I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon trying to get some small hardware for my laptop. There was a customer ahead of me so I had a chance to see how things went with them. Jason took the time to patiently explain to the customer how things were going with their repair. I liked how he worked with the customer. He then took the time to find the small part I needed and I was grateful to finally get it fixed. My business goes here from now on.
