This guy is a joke and Lazy but still a mr know it all if you know what mean! Not knowledgeable in electronics whatsoever don t waste your time at this place. There are several other repair places nearby that do a better job than this clown show. Buyer beware!!!

I had taken it to another shop on 2 different occasions, they had it for over 2 weeks, charged me a lot and they still didn't fix it.

I am a small business owner in Glendale. I initially called Equipped Solutions to move my business from one office to another. My entire business depended on my phones which operates off of the internet. I wanted to make sure that when I moved that I would have no issues with the set up of my work network, internet provider, and would be up in running with little downtime. I spoke to Michael who was very knowledgeable and professional. He visited both my offices and looked at what I needed done and quoted a very fair price. The transition went smoothly.
I have dropped off my personal computer for him to clean up and it worked much faster and it was more secure when I got it back.
Since then, I have called Michael whenever I have any technical issues with my business or personally. He has gotten to know my business and my network setup (my software program is on a remote server hosted by another company). I called him today about a server issue (other companies server) and he knew exactly what I was talking about and told me how to get it fixed.
He has answered many questions over the phone, given me connection cord and has never charged me for these extra services. Michael takes the calls or returns them quickly, is always on time, and does what he promises. I will always call Michael and his team for any of my future needs and will recommend him to everyone.
I am a busy business owner and don't always take the time to write reviews but when someone is well deserving and does not expect anything in return this is the least I could do. Thank you Michael, you have helped me out tremendously and are a pleasure to talk too. It is a relief to have someone I can depend on!
Michael & Jonathan are both helpful and knowledgable over the pbone and in person. They didn't change me a thing to diagnose my computer and gave me a free estimated cost to repair it too.

These people are the best and they really know what they are doing. They charge a very fair price and are noticeably honest, and their turn-around repair time is fast as well. The owner (Michael) is very personable and won't fix something unless it needs to be fixed. My entire family has taken many of our computers there to get repaired and we are always happy with the results. Would highly recommend them and they are worth the drive if you are out of the area.
Went there very skeptical of what was ahead of me becuase of my previous expierance with Geek squad only to be amazed with the customer service and care a recieved I work at a Financial Institution and these people are very professional and courteous. Went in to see if there was anything that they would be able to do to help me, left it there for a day they called back and said its fixed becuase of something so simple that wen wrong with the wires, they didnt charge me a dime, Was treated like family and these people arent trying to suck the money out of me like best buy. Just happened to stumble on this gem while working in the area. Michael is super friendly and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable with computers. I had a build I did on my own that wouldn't post. I took it to every self proclaimed "computer expert" on my friends list with no results. This 2500$ tower sat in my room for 5 months, until today. I took it to Michael and got a call an hour later with a diagnosis. Unfortunately, one of the many "experts" had bent some of the pins on my motherboard and mine was beyond repair. Michael didn't try to upsell me parts, even told me to buy the replacement on amazon and bring it to him as that's most inexpensive way. I plan to have him do full wire management on the system and get it in tip top shape. This shop is the bees knees and I am going to recommend them to ANYONE needing computer repair. Michael finished my computer in record time and went over every single feature my new build had. I was beyond excited and his attention to detail for wire management and everything was amazing. I am so happy I found Michael and literally took a stack of his business cards to hand out to ANYONE needing computer repair. TOP NOTCH!!! Price was beyond fair for the amount of work he did. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon trying to get some small hardware for my laptop. There was a customer ahead of me so I had a chance to see how things went with them. Jason took the time to patiently explain to the customer how things were going with their repair. I liked how he worked with the customer. He then took the time to find the small part I needed and I was grateful to finally get it fixed. My business goes here from now on.
I moved here from Iowa last month and my laptop need update and I looked online computer repair and I checked reviews so I called the explain it to them . He said will take care of my laptop do I stopped there and it is very nice satisfy there Justin is honest . I'm trust them. Next time my pic computer will need update same place. Had a Windows Update that gave me the blue screen of death. Attempted to resolve issue on my own by messing with programming techniques which were outside of my ken, and made it worse. Michael quickly diagnosed that my hard drive was not the issue, offered to diagnose the issue further for free, and fixed it fast for a very reasonable price. He also upgraded the RAM in my system for an AMAZING price, and it has breathed new life into my ageing machine! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, fast turn time, great prices... i have had the chance to do business with Equipped solutions and to the credit of the service industry going downhill you will not find that to be the case here. not only will they take the time to explain to you whats going on but will go as far as to put it in whatever terms it takes for the layman to understand. it wa the flat out honesty that surprised me. they could have made alot of money off of me but instead choose to direct me to a way that would save me money. Of-course now i am the loyal customer who goes to them first before even thinking about something computer related. these are great folks, as my grandpappy would say!
I took my daughter's computer here. The computer kept shutting down and rebooting randomly. A few months prior to bringing it to Equipped Solutions, I had taken it to the guy "Down the street" from this store. I won't call him out here, but I will be leaving reviews for him on his Google page. But that's later.
Anyway, Equipped Solutions found the issue quickly. They went the extra mile to find out what was wrong. The video card that "The other Guy" sold me, had a chip set not compatible with my daughter's processor. Gee thanks "Other Guys down the Street".
Anyway, the owner gave me a price sheet and different options for another video card, I picked one, and it was installed within 30 minutes. He also put a new CMOS battery in the computer at no charge.
I will continue to use this company for PC Repair, upgrades and new builds. Hands down, they are the best I have ever used in the North and West Valley.
Went here for a finger print card. It was very fast all electronic. The guy was very friendly. Glad I went here.
