Tons of great items. Their used games are priced a bit high though. Found some of the used games were more expensive than new at other stores. I do get better deals on trades than other places

I wish it was more clean and tidy the staff was helpful when asked a question that you had to seek someone to get. they aren't big on urgency to help out

You can always get whatever you need their I love this place

They have a great selection of vinyl but if you're looking for something like guns and roses are Metallica I think they're over price and they have a big selection of CDs movies and games

They are owned by a new company but they still have terrible customer service. When they have sales they make sure to jack up the price first before you apply the discount. Huge selection though and super interested in the book section they're about to add.

This was a great experience just to go and look around. Selling music and movies, and not just new but used as well. I have been able to find titles I had not seen in years. But they also sell toys, books, video games and even comic books and collectables. And they also offer to rent out the movies and series they have... great store for entertainment needs.

I love Entertainmart. I come here for pokemon singles! The employees are always such sweethearts!

Don't know if it's new management, but this store had gotten a lot better.

I don't buy much here, but I love coming here to browse the store. When I do want to buy things, I'm always able to find exactly what I want.

In 2015 I had a bad experience, I had a 500gb Xbox 360 with plenty games and asseccories valued at over $900 when I purchased it they tell me the trade in value to sell it to them was$45 I've never felt so low balled in my life and the employees that were handling me were so rude and unprofessional.

My first time going in there it was like a wonder land of electronics! They were friendly as well as busy. Despite other reviews having been negative this place is better than a pawn shop on buying things from customers. Their prices on used things are reasonable as well, and besides the clearance area, sections of the store are well organized

Found some old Game Boy Advance games for $4 each which was cool. PS3 games cost almost as much as new - ridiculous. PS2, GameCube, and Wii are priced well. And yea, the store is dirty, and they don't seem to care. Shoppers are kinda scary too.

Can always find movies I am looking for there. And great music.

This place is huge and you can find vintage items. Staff friendliness is hit or miss and prices are high. It's good to take a look around.

Huge selection of everything; movies, games, books, cds, etc. used and new at a fair price. I usually never leave without at least one item each time I go

Whatever title you want, for the most part. They're foreign film sections a little small but, found one copy of exactly what I needed.

Needed desperately a newer phone, out right without that contract thing, I'm frugal . Went to a couple of stores, almost caved into a contract. The phone rep seeing me lingering around and whining said to try EntertainMart. Remembered passing by a couple of times and never stopped in.

Yeah, the place was not like Tarjey (Target),BB ( Best Buy) or Wally World
(Walmart), I wasn't in there for the decor, but a cell phone. Paced the display cases for a bit, the sales people were around and one finally came by maybe 10-15 mins after assisting another person.

I showed him my raggedy near dead cell which I came to replace. I selected two cell phones, narrowed it down to one after re-examining the exterior. Selected the better looking version next to it. The sales associate got a battery started it up, we ran through the apps,and everything seemed fine.

I've had the cell phone now for nearly a week, even upgraded the lastest Android software compatible for this cell. No problems (so far), and I stayed in my target budget. I'd go back again.

This place is horrible. Customer service doesn't exists, return policy is beyond inane, and stuffs overpriced. Go to Vidja Games.

Fabulous place! Our Son's girlfriend works here and suggested we bring our 12 year old to celebrate his birthday! Nice and spacious, clean, tons of great games and lazer tag! Something for everyone, young and older!

I always enjoy entertainment. For the most part I know what they have so I know I will come out of there with something I want. And knowing they will have something new that I haven't seen in awhile will also be there. Then there are holiday sales that make it even better.

Polite staff and great selection of more "niche" games. Loved the fandom stuff and especially the manga and books. On top of all that, the staff was wonderfully polite and friendly.

Lots of great prices. Not so organized but if you have the time to browse you can find just about anything.

If your looking to sell your DVD's, video games, and electronics, depending on what it is this is the place to go. I do like the store better than Independent which is further down the street. When you sell your merchandise to them, understand your not getting full price. The staff is great. I would love to give them more stars but I don't like the location and they visual layout of the store. I grew up with a store called Hastings. One of my favorite stores to shop and hang out at. I was upset it went bankrupt and closed. The store did buy backs, rentals, and sold merchandise. Hastings was clean and really nice. Had a coffee shop in a few stores. I hope EntertainMart does some remodeling or even move the store to another location in the future.

Great place for used videos, consoles, games, and music. If you need a controller or a power cord it's a good place to visit. Normally reasonable prices compared to their competitors.

Tons of used Xbox, Xbox 360, Playstation, Nintendo, and other games, console kits, you name it. In the rear of store, the used books are great.

They have everything that you could possibly Ever Need as far as gaming

Great selection of almost any liquor you could want at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff always.

