I found a car online and sent a message to the dealership. The next day Robert Cann contacted me with no pressure. We exchanged emails and I let him know what I was looking for and the price point I was hoping to get to. He took some info and immediately began working on the deal. It was something that I didn t think would work for them but he made it happen. When I got to the dealership, I was amazed how friendly the entire staff was and they made me feel very welcomed. When I met Robert in person, it was like meeting an old friend again. The process was very simple and took less than 2 hours from start to finish. It was a pleasure to do business with Evergreen. You also don t find many dealerships with multiple employees that have been there for 20+ years. Really amazing folks.

The finance guy is amazing, great to work with however, the sales people are all over the place and took forever! Still very annoyed. We not only had to wait until 10 pm for the deal to be done when we got there at 5-6 but we got sick from eating fast food around the area there which was our only choice as we kept being told we were going to be ready; to go any minute. Well, any minute took HOURS!!!
Sophia was awesome to deal with. Very Professional and kept me updated throughout the day. She also made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction.
This was my 3rd new Ford from Evergreen Ford. I shopped prices online and as in the past Evergreen had the best deal. I was not surprised. I got in contact with my salesman only to find out he had moved and left Evergreen Ford to live near his daughter. He ( Ken Galimanis ) Put me in touch with Mark Gregory and we made the deal for the truck I wanted right over the phone. They also told me what they would give for my truck over the phone. I wanted a spray in bedliner and a few other things done to my new F150 STX. We drove from our home on the Longbeach peninsula a 3.5 hour drive. When we arrived the paperwork was ready and the truck was ready with a full tank of fuel. We signed said our thankyous shook hands and we were on our way home. Evergreen Ford is staffed by the most considerate group of people we have ever purchased a vehicle from. They have us as customers for life. Thank you Mark and Matthew Gregory ( Father & Son ) for having our truck ready to roll. It was a pleasure doing business with you
This is the best service department I've ever been to, the waiting room is very comfortable, coffee, tv, wifi, service department store has lots of Ford gear to buy, and the service agents are really nice.
Who knows if the Service Department is any good or not when you have to wait a MONTH to get in for an oil change or basic servicing. Second time I ve tried to get an oil change and both times it was over three weeks to get in. Can t imagine what happens if you need immediate maintenance done.
I had an amazing experience exploring for my first car with Tyler Giles, He was extremely helpful helping me find a vehicle that met my needs and kept me in the loop on new arrivals that fit my personal needs.THANK YOU!!
Paid cash for car and was told I needed to sign financial papers in case check was no good. I asked and my wife also asked if a credit check was going to be ran and was told no , not unless my check was no good then it would be done. Well that was a lie. They ran it for no reason.I have paid cash for other cars at other dealerships and have never had to sign financial papers. I really don't appreciate being flat out lied to. If I would have known this I wouldn't have signed the paper and walked out
Very nice people to deal with and I feel that we were treated fairly. They took time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were happy before we left. A good experience
I worked with James Davis and Chet Kono to purchase a new truck and trade in my old vehicle. James was incredibly helpful from the start. James sent me multiple photos I requested and even a video of the truck before I made the drive in to look in person and test drive.
From the first message on the Evergreen Ford website to the end of the deal James had great communication and kept me in the loop on anything going on with the truck. When I test drove it the truck was missing the rear head rests and the remote start was not working. James and Chet got both issues fixed right away and even gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while that work was completed.
The cherry on top was James drove the truck out to my house one the remote start and head rests where in and picked up the loaner vehicle.
All in all I had a smooth deal with no pressure and will always recommend people to Evergreen Ford.
Very professional dealership. We have been purchasing automobiles for 40+ years, this is the best purchase experience ever. Sales Mark and Manager Chet top shelf. Easy to see they enjoy their jobs and treat clients respectfully.. Dealership knows what they are doing , top shelf, our second purchase here in 2 1/2 years.ago with Jeremie and Mike, same positive experience and reason we returned.
The atmosphere carries over to the service organization as well, never a negative Brenda is outstanding.along with mechanics.
The Aviator is the best car we have ever purchased
Evergreen Ford in Issaquah is top notch in everything this was the second time we brought our Lincoln MKZ for work and Brenda was our service agent again and she was fabulous she was very professional and text me almost instantly when I reached out about when our vehicle would be ready and it was ready 3 hours before the estimated time. I hope they recognize Brenda in Service for her work. Top notch. Sincerely Stephen Wymer
Eric provided a great dealer experience at Evergreen Ford. This is my first Ford but not my last thanks to my experience with Evergreen Ford and Eric. Thanks!
