My family stayed at the Emory last month, during an extremely difficult time. The accommodations were incredible... clean, comfortable, quiet. The staff was beyond amazing. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful, even ones who had no idea why we were there. At a time when emotions were high, and interactions were hard, our stay here made all the difference. Thank you all for being so wonderful to our family. It was appreciated more than you know.

I look forward to my stays at Emory Conference Center. The staff is gracious and the whole environment is beautiful, well appointed and totally comfortable. Stay here just for the whole Frank Lloyd Wright atmosphere.

My experience at the Emory Conference Center was excellent. The staff, without exception, went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. I was there for a total of 6 nights and was impressed with the service and professionalism. On the first day the toilet wouldn't flush. There was someone in the room fixing it within 10 minutes. There was a glitch getting on the internet one night at 10:30 pm. The front desk offered to have someone come to the room, right then, to help us get connected. I have stayed in several really expensive, nice hotels, but never have had that level of responsiveness to my needs. BTW, the food was good too!

I was invited to a military Wounded Warriors EXPO. There were 10 Veteran Organizations who gave the group information about what they had to offer. Very interesting and worth while the time spent.
This was an opportunity to network, and build future friendships if the need exist.
The program presentors were very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help the Veterans be informed about their rights and where to look for future jobs. Hats off for doing a magnificent job.
Oh yes, the Emory conference center hotel was very nice and comfortable. Lunch was not bad, and great desserts.

This aging hotel needs an update. The front desk was consistently understaffed and the room was less than clean. If not for referrals from Emory hospital, this hotel would not be able to provide such an inferior product. This as an embarrassment to the Emory name.

Stayed overnight for a training function. Room was comfortable, decent sized, clean, and stocked as expected. Beds are above average for comfort. Had a bit of a time finding the elevators up to the guest rooms but otherwise stay was good.

This was my first time staying at the Emory Conference Center Hotel but it definitely won't be my last! It is very conveniently located, and really is a little haven tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta. The lobby and adjoining common area is beautiful, and had a I spent more than a nite here I would have spent more time hanging out at the hotel. All members of staff were extremely polite and helpful, and my room was very clean. The best part was the price! Truly a great value.

We have stayed here multiple times while visiting family who live near Emory. At Thanksgiving it was fairly busy; staying between Christmas and New Year's it was virtually empty. My kids enjoy the pool and it is a good location. There is a newish mall with restaurants next door, which means there are places to eat or buy light groceries within walking distance.

This is only hotel that I know of that have a bowling alley and an arcade in the hotel. The hotel is very very very nice too. I can to more things besides watch TV and swim at most 5 Star hotels. I think this is a 6 Star hotel.

Our first room was wet and smelled horrid. You must pay to park each night. The facility allowed a film crew to take over the hotel during our 3 night stay. The bar was off limits during filming, crew members were yelling into the lobby to be quiet, and cables were running all over the lobby. The staff was friendly and the ability to walk to Emory Point for food was great, but as for the comfort of the hotel, I would not recommend it.

Great entertainment venue for small events. Bowling lanes are not to professional specs but are just for fun. Combined two rooms can hold 98 people. Two bars, lounge areas, nice facilities and staff.

Aliyah at the front desk was the rudest person I ve ever dealt with. She didn t even take into consideration that we were staying there for the convenience of an early appointment at Emory. She did not care to accommodate the Dr s orders and give us extra pillows to allow sleep with the body 30 degrees up. I couldn t even believe someone would treat someone so rudely. She should be fired. Because of her we will not be back.

The Emory Conference Center is an oasis - beautiful decor in the midst of trees and green space yet close to Emory Point which has food and shopping. Our room was very comfortable and the staff we interacted with professional, courteous and nice!

Very relaxed nestled off the Main Street and into some woods. Nice staff, great looking facility, and yummy restaurant onsite. I would stay here again and may even go out of my way to stay here when in Atlanta in general.

I stayed at the Emory Hotel one night while grandson endured cancer surgery at Egelston Children's Hospital. For $200, the three of us (an uncle and great grandma included) were completely disappointed with several different main features. First came the parking inconvenience in relation to the room location. With parking underground, an elevator takes you to the lobby floor. From there, unless your room is on lobby level, you walk to the opposite end of the hotel to another elevator to access upstairs rooms (there's a smell of dinginess or mold in the air). Our room happened to be at the very end of an extremely long corridor, quite a distance from the elevator to the lobby. The first light inside the room is so dim we found ourselves squinting to find a real light. Next, Food. We waited almost 40 minutes for soup, hamburger, fries, salad and veggies that were not that great. If busy, the wait could be more understandable, but given we were the only ones in the place, outside of a drunk group of 10 just drinking, there was no excuse. Now, the Room. There were greasy bottles of scented body oil & clothes tag trash under the chairs that we moved around for comfort, one of the beds crackled from the mattress plastic cover, but was comfy enough, the shower head didn't flow well and was not adjustable and the bath exhaust vent didn't work. The coffee was a cheap maker that made 2 tiny cups and there was no continental breakfast. Last but not least, the bill. I paid with my credit card and received paid receipt showing 0 balance. Upon check of my account online, an additional $20.32 was charged that was not on my receipt. When I called for information, I was told it was an incidental fee that would 'go away' within 2-3 days. Ridiculous. On a positive note, it has a great fireplace in the lobby and wide open spaces for large parties. Personally, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Take care.

