Very good hotel with reasonable price. Bed was comfortable. And really big breakfasts! I'm from Europe but after it I was able to walk around entire city center and still felt fed. It has parking slots. The only issue I had was 1 of 2 elevators out of order. Because of that it was really faster to use stairs to get out of hotel.

Noisy housekeepers when I first checked in, and the morning I checked out. Front desk was great, and provided umbrellas for us. The $19 parking garage fee was expensive but necessary. Does not come with breakfast but they have a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We are here for a week stay to complete some mariner courses. Included in the stay is suppose to be complimentary breakfast. One person who is entitled to this has not received it. We have spoken to the front desk several times, to no avail. will not be staying here again, ever.
Relatively good quality hotel for its price. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom/desk/TV were good quality. The only thing is that the internet was really slow and even disconnected for me sometimes, hence the 3 star review (wifi is the most important thing for me in a hotel).
Parking was 20 a night. Not sure if that is cheap or expensive for downtown Seattle. Room was fine. Nothing special about the entire place. Just a hotel in a good spot.
Good price and solid hotel visit. Stayed there there nights and everything was as expected. Clean modern room, good amenities and good location. About 10 minutes walk from the Space Needle.
Great location, too pricey and breakfast bar sucked for the size of hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking fee is $21 a day which if you are already paying for a room should be free!
Clean rooms but way over priced. .For the amount we paid it should include parking , but that was another 20 dollars plus tax . Also we flew in from Denver and arrived at 1 pm to be told our room wasn't even ready . When we got to our room hoping we at least had a view and open up curtains to find we were starting at a brick building , felt like a prison .
Staff is incredible and is in a great part of the city (SLU) and basically a short walk to the touristy places like Pikes market, the Space Needle, and Capitol Hill. It loses a star because the internet is atrocious, which may be of little concern to most but was painful to deal with during my stay.
Wonderful service! We had an issue that caused us to have to change rooms and the front desk even sent someone up with keys to the new room right down the hall.
If you have stayed at a city center Holiday Inn anywhere in the world, you know what your experience will generally be. This location has friendlier than usual staff, large rooms and is a safe walk to the Space Needle area along with a few good restaurants, etc. The AC in the room wasn t the best, and really took almost a full day to get down to a decent temp. Bed was also a bit lumpy, but for a Holiday Inn it was fine. This seems to be a big package hotel for cruise ship passengers, but they are very used to handling those crowds and even have a listing of the ships and what pier they go to on the TV. If you are going to the cruise terminal, it is generally cheaper to Uber/Lyft than to pay the $10pp for their shuttle.
Check in took over 20 mins and you can t park your car without room keys so make sure you park on the street first. The driveway is narrow so people leave their cars to check in and cars pile up. This was our only issue with the hotel. The hotel itself was decent, our room was nice, it s a bit far away from downtown, too close for uber, about 15 mins to walk to pike place market.
Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly service. There is some noise from ventilation or HVAC that could be heard in rooms on the sixth floor, so noise-sensetive people would want to get rooms on the lower floors. Good location, 10 min walk from Amazon campus.
They do upgrade elite members. However the rooms are old and bare. Toiletries are minimal and pale in comparison to Asian Holiday Inns. Paper plates and plastic spoons even in the suite. Not even a toothbrush in the rooms. For the price this should be like a Sheraton but is more like a Motel 6.
Great area not too far from all major land marks or touristy areas, they don't have breakfast in the hotel but there is a breakfast spot right next door
It is a bit confusing as there are two holiday inns back to back at the same block. The facilities at the Holiday Inn Seattle Downtown is older and less than the other HI express & suites. The packing spaces are small. But staff are polite and attentive. And the restaurant price is right.
I've stayed here a few times now. This time I was in a quiet room on the fourth floor. It was spacious and clean. The desk staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant is staffed with very friendly people who remembered and conversed with me.
I stayed here during a weekend trip to see the city. The staff were very helpful with directions. The rooms were clean, and I was surprised with the amount of space I was given. I booked the king suite, which had one bedroom, a living room area, and a kitchenette with a sink, a microwave, and a Keurig machine. There was no complimentary breakfast, but I knew that when booking and Seattle has many great breakfast options.
I stayed at this hotel during a weekend trip to the city. The staff was very helpful with directions. The rooms were clean, and spacious. I had a nice stay. I'd come back here.
Rooms are nice, reception desk service was smooth, one problem with my room was that the window was directly facing some street lights that were pretty bright during the night, other than that, it was a-okay
Super friendly staff and in a convenient location. We stayed here just one night while visiting Seattle but I definitely enjoyed the hotel. Tom, at the front desk, was so nice and helpful, even giving us a great lunch recommendation when we checked in. Our room was ready even though we arrived early and we got our key to the underground garage to park the car. You do have to pay for the garage as street parking is not an option in that part of town. Although it sits less than a mile from the Space Needle, don't expect any great views. The rooms overlook an alley, a construction site, and streets on 2 sides. But it's a nice, quiet hotel that is within walking distance to all of the major sights in Seattle. The photo was taken in the street directly adjacent to the hotel.
