The in home sales person was knowledgeable. The first quote was high, but they come down if you sign that night. A little pressure as the sales person left and came back with a final price.

The process takes longer than quoted. Took about 2 weeks to get windows measured. I had called to follow up and was told it was already done. The next day someone called to schedule measurements.

The install team were professional, polite and efficient. They installed the windows well and cleaned up any mess.

The windows look great. Overall, I think I would buy from them again.
