The staff are friendly, helpful, and at least one of them has a terrific sense of humor. This is a good place to stay, just sure to read the fine print Holiday Inn has some rates that don't allow cancellations.
Clean hotel with large rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient location to cruise terminals, Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens and a 15 minute walk to Link light rail (Westlake station).
Predictable Holiday Inn hotel, good quality and friendly staff. But boy is this a lousy neighborhood, the only good thing is the proximity of the Space Needle but for the rest a lot of construction sites ( and a complete lack of anything resembling a bar) dominate the area...
the service was great and the staff was friendly.my room was really clean.the problems I had was the overwhelming prices of food and the beds are too cusiony.
Casual and ordinary as a hotel. I like it because it is close to the company. This is better for breakfast than the holiday inn express and suit next to you
This is a great spot to stay if you want to enjoy the nightlife of downtown Seattle. We where very close to all the clubs and restaurants. We chose an uber heading out, but walked coming in, and it was no problem at all. Good location, the room was very comfy, clean and comfortable.
Staff is very nice and accommodating. Clean rooms and within walking distance to restaurants and space needle. The Emerald Grill next door serves great food and service is awesome.
Clean Hotel very very nice front desk staff and biscuits and gravy on Thursdays are really good. Avoid Monday night's the only breakfast offerings on Tuesday or ham which is not good and scrambled eggs
Convenient location, great service, good size rooms/suites. Somewhat outdated room interior, sometimes noisy due to construction, but comfortable. Good value for the money.
Outstanding service, perfect sanitation, good location However, the quality of the passengers is too bad. The holidays are noisy from the afternoon to the middle of the night.
Great hotel with newly refurbished bedrooms with large king size beds, with refrigerators, microwave ovens, Keurig coffee makers with nice granite countertops in the bathroom and the cooking area. There is a 42 inch LCD tv and a nice desk which can be used for running a laptop computer. The room is spacious and well appointed.
Peak of hospitality. The team here goes above and beyond for all their guests. An elite staff conditioned for service. Every staff member works hard to make sure everyone has the best stay possible. Its a rare thing these days.
The room is big and very comfortable. The staff there are very friendly. I stay here for an interview and was amazed by the room and bed size. Recommend.
Attended this for a conference. Parking was a little tricky as I went around to Holiday Inn Express on accident. Good venue, good rooms, okay location.
Avoid, we arrived to find our reservation cancelled without warning. Almost sleepless in seattle! Manager stayed hidden, would not speak to me. Shocking service, never had a room cancelled before. They had my correct email address as they organised and confirmed transport from airport but did not email me to alert me my old credit card was invalid. They suggested 2 hotels close by, both full. All they did was call a cab, no idea where I was going. Replies from hotel should contain accurate information. More reviews to follow on other sites as still no personal reply.
Rooms had miscellaneous stains and spots on the walls. No breakfast other than room service. Constantly putting slips and notes under the door (not the eco-friendly expectation their "reuse your towels" cars would indication).
Very clean and close to downtown. Easy access to just about anything and the north/south freeway. Plus when things were a little tough being so far from home one of the employees helped out by lending my kids and I without second thought. I definitely will return
The staff were friendly and very accommodating, they gave me free meal vouchers which was nice. The room was very clean and seemed very well maintained, I stayed in one of the single king bed rooms.
It's so nice that they put up people in need that need shelter in the time of this covid epidemic. Very quiet clean and peaceful but it also seems like it's an intrusion in my personal opinion
Family of four stayed for a long weekend visiting friends and sites. Hotel is a short walk to the Seattle Center with several Museums and of course the Space Needle. Lots of construction, but still very convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and cozy. Not great views, but we spent very little time in the room. The Emerald Grille offers room service and has a nice cozy seating area, although the menu was limited and priced way too high for what is offered. Many restaurants, from McD's to boutique to Starbucks are within easy walking distance. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip...
Hotel is conveniently near to the Space Needle and MoPop. Parking fee is a bit high even with the convenience of being in the hotel and secured using your room key.
The location is not bad, close to several famous attractions in Seattle. Although the upgraded suite, it feels really average. Especially for the second stay, the original price of 110, the deposit of 172, made some inexplicable.
