.
Brenda is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. She always has the answers to my endless questions, is on-top of my extended warranty, makes a loaner available when I need it, etc...basically she s absolutely excellent at what she does.
We have been to many high-end dealers for servicing our other cars (Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, BMW) and while the waiting rooms are fancier and the coffee is better, they pale in comparison to the service we get at Evergreen Lincoln because of Brenda.
In my opinion a great service advisor is worth their weight in gold and that s what you will get if you go with Brenda @ Evergreen Lincoln!
I worked with Nick. There was an issue with my car making a weird noise. I took it to multiple dealers and nobody could fix it. They kept the car for a couple days and have me a rental and then fix the car. Really good customer care .
great experience at this dealership. Nick was excellent - listened, showed me different options, not pushy at all, just tried to meet my needs. We went through a few "cycles" but he found me a vehicle that was just what I wanted. Then I had to talk to "the finance guy". The Englishman was great to work with, didn't push for a whole bunch of stuff I didn't want. Know he has a job to do, walked me through things, when I so no, he said fine, and moved on. Overall, this experience was better than my last, which was with a Lexus dealership, and they do a good job. I will definitely go back to Evergreen!
These guys are great -- I was looking for a used car and they had what I wanted. Mark and I worked out a deal and the entire time everyone I spoke with was upfront and low pressure, and I never got the feeling I was being shucked and jived. Even after I got home I'm still happy -- although if I could have saved another $1k it would be 5 stars, haha!

Here is what happened with ZERO exaggeration:
I traded in my car and drove off with an F-150 (2010 with 90k miles) which had the check engine light come on as I pulled it into my driveway...
Ok fair enough it s a used vehicle and this stuff happens. I called Evergreen and they said drive it back the next day and they would look into the problem. They looked the vehicle over and said that there was $7000 in engine repairs needed and that they could no longer sell me the vehicle... I said okay, can I see the print out of the work that needs to be done. They brought me the work up and it was only $3500 in work that needed to be done (lies!!!)... I said okay, I will meet you half way... I ll pay $1700 to fix it and you pay the other $1700... they refused but said their is another vehicle they wanted me to test drive instead...
I said fine, I am here to buy a truck so I ll try another one... this was a 2010 F-150 Harley Davidson with 100k miles... I took it for a test drive and it was shaking quite a bit on the freeway... the sales associate assured me it was the alignment... however when we pulled back into the dealership it literally blew up... seriously, smoke billowing from the engine, deep smell of smoke and oil... the sales associate demanded I get out of the car so he could hide it from the customers who were overlooking.... finally they said, why don t we try a Chevy since we aren t having any luck with fords...I m... okay but this is a Ford dealership!!!!
So we got in a Chevy Silverado, the thing blew up before we even put it in drive ... shaking violently... and the sales associate shut it off before smoke started billowing from this one.
17 hours spent at the dealership with nothing to show for except 3 blown up vehicles.
They refused to work with me or cut me a deal on a working vehicle.. they handed me back my original vehicle that I had traded in., however they handed me back the car in terrible condition... my trades in car had sticker Residue all over the windows that I could not get off (they already had my car ready to sell), they had tried to wash my car but left scratches down past the primer ... my car was missing 60% of the floor mats that I had when I originally turned it in. And upon driving my car home, my car was idling rough, never to be the same as before...
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. There are plenty of other Ford dealerships who treat their customers better, and have vehicles that actually work and don t blow up.
This is my first time taking my 2017 Explorer in for an oil change at Evergreen. Part of the service I paid for was to have my tires rotated. I found it odd that the very next day my dash warning lights let me know that my tire pressure was very low. My husband took it to the gas station to fill and we found that all the tires were well below the manufactures recommendation. Looking back at my paperwork, Evergreen checked the boxes stating that all tire pressures were checked and great! One would assume that if going to the trouble to rotate them, they would accurately fill them.
This dealership is staffed with friendly people who have great attitudes. I appreciate everyone at Evergreen Ford Issaquah, because even though I had a relatively small problem, they all did what they said they would, and my appointment went perfectly. Thank you to Nick, who made sure my Focus was inspected for a recall notice (all was well).
