This hotel is in a convenient location and within walking distance to all major attractions. Parking was at a fair price and abundant. Room was extremely large. Only complaint would have to be the window coverings.

Hated it, such a hassle to get into a room, a ton of problems with them being able to look up bookings, made each person find their own reservation and then still had an attitude when you did their job for them, an insane amount of fees and no good amenities. All the staff i encountered were rude and dismissive. They made you feel like you were an inconvenience to them for even walking through the lobby. I can say honestly i won't be coming back. Big difference between the holiday inn express on the same property and this one. A lesson I'll only learn once

I drive a vehicle a bit bigger than most Seattle roads were designed for. That said, along with the pleasant Holiday Inn standards, the staff here went out of their way to accommodate me even though I didn t have a fuel efficient bicycle. I d come back to this hotel.

The staff and location are great, had quite a lot of decent ammeneties. Super close to a lot of attractions. The room was decent and had a litrle kitchenet section with a sink, fridge and microwave. Bathroom was a little small, almost hard to close the door to it.

Only stayed one night but I left a pair of shoes in the room. Called TWICE to see what needed to be done to get them back and did not have anyone call me back either time. The terrible part is I spoke to someone who worked the front desk both times and they couldn't help I had to wait for the lost and 'found' person to call me back. The shoes were not cheap and I won't be staying again. Would not recommend as it's not very customer service friendly.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn on Dexter Ave in Seattle WA for my birthday. First time visiting Seattle. Housekeeping entered my room to bring a fruit plater when I communicated verbally TWICE do not come in my room. I will get the fruit plater later. I also put the DO NOT Disturb sign on my door. I had some of my personal information on my bed. That's the main reason I stressed do not go in my room. I can get that plater later. II'm upset and I will not be going back. Privacy Violated

The price reflects the location, not the hotel quality. This is an older property with some updates, but not a total refresh. Based on the hard, squeaky bed, these were not among the updated items. We will not be back.

Situated at cool location and easily accessible. The internet facility is best in this hotel among all where I stayed in Seattle downtown. It's of average price and I would recommend this hotel for everyone. The staff is also pretty nice. I liked everything in the hotel.

The place is slick however the receptionist that handled my check whose name is Jeannie really needs to be trained again and get her hospitality knowledge refreshed as she's really bad at handling my check in. She doesn't explain well and she definitely does not show any interest of getting things done properly when the issue of my check in arose. Sad to say, my first day of my 5-day stay here seems to be ruined already.

Great experience at this hotel! The people at the front desk were amazing and their customer service was top notch! We choose to book though Expedia and by doing so the room we paid for was booked (not their fault). We downgraded for a night and then the next day they had us in the room we paid for. They even let us into a room earlier than 3pm which was very nice after a 6 hour flight from the East Coast.

The staff were really nice when you get there but if you have a problem don't bother! No one will actually help you, they just take messages and transfer you to people. They over charged me by 175.00 and I still have not got it all back after calling in 6 times!

Very friendly service... Great location. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman once we entered the hotel. He gave us a map and helped us navigate where we were going. Super friendly staff. The room was normal size for a holiday inn. It was clean with a mini fridge and safe. Overall, we would stay here again and and really enjoyed our time here.

We are really enjoying our stay here. We had the fire alarm go off in the middle of the night and also our toilet didn't flush. Management worked really hard to make it right for all the guests including a nice letter at our door in the morning and a comp'd night stay. Our toilet was fixed while we went to breakfast. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Seattle. Breakfast at the restaurant was also good along with the service.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean but the beds are not comfortable and definitely need to be updated as they are stiff spring mattresses but that is my only complaint. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of things to walk to.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Downtown Seattle and it was wonderful. The concierge was very nice. He recommended some local spots to check out. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Room service was prompt and polite. There were enough products provided to ensure a comfortable stay: microwave, Keurig, fridge. Location was very close to local attractions, but I don't mind walking so it wasn't much of a factor. Wouldly revisit and recommend to friends and family.

Nice, clean part of Seattle. Plenty of parking and close to many of Seattle's amenities. Front desk staff was friendly too. One of them, Jenny, was particularly cheery. A great option if you need a place to stay near the city center.

This Holiday Inn was very nice, clean, and had a great location in the middle of everything! Close to the Space Needle/Seattle Center so you can hop right on the monorail to downtown and Pike Place! Planning on staying here again for another trip in January! :)

The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, the linens are fresh, and it has a fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave! It's a great place to stay if you're in Seattle on business and need a place to recharge or if you're in for fun and need a place to recover for more fun ;). It's walkable to a number of restaurants and bars in 15-20 minutes and has a Walgreens nearby in case you get the sniffles or need toiletries or snacks.

Rooms are nice, how ever our experience with loud and drunken guest was horrible. Seemed like a college hotel party except it was grown adults. Throw up in the elevator, told the front desk people and they didn't even seem to care and we had to ride the elevator with throw up in it until it was cleaned an hour after reporting it. Lobby full of drunk people made it uncomfortable to walk through with my girlfriend....dissapointed

Nice clean hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Was a little expensive, but that's downtown hotels for you. I was there on business and for some reason was charged a tourist fee, seems kind of shady. Might be something to look out for on your visit.

Staff was really nice and accomodating, though I wish I didn't have to buy Tylenol. The Emerald Grill next door has good potatoes - waitresses are nice. Room didn't have the best view (was of an alleyway towards another hotel), but I didn't mind. Good location, good city.

This is great budget option hotel in a downtown. Reason I put 4 stars because this hotel don't have a thermometer in the room. I have to set a heater and it was running all night and it's disturbing.
NO FREE breakfast or pool. But price was reasonable in comparison with others hotels in downtown.

The Holiday Inn in Downtown Seattle is clean and well located. It is walking distance to the space needle, duck tours, multiple museums and lots of great restaurants. It is semi small for a hotel and not very tall so don't expect great views. The Holiday Inn Express, a separate hotel right next door is the one facing the space needle if you want those views. This hotel is right next to a dog day care so there are lots of barking dogs throughout the day, and the walls of the hotel are quite thin so expect to hear lots of foot steps above you or people stampeding through the halls. My first night was particularly difficult to sleep through. There's a gym in the hotel and a small restaurant right next door to it that provides decent late night drinks when needing a night cap. The hotels service is satisfactory but when ordering room service be sure to check you got everything as we were delivered only half of what we ordered when we got breakfast one day. The wifi is also nice but can be slow. Finally, I would give the hotel a B- overall. It scores high for location and cleanliness but falls flat on amenities, service, and experience.

Nice and and friendly staff and they at least have two black employees, I will only give a 3 review as they have an overwhelming amount of undocumented mexican employees, this type of racism has to stop
