DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they sell some Canadian vehicles that they know have been in accidents and claim the carfax is clean. IF you want to buy one of the Canadian vehicles pull the carproof yourself (it is the Canadian version of carfax and shows the history of the vehicle while it was in Canada, they won't do it because they know it will show negative information). My experience was looking at a Tundra 1794 edition that has a clean carfax and autocheck but when you look at the carproof it shows an collision that took 14k+ to fix. The dealership kept refusing to show me the carproof, glad I spent the 20 bucks myself and saved myself from this disaster of buying from this dealership, I expected more from a large dealership like this, I guess the chase of mighty dollar bills will make a lot of people act shady.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Total time from arriving on lot to driving off with a new truck was 2 hours 45 minutes! Gary Joseph was a very friendly, no-pressure salesman - thank you Gary! This isn't my local Ford Dealership (2 hours away), but I will definitely be back when it's time for another Ford.

Evergreen Ford is the best dealership in Washington.

Even during an emergency snow storm last year with a serious engine issue with a new F150 Evergreen exceeded all expectations.

My only regret is that I did not purchase the truck with them, but any future ford business will be 100% with them.

If it wasn t for Evergreen Team I would have sold the truck and never bought another ford product - they have restored my confidence in the brand.

I would never purchase another vehicle from the high pressure aggressive sales department, but the service department is phenomenal. They are responsive, proactive, accurate and thorough. Where ever I buy my next vehicle, Jeff and the crew at Evergreen Ford Service department will get my business. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. Here are the highlights:

-Poor communication
-Unnecessary & unexpected fees
-Lack of respect for customers

I made and appointment for a repair during the morning time slot on Friday. When I drop the vehicle off I was told there would be two separate diagnostic fees of $170 even though we had already communicated to making whatever repairs were necessary. Then I was told they needed the vehicle for the entire day even though it was supposed to be one of the first repairs. I was planning to hang out for a few hours while they worked on it and had taken a half-day off work. This left me stranded with no way to get home as the shuttle was 1.5 miles outside my the service area. My spouse was not able to pick me up. So I rode the shuttle a little closer to home and walked the rest of the way. I now had to take the entire day off work without advance notice. They said they would call me at noon with an update. No call. I called them at 3:30 PM for an update and was told they had not looked at the vehicle yet but they were going to pull it in shortly. Then it occurred to me that they close at 5 PM and would only have time to run the tests. So, they were going to charge me $340 to tell me what repairs need to be made and then send me on my way I guess. When I mentioned this I was told we d have to come back for the repairs but they had no slots on Monday and weren t sure when they could do it. Angry and frustrated, I told them not to bother and I would just come get the car after hours when I was able to. They asked me to think about how they might make it right. Well here are some ideas for you:

1. How about being open hours/days that don t require people to takeoff work?
2. How about not charging people diagnostic fees if they follow through with the repair?
3. How about not overbooking an actually working on peoples cars when they make an appointment?
4. How about explaining to people when they make the appointment that you intend to keep their vehicle the entire day so they plan for it?
5. How about calling clients back when you say you are going to?

It honestly makes me consider if I would ever purchase a Ford again if I have to deal with service like this.

We worked with Ken Galimanis and he was great! He was an expert with all the explorers that we were looking at. He was patient as we looked at their large inventory. The buying process was easy. Davey and the Englishmen were very helpful. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend Evergreen Ford.

I had the worst experience at this dealership. I took my 2004 Lincoln navigator here too fix a water leak in my sunroof less than a year ago, of course during the summer it does not rain much. I recently called and spoke with the service manager and asked her too please recheck my truck the leak is still there. Right off the bat she wanted too charge me for the dianostic fee I already previously paid. She declined too help me, did not even offer me a courtesy check . Than I spoke with another manager who threatened me if my trucks sunroof had pine needles that he would charge me for the job again which I paid for previously. I paid a good amount of money and they were dishonest. I don't want my money back. I just want them too fix the water leak that my sunroof has and has not been fixed which I paid for. These people are all about the money not customer service. My truck was never fixed and I don't know what they did.