The people are the reason I have purchased 2 new vehicles, 2 used vehicles and leased another over the past 4 years. Clean facility with lots of options for new and used vehicle.
This is my second vehicle purchased from Evergreen, and my third Escape. I usually know exactly what I want in advance, and have all of my paperwork and approvals ready to go. Everyone at the facility is excellent to work with and do not try to steer me to something I don t want or need. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the process (even being fully prepared in advance) takes a while, which is not fully in their control. I am surprised that the process is not more electronic driven, rather than all of the paper copies, of which there are a number! Their service department is excellent, and I always receive great service from them.
I got an appointment right away...at a time of my convenience...I was told what the problem sounded like....and the approximate costs. Work was completed in given time, cost was close to estimate...very good service. everyone I talked to was pleasant and very informative....thats why I keep going back to Evergreen Ford.
The sales experience I just had at Evergreen Ford was great! The fellow I worked with, Jose, was a very laid back and NOT at all "stereotypical" car salesman. He was honest, upfront, and NO pressure - there was no "secret back room" "let me talk to my manager" bulls**t that I had experience a decade ago when I last bought a car. I would certainly say that I would recommend Jose, specifically, to any of my friends interested in a Ford.

Over the Holidays, I was in a real jam vis a vis cars and transportation. Evergreen volunteered to help and they literally made a fantastic Christmas for my family and me. I would be hard-pressed to find a way to thank them, but I don't think that's what they were looking for - they just stepped-up and helped us.
The striking characteristic of Evergreen is the people out on the lot and in the showroom. Management seems to have hired a "user-friendly" group of personalities. Instead of feeling timid before walking into the business - expecting to face all the dealership hustles - you'll find a more casual and informal environment. They pay attention to you, but they don't make you feel uncomfortable.

Just bought our third card in three years and this was by far the best experience. We actually left the finance offer with lower payments than anticipated. From the sales experience with Robert to the finance experience with "The Englishman" it was above average! To add to it, the purchasing process only lasted 1.5 hours!!
Time estimated was optimistic for services performed. Both on the initial service (oil& filter change, etc) as well as added front brake work that I was asked to approve. What was estimated to be a total of about 3-1/2 hours turned into about 6 hours, less if you take lunch break.
This was a commercial vehicle purchase, complicated by a multiple trade-in arrangement, and it went very well. Our sales associate Robert was friendly and effective, and the paperwork was handled by the always-efficient Cameron. We like this dealership!

Went in with my sister to look at a 2011 Audi S4 they had listed for sale. The price was pretty good and car had low miles. Once we got there, we worked with a guy named Kelly. The car was in pretty good shape. Seemed to drive okay so we went in to "talk numbers". We had a 2006 BMW to trade. The car is not the greatest shape. It had front bumper damage and had some warning lights like MOST BMWs this year have. They checked out the car and came back with a trade in offer for $500. At first I thought it was a joke but NO they were dead serious. I paid more for my phone that I just got. I couldn't believe they insult people like that. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their time going there. Go to Ford of Kirkland instead. You'll get a lot better deal :)
I greatly enjoyed my experience at Evergreen Ford. I had previously seen another Ford dealership, and the sales associate had given me false information (stated they did not take a deposit to hold a vehicle when another associate said they did) and wasn't interested in making a sale.
At Evergreen I was treated extremely well! After picking out a new truck the associates had no problems running the numbers with different interest rates until I found a plan that worked within my budget. Even after finalizing a plan, the finance guy swung by with a better deal that would save me a little more money.
These guys went out of there way to ensure I was a happy customer and I will gladly return to this dealership when I'm ready to trade in.
Terrible quality of work. Took my truck in for 90,000 mile service. They said everything was fine. They didn t fill the DEF fluid (done at every oil change) since the sensor went off the next day. Didn t check or fill tire pressure (dual rear wheels and inside tire was completely flat, didn t tell me my brakes were bad. Heard a grinding noise the week after looked at the brakes and theres nothing left. Why do I pay you for an inspection when you don t inspect anything? I now have to have the oil changed again because i don t trust they actually did the work. Take your business somewhere else.
