i have had the chance to do business with Equipped solutions and to the credit of the service industry going downhill you will not find that to be the case here. not only will they take the time to explain to you whats going on but will go as far as to put it in whatever terms it takes for the layman to understand. it wa the flat out honesty that surprised me. they could have made alot of money off of me but instead choose to direct me to a way that would save me money. Of-course now i am the loyal customer who goes to them first before even thinking about something computer related. these are great folks, as my grandpappy would say!
