Toyota link App to operate.
The app is useless and actually not fit for purpose.
From all accounts this problem has been an issue since mid 2015.
With no attempt rectify/update.

Toyota Link App is total Garbage and has been since 2015 when i bought my ZR Corolla wouldn't pay these guys to make an app with a "Hello World!" button let alone anything else.
