**THIS IS A COPY OF THE EMAIL LETTER I SENT TODAY TO THE GOODWILL DIRECTIVE***
To whom may it concerns,
On the past ten years, Im this type of customers that loves visit every Goodwill store that I found on maps or on my way every time I can.
Im in love with the services and prices, not only I buy for me, I loves to help others that needed.
But this email its not about my past experiences with you guys( best until today)
I find out after couple trips on rute 73 the new locations that you guys have it. Old building still have the signs and its very confuse.
I stop today at the new store located on 2834 NJ-73, Maple Shade Township, NJ 08052, around 5:45PM, just need to see if you guys has some fixures for a donation to a family member that needs.
A lot of traffic of customers walking in on that time but seems that they turn around and leave the store. When I walk into the store a lady between the clothing aisles scream to me that "we're closed"(very unprofessional). I keep walking because I think that the person wasn't talking to me. This lady cross at front of my way and said that "Sir, we already closed", closed but what time you guys close on Sundays ( I ask her) she respond that at 6pm. Thats OK! Its 5:45pm so I have time to look around quickly I responded. This lady said NO SIR, YOU NEED TO LEAVE BECAUSE WE ALREADY CLOSED with an attitude. So I responded that if the door said to the public that you guys close at 6pm and the front door still open i can walk in, but because I just came to see something quick im going to walk in and walkout ASAP. I keep walking to find my treasure but find out that my wife try to walk behind me and the lady escort her outside.
I deside to leave the store but this same lady walked next to me with an attitude like she wants to hurt me. I deside to ask for a MOD, she said that she's the manager on duty. I ask for her name and she respond me that her supervisor was on the building and he will said the same of leaving the building.
I ask for her name again and she turn around on my face ignored me and walk out, I followed and ask for her supervisor name, she disappeared thru the aisles. I leave the place at 5:47pm.
This is the first time that a Goodwill store really made me angry and my opinion to the AD has to take knowledge of my experience to understand how this feel.
I desided to took my money to other places. Thank you.