Evergreen Ford is the absolute best service I ve had from a Ford Service Dept. I ve been to multiple service locations across the country and this location has hands down been the best. Sophia handled my repairs and did a fantastic job. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and the technicians went above and beyond with my repair and routine maintenance. I had been having an issue with my exhaust that other locations said couldn t be fixed, so I didn t mention it when I dropped it off. When I picked it up the exhaust issue had been fixed. I would definitely highly recommend this location to everyone!
Evergreen sells cars like every dealership should. No push, honest, thoughtful people. We had a challenging experience trying to work with another dealership (hidden extra costs, low ball trade in, etc.), but Evergreen was the complete opposite. Straight forward market value for trade in, advertised price was a reasonable market price, no hidden added expenses, straight forward financing, and fast process. We will be going to them and recommending them here on out. Also excited (as anyone can be) to try their service department. Thanks for everything, Evergreen!!!
I have letters from Ford stating that a dealer should fix my leaking brake booster, because of a recall notice, however, after x days of arguing with Sophia Valdez, they still wouldn't fix my car. Terrible service. I do not recommend going here at all. I reported this to Ford, and Ford sat on this information for so long, I never received any help from them either. Don't buy a Ford ever. What a waste of time and money.
The leaking brake booster almost killed my family and I. The brakes started making a hissing sound and about an hour later, the brakes failed and the steering failed. I had to pull the E-Brake in order to not hit someone. The car totally stalled after that.
New Customers Need Not Apply. Apparently Ford's new found success has outstripped their ability to service their customers. My new Ford Explorer required it's first service. However, Ford cannot service the oil change for an entire month. If you're going to buy a Ford, I WOULD NOT sign up for their service plan, they won't be able to service you in an acceptable amount of time. On the upside, if you're an existing customer - they apparently have pretty good service if you're willing to schedule out weeks in advance. It's unfortunate that Ford is not able to scale their business to meet the demands of their success.
Havnt purchased a vehicle here yet but the selection is unbelievable and the staff were very nice. I'll definatley be back to make my next car purchase.
I am very grateful to Evergreen Ford service dept. I had an urgent issue and they were able to squeeze me in and fix it right away. I get great service for a great price and would highly recommend them!!

Took truck in for normal service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). All done quickly with a friendly attitude. Bought my last 2 vehicles there, very happy with how I was treated and deal I got. I highly recommend.
Took almost 10 hours start to finish to get my car and we went on a Wednesday in the morning when there were no other customers... They didn't process one of my rebates when the sales person had confirmed the paperwork had been submitted. I had to call them back to get the entire process initiated a month later when I still hadn't received the rebate check. Unimpressed with their follow through and communication skills. I was often told it would only be another 30 minutes during the sales process and was then left waiting hours. I would have rather them been honest with the timeframe because then I could have known what to expect and could have left to get food or ran other errands. Every time I call to make appointments or ask questions I am always connected to someone's voicemail and have to wait hours or days for a response. I wouldn't recommend purchasing your car through this dealership if given the option.
A great job by the staff. Very friendly and accommodating! James was great! The Lincoln MKZ I got was a great deal and very clean. When I buy again I will definitely come here. I am lucky to have stumbled upon them online where I first connected up with James. Thanks a lot guys!!! I love my vehicle!!
I.was not happy to hear my 2017 Ford Escape needed a new transmission, luckily the car was still under warranty. Evergreen and especially my service advisor (Sophia) were great. She arranged a rental car, kept me informed on progress , expected completion date and called if it changed, I felt she kept me very informed. I was very appreciative of all her Communication.