I am at a lost for words in what happened to myself and my husband. We traveled total of 6 hours to purchase a vehicle only to arrive and find out the vehicle we were about to purchase was sold 18 mins prior to arriving to the dealership. Just to give some back story, we seen the vehicle online, called the dealership, then connected to salesman whose name is Chris W. He was informed that we would be traveling from Eastern WA. We were never told that the truck could be sold while traveling to the dealership. Instead we were sent a video via text with a statement of your vehicle will be ready when you arrive. When we arrived the vehicle was sold to someone else. Chris the salesman said I tried calling you. Really! 18 mins prior to arriving from a three hour drive (one way) we were furious. We were not told to place a deposit to secure the vehicle. Instead when speaking to the Manager he stated it s WA State law of us unable to hold a vehicle from being sell as well as he said people don t usually show up to their scheduled appointment. He also said many people are not even approved when trying to purchase a vehicle. The manager and the salesman was horrible, no consideration for what they did to us. Shame on such disgusting service and rudeness. Just rude and horrible. Chris W and his Manager I hope when you look at yourself that your own reflection will give you a middle finger just so you know what kind of people you just are! I hope people do not purchase from you. 6 hour drive only to be told 18 mins prior, nothing I can do, the truck has been sold! Ugh!!!

I dropped off my car with Brenda and she was extremely easy to work with. I was concerned that my car had a fluid leak and they were able to get into service fairly quickly. They ended up not charging me since there was no leak which I thought was awesome. The only reason I took off one star is because my car smelled like cigarettes after I got it back it completely removed the smell of my air freshener. Regardless I d still come back to this dealer .

As usual they can't do anything right. At least my warranty is up so I can go to a real mechanic. I simply went in to have the oil changed and over the weekend decided to charge my battery. I open the hood and I find a mess of oil like a child tried to fill it up. Then I think "maybe I should check the oil level if this is how the technician fills up the car". Instead of being low it's at least an inch over the full mark. Awesome, great work as usual Evergreen Ford Service! If it wasn't for the two separate ford service shops I have had to deal with I might actually buy another ford. Nothing wrong with the truck, but after experiencing a real service shop like Audi, BMW, Volvo it's ridiculous. It's like the dealership owners want to sink the brand by ensuring the post sales experience is terrible. Every visit I left upset, frustrated or barely satisfied. At least no more.

This is our first truck purchase, so before going to a dealer we felt a bit intimidated by all the various things we had to consider. When we got to Evergreen, my wife and I immediately felt comfortable and taken care of by Kelly Bader, our first point of contact, and also Matthew Gregory, who we talked to about accessories. Kelly really listened to what we were interested in, our needs and "wants," and was a thoughtful and attentive guide throughout our exploration and selection process. We were able to drive two different Ford trucks, and Kelly pointed out the various aspects of features, handling, performance, and so on, without being "sales-y", that is to say, he was focused on us and our needs, rather than just making a sale. We did also have brief contact with the Chevy lot, where Mike let us test drive a Silverado; we did not choose the Chevy, but our experience there was also positive.

Although we did contact some other dealers in the region, none of them conveyed the sense of customer service and consideration of our needs that we experienced at Evergreen, which is what brought us back to finally make a purchase. Throughout the purchase process, everyone we had contact with (primarily Kelly, Matthew, and Cameron (finance)) gave us their undivided attention, and made numerous suggestions that were not "upsells" but truly added value to our purchase and made our experience all the more positive. Summarizing, a great sales and purchase experience, probably one of the best we've ever had for any car.

I got my fusion 4 years ago and realized I had NEVER had service done on it (except for the typical oil change). I scheduled a general service appointment finally and when they told me my total, they worked with me to get the cost down. It was A LOT out of pocket. Brenda took off things that didn't need to absolutely be done that day which I SO appreciated. Then, I realized I forgot my purse at home (UGH) so I couldn't get in my rental until my boyfriend could bring me my ID. The cashier was so awesome, calling the rental place a few times for me to ask some questions. They even offered to have their shuttle bring me to work and also to have one of their team members drive me to the rental place. Brenda called me to keep me informed on what needed to be done throughout the day and also to let me know the total was going to far exceed what I was willing to pay. But, she gave me options for payment which really helped ease my stress level. Everyone that I encountered at Ford that day was seriously so genuinely nice and accommodating. You can tell every person who works here is HAPPY and cares a lot about their customers. Thanks Ford!

Evergreen Ford service was great! We had an airbag recall and I managed to drop the car off a week early. They were able to work it in and complete the work so I didn t have to come back. I also didn t receive my car back with a list of things they recommended they replace for me.

The buying experience was great but waiting for my license plates to arrive was a hassle. I was told by the person who is in charge of the tittles that it will be sent through FEDEX or UPS to make sure I would get them on time and he or she decided to send them through regular mail. I work graveyard and dont have the time to wait till 8 pm to make sure my license plates get here the day my paper one expires. This is not my first time buying a car but it will be the last time buying a car through Evergreen Ford..