I am a California Resident in the military and was in the market for an AWD Ford Fusion Titanium, with a budget of about 32K. The dealerships in CA did not really carry AWD--since the weather is historically so nice--and I was told at one local CA dealership, that I would not be able to find a Titanium for 32K, let alone an AWD version. With Evergreen Ford, however, I was able to get an AWD Titanium under budget. I think the greatest difference with Evergreen Ford was the transparent pricing; they listed the MSRP, along with the Dealership Discounts and Ford Rebates on the website, so it was clear what the "Ballpark Price" was from the beginning. I don't see that technique exercised in many other dealerships. I worked with Ray Kraai over the phone the week leading up to Memorial Day Weekend, and we were able to get business done despite being 1,000 miles apart.
I was told by a couple people to go to Evergreen Ford. I called and spoke with George from the dealership. He listened to me and we set a date for me to come test drive some vehicles. I knew which car looked the best and which car I wanted, but I was scared to dealth to make the final decision. I ended up walking away the first time, even though I had talked them down a substantial amount of money. I called him and asked to hold my final deal one more day. He did. I ended up going to test drive the vehicle one more time. Then I bought the car. I was so excited to drive home that night in my new car. I brought a cashier's check from my bank and a check from my mom (which I told Evergreen Ford before I came). The banks close right now at 4pm and this was the time of my appointment. I was very disappointed when George came and told me that Evergreen Ford couldn't verify the cashier's check and I had to wait another day to get my car. George did text me the next day that the car was ready and he even had it cleaned it and filled up the gas tank. That was very nice. The car is wonderful so far and I will be going to Ford to get my service done in the future. George gets five stars but Evergreen Ford gets four stars because a cashier's check is guaranteed. There are so many security features and I had the app on my phone that showed I got the cashiers check right before I went there. I traded in my vehicle as well and the business office had my title. It really did make me feel terrible Evergreen Ford. Sorry, but I wouldnt be a good reviewer if I didn't tell the truth.
I came into Evergreen to get a car under $10K with low miles--after weeks of looking I was at the end of my rope but decided to check out a car here that my dad had seen online. When I got there I spoke with Teddy who was extremely helpful, and did not act like your typical "car salesman". He understood what I was looking for, and never once tried to push into something I was not comfortable. I asked a lot of repeat questions my dad had already asked, but Teddy took his time and made sure he answered them all. "The Englishman" as he likes to be called in Finance was also amazing and patient with me as well.
I looked at cars from Tacoma all the way up to Lynnwood--Teddy hands-down gave me the best service! I would tell anyone looking for a car to check them out!
Ford preowned car warranty is a scam! They won't pay what they're supposed to. I had to pay 3000 out of pocket because inside my differential a solenoid went out. So I had to buy a whole new diff. I even had the mechanic on a 3 way call to explain to the insurance agent that it was inside the differential, still they refused to pay. Dont buy the warranty! Totally scam!!
The service department is amazing. Michelle, Sofia, Dani and all the others are beyond measure. However, the sales department is slimy and every bit of car salesman you picture when you are worried about being treated shady. The detail department is lazy and rude. There will still be messed all over your new car even if they "detail" it. Don't trust Ben the salesman, he will lie to you. Make sure you have any windshield chip that they "fixed" when you buy the car checked by someone certified before calling it good. Casey the service manager is great and goes above and beyond. If it weren't for the incredible service department, my rating would be much lower.
Recently bought a new car and am very happy with the service I received. George Balcazar was the salesman and he did a great job. The dealership is very nice and they have a lot of options to choose from.
I went in to purchase a 2013 Ford Edge limited it was later at night raining did a test drive the vehicle drove great... I am happy with the purchase Only thing is the next morning I noticed a few spots on the rear bumper that needed to be touched up I reached out to ken who said he would see what he could do... got the run around for a few weeks and then was told nothing he could do I would have to come out of pocket... was a little mad as I found a sticker where my spare tire goes acknowledging the minor paint damage but was never mentioned at time of purchase... only thing I can say is thuroughly inspect the vehicle before signing the paperwork and get written acknowledgment of any work the dealer will do... probably will not go to this ford again as it is out of my area and the ford in Tacoma has been much more helpful
I bought my truck at another dealer, but took it to Evergreen for the first service since I bought it. They shuttled me back to my office right away and then had my truck ready within about an hour after I dropped it off. Looking forward to the convenience and ease of using their service department in the future.
