I used to love Entertainmart until it was brought to my attention that the entire staff has an absolutely awful attitude problem. They talk to you like you re a 2 year old. When you try to talk to them about THEIR return policy they ignore you and call security. The staff is unhelpful and they don t test the equipment you buy. My sister in law had the same issue with a gaming system, luckily she got hers returned, but the next day when we tried for the second time to return ours we saw the one she returned back on the shelf. We have video proof of their equipment not working but the manager refused to even talk to us and a female employee had an attitude with us before we even approached the corner. Don t waste your money here.
