Very dissatisfied !!Gave my iphone 5s at Sniper So...
Very dissatisfied !!Gave my iphone 5s at Sniper Solutions,Vivira Mall , OMR to replace lightning conductor.They recommended a duplicate product worth Rs.3500 and told me that there wont be any problem since Original lightning conductor was not available . Within two days , audio jack(comes with lightning conductor) stopped working and the next day my iphone internal software doesnt accept this new part and black and white lines were displayed on screen . Took the phone again back to them and told them the problem and proved them with supporting documents . But the response was pathetic and the technician(Karthik) is not aware that duplicate product will affect the ios device . They dont care about the Customer satisfaction and the response from them was , "the phone worked when you received it and you are responsible for it" .
I have seen two other people shouting at the store for their money .

I would rate 5 out of 5 for their enterprise support, They help our remote offices with their extended support. It's almost near to 4 years we empanelled with them in my last two organisation. They are open and transparent in terms of sales, setting up expectations and predominantly focussed on support front.

The reason for one star is otherwise I won't be able to give this review. Totally unprofessional and unethical apple reseller. Technically poor knowledged staff with poor marketing staff. They try to give discounts to attract customers. Kindly do not fall prey to it. They were helpless when the machine I bought from them ran into trouble. And in the end even washed their hands off. Though these ppl are apple authorised reseller, I had to wait for nearly 3 min over the phone with a apple support staff to confirm the fact. Such is their reputation. I sincerely would not recommend this place to any apple loyalists..
