Went there very skeptical of what was ahead of me becuase of my previous expierance with Geek squad only to be amazed with the customer service and care a recieved I work at a Financial Institution and these people are very professional and courteous. Went in to see if there was anything that they would be able to do to help me, left it there for a day they called back and said its fixed becuase of something so simple that wen wrong with the wires, they didnt charge me a dime, Was treated like family and these people arent trying to suck the money out of me like best buy. They have definitley earned a lifetime member for both me, family and friends. Best place to go for anything you need woth computer help! -Zachary
