Over priced, taxes were a third of the bill. Amenities were disgraceful. I've had better rooms and service from a Motel 6 in Illinois than this place. However, I'm sure the homeless loitering outside begging for change at all hours of the day would disagree with me if they had the $400 a night being charged to stay at such a dump.

We stayed here five nights and were comfortable the whole time. The location is incredibly convenient: it's walking distance to a lot of the city, like Pike Place Market and the Washington State Convention Center.
The staff was friendly and our room was very clean! The rooms include a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig.
The price was also good for the area. I'd happily stay again if I'm ever back in Seattle.

Floors not clean- the first thing we noticed the tile floors were really sticky toilet was also sticky. Reception were really good about it and took care of it right away. But after that it felt like the whole room was dirty will not stay here again. Also if you going to buy a soda from the vending machine do not! It says 1.75$ but they charge a fee on so in the end I ended paying 4$ for a 20oz! Soda would not recommend.

Expensive, for what you get. If you have to stay in "Seattle" it's the best affordable option, but if you are willing to go about ten miles outside the city you can get twice as much for the same price On the plus, it's literally across from the space needle.

The WiFi is great. Staff is accommodating. Housekeeping was very helpful in getting our rooms ready. Parking is 21.00 and I highly recommend becoming an IHG member as you get to spin a wheel they have to win that money back you get for parking or additional points. Only thing bad was my room smelled of smoke, the staff was willing to help accommodate another room but I didn't want to bother them nor was it so horrible I couldn't breathe. I didn't realize how close this hotel was to all the points of interests we had planned. I will stay here again.

Nice, clean rooms that felt updated. The hotel was quiet, even though there were several other patrons. Located within an easy walk to the Space Needle and the Monorail among other attractions. As with most downtown area hotels, you have to pay for parking. They do not have continental breakfast, but kids eat free at the attached restaurant for each paying adult.

Great base to explore Seattle! Hotel is conveniently located, walking distance from downtown. Room is great, we ended up with an upgrade to a one bedroom suite which has a pull out couch, large refrigerator and microwave. Beds are confortable and room is clean, quiet and dark, good for sleeping in. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

I called Holiday Inn four times in the matter of three months (one being a week away from check-in and one being the day of check-in) to ask if they would do me the honor of giving me a too floor room with a view for my honeymoon, and every representative assured me that they would do their very best to accommodate me on our special occasion. I arrived with a room on the 4th floor of 6. I politely went back down to the front desk and talked to Selena about my phone calls I made and shared my importance of my stay. She didn't even do a courtesy apology for the situation or didn't care to congratulate me on my marriage. She was short, frank, and had no friendly demeanour at all. She wasn't willing to even check the system to accommodate us for our special occasion.

Later that night, my wife and I had to do laundry. We went downstairs to get change for the machine and was assisted (mainly) by Angel. We smiled and asked politely for an ATM, grabbed a twenty dollar bill and asked for $2 change. Unfriendly demeanour must be trained at this hotel, because he didn't even try forcing a smile. He didn't speak any language that insured he would love to helo us. This whole time, Selena was behind the desk with him. I have a feeling she had something against me asking for a top floor room, and made small talk with Angel that we were "difficult." My wife and I took our change back to the laundry room to be greeted with a sign that said each wash was $1.50 and each dry was $1.25. The washer says on the screen that EACH WAS IS $1.75 and the dryer says that EACH DRY WAS $1.50. Aside from poor customer service, the hotel signs are incorrect! My wife and I didn't say a word and cleaned our clothes without going to the front desk.

My wife didn't want me to say anything, but I am outraged at the service from the front desk to the simple details of how much a load of laundry costs. The management and organization of this hotel needs serious help. I am making a call to corp.

To the manager and franchise owner: things need work immediately. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. If it were just me on a business trip, it may not be such a big deal, but I told your employees that I was on my Honeymoon and service couldn't have been worse.

Good location for people coming for office work in Amazon or even for sight seeing. Staff is helpful but check in queues and wait times may get onto you if you are coming from a long distance flight. Rooms are decently done up and have almost all utilities. Free morning coffee in hotel lobby is a good add on. Emerald grill is the restaurant attached to the property and is a good place to eat out.

Parking was $19 a night so decided to park on the street outside the hotel. Next morning my car and several others had their windows smashed or cracked. Frustrating that a paying guest cannot have their car protectee without additional fees. Hotel was nice and staff was friendly but parking situation led to me having to get a new car window.

This Holiday Inn is well located. The rooms are nice and the place overall is very quiet. The views aren't that good, but we weren't in the room most of the time anyway. The only thing was that we had the privacy tag on our door, but housekeeping still came in and moved some of our stuff around. Kind of sketch, but it doesn't look like we're missing anything.