Overall: the furniture and carpet, overall decor is outdated. I feel like they re trying to go with a southern old decor vibe but it comes off as just outdated. Need to renovate soon.

Bedroom: comfy mattress, full size mirror.

Bathroom: good shower head in terms of water flow. Did notice a little mold so that was a little off putting.

Rooms are OK, pillows are lumpy, friendly staff, when I ordered room service it came a half hour earlier than I requested and the pancakes were really dense. Overall just an OK stay.

No bellmen, no valet parking (had to pay $16 to get out of parking garage in basement beneath hotel.) I had to push my disabled wife's wheelchair and roll clothing carrier behind me. No employees offered to help. NOBODY CARED. Our one night stay cost over $300 total. The only good part of our stay was the excellent room service, and their considerate staff. If I can help it, I will never stay in this RIPOFF JOINT again. G.GLENN FREEMAN,MDFABFM

On a trip to Atlanta, my girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Emory Conference Center Hotel. I wanted to like it, but I didn't. We booked through a third party, so even though we requested a king room we got a room with two queens. Even after complaining they wouldn't change it. There's a $10 parking charge to park overnight. There was something wrong with the door to our room, so to close it you had to literally throw your body weight against it. Last, but not least, when we opened the mini-fridge there was a tray with standing water and mold in it. Yeah, mold. That was disgusting.

On the plus side, the bathroom was nice, the staff was friendly, and the wifi was fast. Other than that though, I did not enjoy my experience at the hotel.

I recently stayed for a conference at the CDC and had an excellent experience. The rooms and grounds were lovely and the staff was totally willing to go out of their way to assist me. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem. If I were not attending an event on Emory's campus, I would not have known about it. Now, I will look forward to staying there anytime I'm in Atlanta. The decor was great, good was excellent in the hotel and the local restaurant and service was superb.

Worst hotel experience ever!

Worst hotel experience ever!

We made this reservation specifically explaining that we needed a "fresh air" room with a balcony that we could open and one (1) king sized bed. We explained that we would be arriving late, because we were hosting the wedding of our daughter.

When we arrived, there were two such rooms unoccupied, but neither was cleaned or ready and your staff refused to do anything to clean them.

When we arrived at 12:30 am, exactly as we had told you, your front desk first kept us waiting over 30 minutes because they could not figure out the status of their available rooms, and then they could only offer a double bed room, with sealed windows, that smelled of cleaning chemicals and human body odor (as if someone had been conducting gym classes in that room). We offered to wait while they cleaned the two king sized balcony rooms, but was told by your night staff, with at least 4 different people working, that none of those people could help because they were not part of the cleaning crew and there was no night cleaning crew.

So we were turned away at 2 am! No room, no apology, no help, nothing, with your crew just standing around smiling and offering a free breakfast and a parking pass, neither of which were any help at all, since the room we had reserved, AND PRE-PAID IN FULL, was not available and no one could clean the two rooms that were available.

Enjoyed my stay for the most part, room was clean and spacious but we ended up with no balcony. The indoor pool was a great feature. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants but also secluded with lots of greenery. Overall i enjoyed my stay until i got a $30 bill for parking an hour before checkout. Although that point wasn t stressed during check in, i wouldn t be against staying here again.

Visited for a tasting of meals for their wedding catering service. The food was generally good, aside from the steak which was quite overcooked. The organizers seemed very professional.

This was the third hotel that I had come to in 1 day. I explained this to the people at the front desk. I was disappointed with other 2. I can't remember the woman's name at the front desk she was very sweet. She understood completely. She told me she would walk ne to room so that we could view it together. When we got up to the room I liked it. Standard room. I thought it was clean at first glance so I agreed everything was fine. After leaving to get something to eat and coming back to shower and dress for the night I noticed that the bathroom walls were nasty. Different stains were on them from food to possibly blood. There was also hair whether it be hair from someone's head or pubic it was stuck to the wall and sides of the toilet. I didn't like the fact that the shower head didn't adjust either. I spent few minutes by the stone wall I'm not sure if it was a fire place I can't remember, but there was a huge roach crawling in that area. It crawled into the crease of the stone wall which turnt me completely off. I understand the hotel is surrounded by trees and it's older. Other than those complaint my stay was good. The hotel staff is is really nice and for nothing else I would stay again because of them.

The hotel is on the campus of Emory. The rooms are nice. No microwave in my room but there if a fridge. Service was extremely friendly. Patrice (front desk)has sent me texts asking how my room is and if I need anything. The location is beautiful. However, the roads are narrow and windy. Parking in the garage was $15 a day (at the time of this review) but it was well lit and I felt my car was safe. I highly recommend this hotel!