I brought my 2013 Ford F150 in because air conditioner that worked great last summer was not working. I was told the fuse was missing. I asked broken? Or missing? Missing. Interesting because the first thing I did was check the fuse before setting an appointment. If i had been told broken - its possible I missed broken, sometimes break is slight and I could have missed it. Late last year I brought my truck in for work - it was recommended that I get a computer adjustment for a recall (something with transmission) and I agreed. My back up camera was no longer working as it should. I was told the camera goes out suddenly all the time - it worked when I dropped it off and not working when I picked it up. I had to fight and escalate to get it checked with no charge - it turned out to be the guides not working due to the computer fix - adjusted and working again. So my trust was certainly shaken. I figured the issue from the air conditioning was from that computer adjustment as well. I got pushback in that too so figured I d have it checked. To tell me missing fuse totally destroyed all trust left. Customer Service response was my technicians don t normally lie at that point I knew nothing would be done to fix it. I wanted to calm down before leaving feedback on my visit to ensure I respond and not react. Feedback will be left via Yelp and other avenues open to me. Lorrie Joeschke

Love this place. Andy/ Casey assisted me in purchasing a used 2013 Ford Edge Tuesday. There was no high pressure tactics I experienced from other dealerships. They laid out the terms very simply. This place was a bit out of my way but I was incredibly impressed by the class from the sales staff to the accessories to the financial guy Wally who was a blast to sit down with. Wally also deserves big kudos for making me feel comfortable with the choices I made at the very end. I normally don't give a lot of thought to cars but I LOVE MY CAR! This place is worth the drive. The family absolutely loves the vehicle. Thank you very much to all who helped.
I would like to tell you about my experience. I went with my girlfriend Monica to look at a car that was listed on Autotrader. It was an Acura TSX. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Casey. A really nice kid. Great attitude and a really sincere guy. We told him what we were looking for. He said that the particular car we wanted had been sold but that maybe he had something else we may be interested in. We looked at a few cars and we saw the Infiniti G37. It was a beautiful car and we didn't think it was right for us but we really liked it. We looked at a few other cars and as we were leaving Casey asked us if we were interested in the G37. I told him if he would take 27 for the car I might be interested. He said hold on he would check. When he came out he was with Steve. Steve said he would look at the numbers and let me know. We went in the office and sat. I talked to Steve, not Casey. Steve was the classic salesman. It was miserable. I endured it. I waited for his price. The original price on the the car was 29.9. So I understood that 27 was probably out of the question. Tell me no and I will leave. It was Steve's mission to sell a car. Did I say this was a miserable experience? Anyway we went back and forth and Steve came down to 28 even. I said I would talk to Monica and see what she said. This was after wasting about an hour sitting around waiting. Miserable. When Monica and I stepped out to talk about the car, Steve came out to tell us that we needed to sleep on this, (lie), "I just spoke to my owner and he said that we couldn't take any less that 29.5 for the car." He was rude and wasted about an hour of my night. He called me the next morning and I called back. He didn't give me anything new but was rude once more and told me that he the price was 29.5. Why call?
I told Steve that I was in the market for a Super duty in the near future, however am pretty sure I will not do business with Evergreen Ford and that I will let USAA know what my experience with your dealership was like. Thanks for reading.
Evergreen Ford service department got me in for regular service when every other dealership in King County told me it would take three weeks to be serviced! These guys are pros, fast, friendly, incredible. Exceeded my every expectation.
Service Advisor Brenda Lane is the best " Awesome" !!! Every time I have had to call or ask for any assistance with my vehicle Brenda is always ready and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everything from the beginning of check in until vehicle pick up goes smoothly as possible. I know without any doubt I can depend on Brenda, she makes it her mission to keep me informed in a timely efficient manner. I truly appreciate the dedication and loyalty Brenda shows her client's.
I brought my car into Evergreen Ford for service after brining my car to Sound Ford since I bought it there. Since I bought my car 3 years ago I have had to have my engine replaced one year and the transmission the next year. Sometimes they would tell me it would take a day and then I wouldn't hear from them for 4-5 days. When I would call to get an update it would ring off the hook until I would give up. Even after all the work they did on it, the engine still ran rough. I decided this time to take my car to Evergreen Ford instead. Evergreen Ford's customer service is amazing! Before my car was even looked at, I received a text message from Danielle introducing herself and providing her direct line if I had any questions. Even though they needed my car longer than was expected, I received regular communication from Danielle and was extremely satisfied with the work they did. My car runs very smooth now. Evergreen Ford has found a new customer for sure! Thank you!