I purchased a Lincoln MKS Ecoboost earlier this year. The MKS an exceptional luxury car compared to all makes. A week ago I took it in for routine service. The Lincoln service experience was exceptional at Evergreen Lincoln. It included a no cost loaner. All items were completed on time as promised. Oil change was only $45 compared to $200 on European cars at other dealers.
I had to take my car in to get some moderate work done. Brenda went over the top in making sure the whole process was smooth and even made some late, last minute requests possible. I've taken my car to other Ford dealers and didn't get the quality of service like I have at Evergreen.
It was a pleasure to work with Tim H and the Evergreen team. Car buying isn't fun in general, but out of all the my experiences in the last month working with dealers. I was most satisfied with Tim H and Evergreen
The staff is polite and efficient. work is completed on time. Only complaint I have is they don't wash the car or give a coupon to wash your car like Bellevue Toyota does for my Prius.
I was only there to have the rear shocks replaced. They were determined to be leaking at a previous appointment. This took an hour from beginning to end. The shocks cost $75 each, and the labor to install them was $100.The cost of the shocks seems a bit high, but the labor charge was, in my opinion, outrageous. Two bolts per shock? Ford builds a great product, but other than warranty work, I will go somewhere else in the future.
My only interactions with Evergreen Ford have been with servicing my vehicle. That was great all along but this last time it jumped to awesome. Kyle was awesome. Great job on my car, took care of all my concerns and more. I think my next purchase will be at Evergreen Ford now.
Without hesitation we highly recommend Evergreen Ford to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. George Balcazar, in sales, spent nearly 2 months working with us to secure the right truck for our towing needs and did so through excellent communication during social distancing times. Sales manager, Chet, is also deserving of recognition for working with our circumstances while we were refinancing our home. Thank you gentlemen for all your patience with us!
We've purchased at least 3 or 4 vehicles from Evergreen (only 1 was a Ford) and have nothing but great things to say about them. The vehicles have all been great as well - no issues at all no matter what make/model.
Service is way over-priced. I had a power steering pump replaced that cost me $800. At the time I picked up my truck , I asked to speak to a mechanic about what he did. Conveniently all mechanics were out to lunch. Even after spending $800 on my power steering pump, my power steering pump still makes noise.
Disappointed ; I will never use this service again!
My online leasing experience of a new F150 at Evergreen Ford was the best ever encountered. The online selection and qualification process took all of 5 minutes. I then received a call from James, my Sales person who explained the steps needed to take delivery. When I arrived onsite, James took the time to ensure that I understood each step in the process, as did all the people at Evergreen. The process was straight forward and fast, lasting no more than 90 minutes from start to drive away. The truck was washed and prepped well, with a full tank of gas. I am very happy with the truck and especially with the buying experience.
Wife's car lost a tire rod end nut on a dark and stormy night. We had the car towed here for repair after hours, and I called in first thing the next day to check on it. They followed up quickly with automated messages and let me know the details of the repair cost. We had the car back by 2pm. Everyone was courteous and polite, especially my service writer Sophia. Great experience (the parking lot was a little hard to negotiate)
Great experience, Nick was energetic when I got there, let me know just what they would be doing, explained the whole process and gave me a time estimate and price quote that were spot on. Well done!!
The Snyc system in my car was not working so I asked the service department to look at it when they were doing some other work on a recall for the clutch of my car. They never looked at the Sync problem, but they did charge me for an oil change that I never asked for, so I went back the next day. They gave me a card for a detail for the oil change mix up and took my car overnight to look at the Snyc problem. Upon returning the next evening they told me I needed a $400 computer for my sync system to work because mine was "shot". Since I've had an ongoing clutch/transmission issue with the car from the day I bought it brand new, I decided I'm not going to put any more money into this car, because I'm going to purchase a new vehicle soon. So I declined buying the new computer. I was on vacation for the next week and I must have left a light on in my car, because when I left for work the following Monday the battery was dead. I charged the battery and instantly the Snyc system and "shot" computer worked perfectly. Everyone knows that the first thing you do when a computer isn't working is restart it by disconnecting the power. I was going to do it my self, but because I had to take my car to the shop anyway, why not have them do it. The fact that your service department had my car for multiple days twice and never tool the time to disconnect power to the computer before telling me that I needed to buy a new one is extremely disappointing. Then when I used my free detail card from the oil change mix up, they never detailed my car. Or maybe they did, but did such a poor job I couldn't even tell. I was under the impression that a detail included a vacuuming of the car. Just the cherry on top.
