The building and the view is the only nice aspect this facility. When we checked in they gave us a room with two beds( we paid for a king bed) the unfriendly lady at the counter informed us that this was Company policy when they ran out of rooms with a king-size bed to assign a double bed . I understand this unfortunately there were several rooms with a king size bed available and she was directly lying to me. When we transferred over to the room with the king size bed we found out as were laying In the bed that the previous tenants had peed in the bed and they never cleaned Nor changed the sheets, the rest of the room was clean. For some reason the entire staff is rude, the drinks are awful. My wife had a White Russian and is was transparent in color. When we asked the server to remake it it took approximately 20 minutes to see her again . For the money, this is the worst experience I ever had at a hotel .
Social distancing and mask wearing is enforced. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we didn t have any issues during our stay. The decor of the room needs updating but overall the hotel is nice for the price.
Close to the airport and easy access to highway. Rooms are pretty dated, but breakfast was great!
I stayed at this hotel on Sunday, February 9, 2020, and I was very disappointed. I went to the bar for the complimentary refreshments between 5:25 pm and 5:35 pm. I served myself some snacks and then proceeded to the bar to ask for a drink. I asked for a coca-cola, and the only gentleman working behind the bar was very rude. He stood back and stated "You staying here" with an attitude. The stated the statement and as if I could not afford to stay at the hotel. I then asked again if I could have a coca-cola, he then stated something to the effect that he would charge me and I told him that he was not going to do that. He then ask for my room card, in which I gave it to him. He did serve me my drink, but never apologized for his for obnoxious behavior. If he would had asked for the room key in a different manner, that would have been acceptable. I am very upset that my hard earned money helped pay his salary, which he did not earn.
Stayed for a weekend while working an event at the fairgrounds. All the staff was excellent. We visited the bar/ restaurant both nights and the staff was stellar!!
I'd like to make special mentions for Nelson, he went above and beyond to make sure all our requests were met.

Close to the airport with shuttle service! Morning breakfast and evening receptions are great. Unfortunately my room had AC issues. The room never got below 75 so did not sleep good. I could have moved to different room but I checked in late and didn t have energy to move. Requested for a fan but wasn t available.

I bet most individuals have no idea this was featured on an episode of 4 weddings TLC. It was a featured in a bridal show contest. The venue was a competitive challenge against the other 3 brides. Although it fell short in my opinion probably due to the bride's budget, none the less, it was still beautiful just because it's Embassy Suites bearing the Hilton Brand. Over the years I have followed Mr. Hilton and iconic brand. He is very eclectic and Hospitality Superb. His mission statement speaks in all of the hotels bearing Mr. Hilton''s name. Of course he's a fussy perfectionist but his mission statement is supportive of the core values and belief's his signature stamped on the hotel chain personally signed with the Hilton name. Each property can slide the runway and maintain ageless catwalk stride and the model is always and forever young. Kudos sir.

Enjoyed my stay comfy beds great staff nothing bad to say.
Very comfortable room and the bed was great. Biggest problem for me was the TV HDMI port was locked out so I couldn't stream Netflix etc. Manager wasn't able to help as cable company controlled the TVs. I was in quarantine so stuck in my room 24/7. For that reason I wouldn't stay again.
Very poor accommodations and staff were EXCEEDINGLY rude. I am appalled that any business would allow their staff to yell, yes YELL at children for not having a mask. I understand the current situation we are in. This should be consistent throughout. If you want masks, state it. Not just okay, no masks here in hallway, pool areas yes, and only for some in lobby area. This is not a place you will be welcome, and you will be masked shamed. INSTEAD OF BEING SPOKEN TO LIKE A HUMAN.

