Inattentive waitstaff, food prepared wrong, bill incorrect. What can I say, 3 strikes and your out. I have dined here 4 times in the past 18 months and observed a slow decline in food quality and staff attitude. Don't get me wrong, some of the staff is wonderful, however the ones that aren't cast a large shadow. 2 stars, as I reserve 1 star for the worst, as you cannot post zero stars. There are many better places.

The wait is rough, unless you have a reservation. Even just for a party of 3 we had to almost an hour when it was supposed to be 30-35 min. The drinks and food however are pretty good. But because of the wait it killed the experience for me just heads up make a reservation even for a small party.

The place itself is cool but the food is just average and they won't let you customize anything on the menu. I wanted the meat omelette but due to dietary reasons didn't want the potato that comes in it. They said everything is premade so I couldn't get it without the potato. I asked for just a basic custom omlette and they said they couldn't do that either. Frustrated I ordered something random and only ate half of it. I left brunch frustrated, hungary, and ripped off.

We visited one morning last week and honestly I was less than impressed. I ordered the breakfast Sammy and I m quite positive that the executive chef got the inspiration for this dish at McDonald s. I would suggest ordering it if your a fan of the sausage and egg McGriddle but want to spend a little more and feel better about what your eating since it s locally sourced and organic.

I'm sure food was great but unfortunately a bunch of Karen's from 10 feet away decided we were being too loud at the bar and never got the chance to try it. Don't attempt to come here if you had a couple day drinks and want to enjoy food at the bar

Great food and good prices. One of the best brunch menus I ve seen, but sadly some of the worst service I ve ever encountered. Waited over 25 minutes for a reservation, extremely rude servers, attempted to overcharge by $35+, total lack of attentiveness. It seems like the experience was not the norm.

My girlfriend and I were so excited to visit this place, and were so disappointed. Of course, the fire house theme is very cool. They could have embraced it a bit more, maybe paid a bit more homage to the Milwaukee FD, but it's cool. The menu is a bit over the top and could be simplified. Someone went a little nuts trying to make the menu sound fancy. I mean this in reference to the names and descriptions of items more than the items themselves, but it could apply to the latter as well. I ordered a pulled pork eggs benedict creation, I'm a big eggs benedict fan. The pulled pork was dry and didn't have much taste, but the potatoes on the side were fantastic. I ordered a fried plantain on the side and it came smothered in salt and pepper, thus rendering it useless. My girlfriend ordered chocolate/chocolate chip pancakes with shredded coconut mixed into the batter, and an apple cider mimosa. The drink was good, pancakes average. No need for the shredded coconut, and the pancakes were nothing special. Overall, nothing about this place makes it worth returning to.

The carmel apple French toast dish was bland and tasted as if it was served past its prime. I was disappointed because I've been looking forward to dining here for some time. My husband had the Bangers and Mash which were very good. The service was satisfactory.

I have heard really great things about this place and I'd wanted to try it out for a while. If you are going, I recommend making a reservation because wait times get extremely long on the weekends. The reservation process was easy to do online and our table was ready when we arrived. The coffee arrived promptly and tasted good. The menu was confusing to say the least. Nothing looked particularly interesting (definitely not typical "breakfast" foods). Overall, I did not like anything we ordered (porchetta and polenta, salmon madame, and the smoked pork eggs benedict). After expressing our concerns about the food, the manager (I am assuming, he did not introduce himself rather he just began speaking) sent over a cinnamon roll which was also not very good. The space is very cool and bright and the restaurant is easy to get to. The porchetta and polenta had a very oily salsa verde which I thought was pesto until I reviewed the menu. Porchetta is already a fatty piece of meat, so I didn't appreciate the amount of oil in the bowl. The salmon madame was an enormous piece of brioche with a salmon spread on the top. There was not much salmon in the spread. Prior to ordering, we asked the waitress what this dish was like and she went on to describe the way the fish was deboned.
