Trying to get someone on the phone or an email response takes forever.

We have worked with this company for many years now. We really appreciate our longstanding relationship with them. Peyton, Krystal, and Kathy are all very easy to work with.

These people are horrible to deal with. Their lack of response, to things that should take very little timne, is appalling. Trying to get someone on the phone or an email response takes forever.

We've worked with Peyton, Kathy and Krystal for nearly 7 years now, and they are terrific- very responsive and easy to reach. Experience matters when selecting a management company -- this group has seen just about everything related to home owner associations, enabling them to quickly and effectively offer guidance to residents and board members. They have so many connections with contractors and local businesses that have saved us time and money. We're fortunate to have built a strong relationship with the Capitol Management Team. Our HOA administration is in good hands!

Peyton Harris and his colleagues helped us with our situation at our Condo complex and we can't thank him enough. It wasn't an easy situation to manage but Peyton and his team did a wonderful job in mediating an uncomfortable situation that worked out for both the parties. Highly recommended

Leadership is top notch. Peyton is professional, customer focused and detail oriented. Great people skills and a pleasure to work with.

Capital Management has been managing our townhouse community to more than 10 years now, if memory serves correctly. The are professional and responsive.
With that said, they are not the least expensive company "up front".
1) In part, this is because you get what you pay for. You shouldn't expect Lexus levels of service if all you are willing to pay for is a Geo Metro.
2) However, they have also saved us a bunch of money in negotiating better deals with contractors. They have also let us know when prices were getting too high due to annual 'automatic' increases from our contractors.
In the end, for the level of services we receive, they are a GREAT value.