The sales team, namely Mark Keeten, was fantastic! He took great consideration of our needs, worked with us on our pricing considerations. He gave us no sales pressure, and worked with us to get a great deal on our vehicle. I will definitely be back!!
These folks are consummate professionals and give a lie to the derogative term "stealership" -- they are anything but. They tell you exactly what you need, don't do wasteful parts swaps at the customer's expense and their pricing is a pleasant surprise -- very competitive. Its well worth the drive to Issaquah.
Drove 4+ hours so my daughter could buy a used car. The car was exactly as advertised, the transaction went smoothly, and my daughter loves her new used car. Would do business here again.
Janay did an amazing job working with me to get my vehicle. I really felt like the Ford family cared for me and my input at Evergreen Ford. Would definitely recommend to any interested buyers.
My Wife and I really can't say enough how poorly our experience has been and continues to be. We made the truly unfortunate decision to purchase a 2020 Lincoln Aviator. From the time we test drove it to parking it in our garage today we have had a laundry list of problems and issues with this "luxury" vehicle. We have owned the vehicle for nearly 50 days and have only had it in our possession for about 20 of those days, 12 of those while on Thanksgiving vacation. We unfortunately still have some of the same issues that were supposed to be repaired. Our trade in process was terrible. They took our trade and spent two weeks to pay it off, during that time BMW Financial charged us a full payment as well. My Wife never got a tutorial how her vehicle works, granted it's a lemon which our attorneys are filing the paperwork for. We regret ever giving Lincoln a chance, definitely sticking with German vehicles. The only bright spot has been the level of customer service we have received from Brenda in the Service Department.
A Big Thank You to Monica Milton and the rest of the service staff at Evergreen Ford for taking care of my Daughters F150 before she headed back to Boise State for school!! Truly appreciate it!!
I love Corn Motors. Every car I own and many of my friends are running around with their plate frames. I even put one on my golf cart. Staff is honest and overly fair, Pricing is very competitive, and if they don t have what I want they will find it for me. They know how to do things right. If you don t at least talk to them you will miss out on actually enjoying your car buying experience.
I contacted them to get an oil change and they gave me an appointment that was further away than I expected. After a few days they contacted me with a better day. When we arrived they recognized us and had us on our way almost immediately. They had our car serviced in less time than they quoted. Overall it was a great experience
I live in Everett, so I kind of found these guys by chance. I've heard their commercials on the radio, but the closest I've ever been to Issaquah before this was passing it on the freeway on my way to Eastern Washington. I was looking to trade in my Fiat- I knew I was upside down, but wasn't sure what my trade-in offer would be, so I didn't know by how much officially, but I knew it would be about $5-6k. I entered my info into KBB to get an offer; the car had to be inspected, though. It referred me to Evergreen (I think because of a link I had followed off of Google).
The next morning I got a call from Scott Mabry, the Internet sales manager. He left a voicemail saying he read over the description of my situation and he wanted to help. The thing that caught my attention was he said "full transparency". (I've been hosed on previous buying experiences, so I was a little gun shy this round). I decided to give them a shot, with the mind-set that I was just going to get an offer and maybe mull it over for a few days.
These guys were awesome. They made me feel very welcome from the start- but not in the fake we-see-you-as-a-walking-dollar-sign way that I usually run into. I never felt pressured was the big thing. I never once had to repeatedly say "no" to get my point across. In fact, a half shrug and an "ehhhh..." was enough to move on to the next thing. I wasn't sure what kind of car I was looking for; I'd been considering maybe a Civic or Accord based on the reputations. I wanted reliability and something with a really good warranty, but I was pretty open to suggestions. Scott showed me a Focus in my (which I honestly hadn't even considered). It was in my price range, and had several rebates available that would help negate my trade-in balance on the Fiat. He said the Focus was a great car (he owns two) and asked if I wanted to drive it, or if I wanted to see other stock. I figured it wouldn't hurt anything to try it.
I was really comfortable, rode smooth, and had minimal road noise. (Fiats are very loud if you've never been in one). It had fun gadgets like back-up camera, digital dash with active mpg/estimated miles in tank, sport shift automatic, dual climate control. Everything is easy to get to, lots of leg room (front and back). The back seats fold down flat in case I need to haul anything. He explained how the fuel save feature on the car works (it turns off when you idle; weird at first) and explained all of the buttons. Then they told me that Ford runs a promo in August for an extended warranty (100,000 miles or as long as you are making payments, whichever runs out first). You have $100 deductible is all, and you can take it to any Ford shop and it is honored. To me, that was huge.
