The staff at this hotel are the best! Especially the young lady Itialia working at the front desk. From the moment we checked in she greeted us with a warm welcome and she went out of her way to send us a birthday fruit platter...I've stayed at some high-end hotels all around the world and did not receive the service we received from her!

MANAGERS ! GIVE HER A RAISE ! its employees like her that make you profitable and amazing.

THANK YOU!

Clean and convenient with everything we needed and nothing we didn't! Definitely a great deal, and a hidden gem if you want to have great proximity to Seattle Center and surrounding area.

Hotel was nice.

Hotel was nice.
Walking distance to the Space Needle. Across the street is Denny Park. A little passed the park is downtown. A few homeless in the area but nothing too bad.

We stayed for one night before catching a flight the next day. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant gave great customer service and really made our stay. We had 3 kids with us, two toddlers and a baby, and at every turn someone was helping us. Adriana at the front desk is a beautiful soul and gave us a great room that gave us (mom and dad) a sanity break.
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We probably could have comfortably stayed another night or two.
The hotel is in a great location to get to many attractions, restaurants, pharmacy and there is even a park for the kids to play in just across the street.
We would stay again.

Clean, spacious rooms. Overall a good experience. However, a little disappointed with parking. 1) you have to pay 2) all the spots seem to be small-car-only, difficult if you have a large vehicle.

Pretty standard hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Our view was just of another building so if you care about that, you'll want to pay the extra for a better one. Within walking distance to many attractions, convenience stores, and restaurants. Parking was extra.

Not good experience, construction going on, very hard to sleep.

Tried to cancel a week before and they said that we would not get our money back.

We asked to be transfered to another Holiday Inn and was told that it was not possible as they are individually owned.

Finally went to another hotel and had to eat the cost for the week that was supposed to be at the Holiday Inn.

I don't mind which room I stay in. The room was great for a hotel room, and there were plenty of towels and extra pillows, which was great. And no one bothered me while the sign was on the door.

A bunch of things wrong:

A bunch of things wrong:
Thin floors/ceilings: could hear the industrial washing machines spinning up at 5 am and stomping feet of the people upstairs until 11pm.
Lame internet: the wifi didn't work
Broken lamp: the staff couldn't fix it
Long Hike: you have to walk down to Denny street to get across 99, so a good long walk.
No pool, no hot tub, no sauna: too bad
No continental breakfast

We even complained to the staff, and the manager was supposed to call me back, but they never called.

Nice employees, great value for the location.

Nice employees, great value for the location.

I did take off a star because my room phone and the printer in the business center were not functional.

Definitely would stay again.

This is the place to stay in Seattle! We had a wonderful weekend in Seattle for my birthday. The people at Holiday Inn, especially Italia L. are Awesome! It is clean and safe and the beds are very comfortable.

Awesome location, comfortable and well-equipped room, good WiFi, small but nice gym. Good restaurant. Perfect for what I needed. The only downside was the elevator (SUPER SLOW). Took me 10 minutes every day to get from 6th to lobby

This was one of the cheapest options in seattle in June of last year which was why we stayed. It came to $250 a night which is crazy for this sort of hotel, but that seemed to be the going price downtown. The location wasn t too far from many attractions which was probably the only plus. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and squeaky which made it hard to sleep. The hotel was clean enough but I think its time for a serious remodel. I would recommend staying here if the price is lower than others and as long as you keep your expectations in check.

Really nice hotel they got everything we needed, towels, food, vending machines
it was very cool. We were very close to the convention center while we walked there and the hotel was very nice.

Nice simple hotel. Very friendly staff and very central. Unfortunately, a bit more expensive was probably the reason that I was to a well-attended conference in the city. That's why a star deduction.

Clean room, friendly staff. I found the room and hallway to be heavily scented as if something was being covered up instead of cleaned up. Given the option I would probably pick a different brand but the location was amazing for my purpose.

Horrible service. I called the day before to see if we could check in early. I was told it shouldn't be a problem. We arrived at 10:30 to be told we are third in line to check in ealry and they'd call us when our room was ready. They said it would be long. We walked around for 5 hours and no call. Check in was three oclock so we went back to tje hotel to be told our room was still not ready. I told them check in was a half hour ago how could our room not be ready? She said she couldn't d do anything that they were cleaning one. We waited another half hour. No apologies nothing. Our room was a mess and not supplied with coffee. We were to tired to complain. The next day i asked the front desk if they had hair spray or if there was a store close by and the lady responded we are not a store. Today is our final day and i ask if we can have late check out, again another thing i was told we could do but has to ask the day of check out, only to be told no they have to many customer s needing that service. This is so unbelievable to me. I am a member of Holiday inn and have stayed at many all over the country amd this stay has ruined my like for this chain. Horrible stay and they've soured our entire trip. Almost 400 a night and we were treated like a nuisance.

The staff at Holiday Inn were very courteous and very, very helpful. The common areas are clean and inviting. My only issues was parking. The parking garage is tiny and a bit convoluted.

The hotel was very welcoming to our large contingent of Ingress Agents. The front desk staff was quick with responses and even directed me in when my phone ran out of battery end route to the hotel.

Great location, extremely clean and well kept. Attached restaurant is terrible though. Also had an unexpected wake up at 7 a.m. on a Saturday because the fire alarm was going off. From the way the employees acted it seemed like a normal occurrence to them.

A job fair that was one job that look at my work history of10 years of cutting hair and they was looking for front desk, and house keeping and she said you would be great for housekeeping is was a waste of time but that's was happen when think people are not picky

It was a nice stay but! When we got there, we asked about parking. Its an extra 20.00 to park per day in their garage. Total BS! We spent couple hundred dollars for 1 night at least the parking could be free.. so guests beware of parking that is not mentioned in anywhere of the articles. Other than that the guest service was friendly and the hotel room was cozy.

The hotel was pretty cool it was very well located it was a little far from the subway though. There are so many restaurants near close by. Sometimes you have to walk away as though to get to them.

Had a lot of hidden fees. My email reservation did not have the full total amount due. I was told it would be subtracted from my credit card that day in order to get a flat rate and I show up to pay $50 more than expected for an average hotel with a hard bed .

Nice location with access to the city center and transit to the rest of the city. Clean and updated room, comfortable beds, easy power outlet access. Wish it had a dedicated parking garage, though.
