Had a Windows Update that gave me the blue screen of death. Attempted to resolve issue on my own by messing with programming techniques which were outside of my ken, and made it worse. Michael quickly diagnosed that my hard drive was not the issue, offered to diagnose the issue further for free, and fixed it fast for a very reasonable price. He also upgraded the RAM in my system for an AMAZING price, and it has breathed new life into my ageing machine! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, fast turn time, great prices...
