I called and asked if they had a certain game in stock, they told me that they had 3 used copies of the game. I went to the store, found the case for the game I wanted on the shelf, and brought it to check out. They were unable to locate the game at all, and I left empty handed. Misplaced and disorganized inventory. Before coming to pick up the item you want, make sure they actually have it.