I bought my Ford Focus at Evergreen Ford about five years ago. The salesman, Ross Wall, was very helpful and informative and guided me to the perfect car for me. I make appointments to take my car to Evergreen for all of its scheduled maintenance. They send me helpful reminders by email and I get coupons too. The beautiful dealership facility is sparkling clean and one of the staff will help you immediately upon your arrival. The service representative who has helped me recently was Nick. He was very energetic and friendly. He explained everything that the maintenance visit would include, gave me a bottle of water and directed me to the clean waiting room with comfortable seating and WiFi. I am always impressed with how little time these maintenance checks take and with Evergreen's overall service, starting with the woman who answered the phone when I called for my appointment. I am a very satisfied customer!

Scheduled a maintenance for a recall 2 weeks in advance. Turned in my car and after 30 minutes they said they don't have the mechanic to fix the recall. Wasted the whole day. I also gave them my car to fix another recall which they never really fixed. Wish there was another ford service center in Issaquah.

The car was not ready to be picked up when promise at the end of the day. Had to make other arrangements to get home. Left vehicle for the entire next week as I was out of town. If the vehicle wasn't going to be ready at end of the day. they should've contacted me to let me know so I didn't have to make a special trip down there.

Honestly, stay away. I went and looked at a truck and test drove it. I then proceeded to discuss payment options with the staff. The price they wanted was too much for my budget. After some back and forth I was then offered the vehicle for the price I was looking for by the general manager and sales person and I accepted the offer. Fast forward 2 days and I asked for an out the door cost breakdown. The price in the breakdown was not the price agreed upon. After further discussion with the sales staff and general manager, I wad told that I was not offered the price agreed upon. So long story short, go find your new vehicle at a more professional dealership.

I want to thank Evergreen Ford and particularly Jeffrey for the Excellent service and attention my wife and I received. We had test driven the new Explorer's at another dealer and really liked it. They were lacking in customer service and listening to what we wanted. A couple of weeks later we decided to visit Evergreen. Jeffrey went above and beyond and treated my wife and I with Great Respect. Not only did he show us what we wanted in a vehicle with the accessories and style, he was patient as well as very jovial. Evergreen and Jeffrey are our new Friends!

A nice, no hassles environment for car shopping. Janay K. (Sales Rep) met me at the curb and took me through a bunch of options as I shared more of what I was looking for. She was the perfect sales person. We sat in a bunch of the SUV options, settled on a good deal for trade in and got a few services lined up for post-sale add ons. I never felt rushed or slighted. Now, I'm the happy driver of a Ford "Dora" Explorer that's just what I hoped for straight off the lot. Thx Janay and team. Hats off!

We ve been an Evergreen Ford customer since 1999 and have always been treated fair and positively.

We recently bought our truck and the accessories process was great! They now have their own accessories shop for all the fun gadgets, from rain guards to window tinting!

I LOVE Evergreen Ford! My family and I have purchased 7 cars from them and each experience has been over the top 5 star treatment! Robert & Justin are amazingly good at what they do! Quickest time and experiences in car buying I ve ever had! I used to call car salesmen Vultures because they would circle and hover as you walk the lot. Not these guys! They let you do your thing and they will make deals happen to get you what you want, in such a timely manner! I can t say enough about Evergreen Ford! Thank you again guys! You are the BEST!

The best service compared to any of the other dealerships we went to. Sales manager Chris W. came in on his day off to help us look for the right car. He was extremely patient in our process of choosing. The accessories manager Matthew G. was quick to help us order and explain the process of adding all the bells and whistles that we wanted. Walked away happily with a new truck! Wonderful service and I'd recommend them over any other Ford dealership in WA.

Talked with Kelly on the phone and told him we were doing research for a future purchase in 3-4 months and he sounded appalled that we didn't want to buy right away. When I mentioned we had been passively looking at vehicles for the past year he scoffed and questioned why we would need to do research for that long. Not sure why it's his problem that we are trying to budget and plan ahead. Really turned me off of this dealership that I actually haven't even stepped foot on physically, and now am pretty sure I never will.

Friendly staff that went the extra mile during the pandemic. Most of the staff practiced excellent socially distancing practices although some were uncomfortably close with their masks slipping below their chins. I would suggest a different style. Pricing was better than our local dealer.

My wife and I recently purchased a Brand New Ford F-150 and I am glad I didn't go anywhere else! From the lot, showroom, salesmen, sales manager, finance office! Truly great experience. We were there for hours and they ensured me and my family were cared for.

The sales representative (Arcus Kelley) was awesome. Great service after reaching out to Evergreen Ford online. 10 minute response time. Got lucky with Arcus Kelley answering the call.
The only advise to the dealership is to speed up the handoff from sales to the finance team. Great experience. I will recommend and be back for sure.

I do appreciate the honesty though about what was happening in the transmission and why my Ranger was kind of loud in the lower gears