I gave them approval to run all of the paperwork, and I had to hang out for a little while, they offered me the customer lounge to hang in while I waited (I declined and stayed in the office cuz I'm silly- I'd recommend the couch; their chairs get a little hard after a while) :)
The paperwork was smooth and painless. Everything was explained to me very well, and I think this is the first time I saw the actual breakdown of exactly what I was paying, what was financed and how, etc.
They brought my new car around, freshly washed and vacuumed, with a full tank of gas. Scott helped me transfer my stuff from the Fiat to the Focus and I was ready to go. He told me if I ever needed anything to call him, that his cell number was on his card. I'd recommend them any time.
Our sales rep, Jenay, was super knowledgable and helped us get an amazing car for a great price. We were helped as soon as we walked in. We spent about 3 1/2 hours total at the dealership but every department worked well together to get us what we needed and it didn t seem like it took that long at all. Very pleased with our experience!
Brenda and the service technicians were amazing! Friendly, fast, and provided excellent service! It s the reason I always choose Evergreen Ford for all my vehicle(s) needs!
Kelly Bader is an awesome salesman! Friendly, honest and grateful. If you're going to go to Evergreen Ford Lincoln in Issaquah...ask for him. You'll be pleased and want to refer him yourself! I drove away with my new purchase a very happy customer!
Service advisor, Brenda Lane, takes great care of my car. appointment ran like clockwork and every item on my list was taken care of. I had a short list though. I will be back...
Update: Evergreen took ownership of the below issues which is why I updated from a 1 star. Without the below mentioned issues, I have no other complaints about working with them.
Beware of unethical business practices! This is such a stupid reason to write a review but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought a used 2017 F150 from them in April 2018. Like most dealerships, they were pushy to close the deal same day, which is fine. I expected that and I had my number that I would pay for the truck. I made it extremely easy for them, in fact, I told them the number I needed to hit in order to purchase it and after only two trips back to the "sales manager" to negotiate an offer, they came within $160 of my price. They had a small piece of paper showing the breakdown of all the costs which totaled the purchase price. I told them, again, if you hit my number, I will sign docs right now. The sales guy drew a line on that sheet and wrote the price next to it, he said "sign this and I will see what we can do". He took the sheet back once more and came back with a congratulations. All sounds good right?
Two weeks later when I receive my licensing stuff, I get a bill for $160 and a letter that states that I underpaid the "estimated licensing cost" by $160. Thinking back, hey never brought back the price breakdown because they just lower the estimated taxes by $160 knowing I would have to pay that later. Its their dishonest, unethical way of selling a vehicle. When I reviewed my paperwork, sure enough, it was almost exactly that amount. I didn't waste my time trying to argue that with them knowing its just $160 but what a sleazy way of doing business...
Fast forward to December 2018. After the days got shorter, I found myself doing some night driving (I really don't drive much and I have a short commute to work). It always seemed like the headlights were awfully bright but I just thought they were just upgraded halogen bulbs. Well I got sick of people flashing their high beams at me and the often middle finger so I pulled out the headlights to find they are off-road use only LED bulbs. There was not retrofit done, just super bright LED bulbs in the halogen housing. Furthermore, I found out that I can get ticketed for driving on the road with these because its a safety hazard (obviously).
One of the service guys at Evergreen (Nick), who was a very nice guy, confirmed this and said I could order the stock replacement bulbs for about $40/bulb shipped. I asked to talk to the salesman that sold me the truck to see if they would cover that cost simply because there was no mention of there aftermarket LEDs in the listening for the truck. I thought this might also be a good time to bring up their unethical sales technique that they used on me. After a multiple phone calls, and emails, the salesman passed my info to Trevor (General Sales Manager) and gave me the impression that he would review and follow up with me. I put urgency on this because everyday I wait, is another night on the road possible getting a ticket or causing an accident. 3 days went by, nothing. 4th day, nothing. I then went onto the website and emailed Trevor directly asking that he call me back ASAP that day so that I could talk about it with him. Nothing. I emailed the salesman again and asked that he call me. He printed my email and placed it on his desk and said he would reach out when he gets in that afternoon. Another day goes by, nothing. Finally, over a week later, I get an email back from the salesman saying "since its been over 8 months since your purchase, the file is long closed".
I am not going to waste any more of my time on this but, wow, Evergreen Ford sure goes out of their way for their customers. I will update this post if something changes but I can promise that I won't buy my next car from them...
