No bellmen, no valet parking (had to pay $16 to get out of parking garage in basement beneath hotel.) I had to push my disabled wife's wheelchair and roll clothing carrier behind me. No employees offered to help. NOBODY CARED. Our one night stay cost over $300 total. The only good part of our stay was the excellent room service,and their considerate staff.