Good prices and good selections! Especially the kpop selection! Every other store me and my fiancee went only had boy groups which is a shame.

The deals are pretty good. The staff is mostly nice but I often see groups of them just hanging out and talking while only one helps customers at registers. Always check your used disks before you leave because I have had wrong and missing movies. The best part about this place is the amazing selection of unique and fun books. However, unless they are used the price isn't always that great.

If you're looking for that obscure movie you really want to find, check here. Huge selection of movies, video games going all the way back to the Atari up through new PS4 games. Also a huge music selection. I'd be wary of buying tv's or newer video game consoles. Doubt they have any way of checking, but I'm pretty sure a lot of those types of items that get sold there are stolen.

This place will literally Rob you of your money I've literally went their dozens of times buying games that are all scratched or scuffed up and that's not fair when I'm looking for games I'm looking for games that are in good shape and I'm able to look at the condition not having them sealed and not being able to look at them do not buy anything from this store go to Denver it's were you can get games and movies for a reasonable price even retro games are low too, avoid this store under any circumstances.

I used to like this store a lot better but now prices are way to close between used and new items. There needs to be better deals in the used selections.

Great collectibles, huge variety and lot of used games from classics like N64 and more. Go here regularly due to the awesome collectibles they have or bought from customers to get my hands on first.

The place is huge with a wide selection of entertainment products, including hobbies like video games to CCG's. When selling I would recommend spinning around to get the best deal. Tried selling XBOX's and the prices were too low to consider.

Great place to find older music, movies, games etc. Some prices can pricey.

I think the staff are friendly and helpful. All though I think they should have open Wi-Fi for their patrons

I bought a movie for $7 I totally hated it it was gory and just not a great movie. I tried to return it and they said they would buy it back for $0.10. I had just bought it hours earlier. They charged me some rental fee barely gave me $2 back on a $7 movie. I will not be using Entertainmart anymore thank you.

I love this store it is amazing ive been looking for a movie and it was here waiting for me.. You can get cell phone xbox or ps4 games and counsel aswell just come in it wont let you down

I use to love this place until today, I called them to get info on their movie trades and they told me they do 0.50 - 1.00 per dvd and 50% more for store credits. I get there with 13 dvds and they didn t give me more then 15 cents for a few dvds and 5-10 cents for the rest. What I was thinking might be 8-13 bucks in store credit, to be able to get something new to watch, wasn t no more then 2.98 in store credit and 1.90 for cash, when they are going to sell each one for 4.99 and up. Total waist of time going there now.

Wow they don't answer the phone at 6:30 pm...must be to close to closing...at 11pm. Big thumbs down...I'll go to game stop! Hire better staff.

This place is awesome! It has everything you are looking for.. books, games, electronics, music, literally everything!

Came in with an 1080p full HD web camera still sealed in box with the receipt and they didn't even bother to take a look at it. Saw webcameras in their case on the way out. So it would seem they do buy them.

Waited in line for only about 10 minutes, so that's a plus.

This is a cool eclectic store. We like to go here just explore and see things we haven't seen in years. The staff is also super helpful.

I would describe this store as like a combination of a used FYE, GameStop, and bookstore. EntertainMART offers a lot of Pop culture merchandise, toys, movies, music, games and books. They sell older forms of physical copies of media such as DVDs, VHS, cassettes, records, and older console games. The staff is very helpful and friendly in directing you to where you need. The store will also buy used merchandise from customers, which is great for those looking to slim their collection.

Review says tell others why I hated this place lol..I don't hate it.. this was my experience-i called to see if they bought the Skylanders game and figures and if so how much do they pay.. approximately..they answered yes and they would have to look up each one individually..it sounded like it would be worth my time and gas to drive there.. before I even opened one of the bags containing about 60 figures a person behind counter said 20 for 5 cents..if they would have shared that information over the phone I wouldn't have went..they buy other things too but I believe I'll take them to the Arc to donate. TY.

Great selection and friendly staff. But I'm warning you, don't attempt to sell anything here. They will literally give you pennies on the dollar. I understand that a profit needs to be made but this is so far beyond that. It is just greed.

It's... An interesting place. I liked it years ago when it was more pawnshop meets media but last time I went in it was just price gouging consumer electronics with only the latest and greatest in games. The used games area used to take up a good chunk and new games were smaller. It flipped, then a ton of space is dedicated to over priced electronics.

Great spot to find low priced games, electronics, and a huge selection of vinyl.

One-of-a-kind, one stop for entertainment, geek, gamer, movie, comic/book store. This place is a gem in Colorado Springs and you can spend hours looking. You can even rent media and deduct the rent cost from the product if you like it and buy it.

It was great. So many things to look at and treasures to find.