Overall good experience. Impressive atrium, the room was very nice, and the free WiFi was fast and reliable.
Could just barely tell that the room had been smoked in when I first walked in, but that's not really their fault. Didn't find any coffee, but I also didn't look too hard for it. No USB charging ports in the room. Stairwell close to my door only led to an emergency exit, but there weren't any signs to warn me of that before I walked all the way down.
Furniture is dated. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Beds are very comfortable. Room is big. TV in lounge is nice but bedroom TV is terrible. Hotel offers very few TV channels. Breakfast is not good. Person cooking eggs burns every one he cooks. Rest of food is so so. Hamburger I had for dinner was real good. The thing that bothers me the most is the $5.00 delivery fee. To me this is stealing. So the $12.00 hamburger cost me $17.00. Then the gratuity is already applied regardless of service. So my hamburger was over $20.00. Bad management can ruin a hotel. I will not order dinner here again and am thinking of not staying here again.

This is an older location hotel. We had a large room which was great. The staff were all nice. There was a young Republicans convention going on so the place was probably busier than it normally would be. Hotel shuttle van broke down so they took them all the way out to get us an airport. They were super apologetic and did the rest of making things right.
Very nice hotel. It meets the Hilton quality I would expect. Caesar and Felicia we're both wonderful upon check-in and addressing any issues I had. I experienced issues with the wifi but after talking with Felicia, they're undergoing an upgrade so I expect it will be better in the future.
Good location, grand atrium, clean rooms, though a bit dated. The shower surround is nice, but the adjustable height shower head is too low to the ground at its highest position.
The TV signal is static-y.

A top class hotel. Everything about it was great and mostly, the customer service which I greatly appreciated. Check in was a little faster than what I've typically experienced on the strip. The location is pretty great too.
I'm visiting this hotel for a special event and this is a nice hotel but I'm very disappointed that there is no soap in the women's bathrooms. I went to a bathroom near the Banyan room on the first floor: no soap. I went to a bathroom on the mezzanine: no soap. And then a bathroom on the 15th floor green room: one bar of soap for a group of people. Yuck.
Front desk poor customer service wanted for me to pay put of pocket for a room for some wired reasons because booking with a third party wasn't showing my reservation
the hotel is neat, they have lovely continental buffet breakfast and happy hour and complementary ride to downtown. i plan on coming back soon.

Not the best Embassy suites. Rooms are cramped and out dated. Breakfast was good other than there coffee was not good at all.
You ll enjoy your stay. Not too far for the airport. And you got to love the restaurant in the lobby

Nice hotel close to the airport. Fairly friendly service, housekeeping was always very friendly and accommodating, bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and the air worked great! I had room service once and ate in the in-house restaurant once. Food was excellent both times. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice room, great view from the 13th floor, shower design meant water leaking below shower door and running into the small sink area in the entryway, nearly broke my neck slipping. That aside, great night.
Nice local hotel convenient to the airport. If you wish to be next to the beach, this is not your place. The close proximity to the airport, a full kitchen with a very good breakfast option, pool, workout room and small sports bar make this a good option which fills my needs.

Reasonable prices. Super quick and easy check in. Hotel offers complimentary non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages along with light snacks EVERY evening for 2 hours. Bar conveniently located near restaurant so if you want to have dinner, tgey will bring your free drinks to your table.
Facility was generally clean, but the fitness center did not have any wipes to wipe down the machines. Ick. Nice outdoor pool area but we did not swim.
I was here for a work stay. The room was beautiful and comfy. The staff was great. The hot breakfast bar looked and smelled amazing, I wish I had an opportunity to sample it.

Stayed on the eleventh floor, arrived and left multiple times through the night, was greeted every time I showed up.. and the staff was very patient and met every request. Well worth the price
Nice hotel staff was very pleasant and Roscoe was on point with the omelets very nice guy...I give him 5 stars. We were in room 415 the TV would just go off for no reason and no the timer was never set it was so hard to even change the darn channel which they could use more of. Happy hour was ok but strawberry margarita was not so good

I was there for a seminar. The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel itself was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere.
Over all the hotel stay was good.There were a few issues,however the second shift manager/quest services resolved the problem.
Rooms are a little dated but the staff was awesome. Had a slight issue with my room and Sheriene went above and beyond to fix, even after I insisted it wasn't neccesary.
The service was excellent and I will stay there again on my next trip to West Palm Beach.

One of the worst Hilton properties I would say. Extremely outdated, rooms are not clean, the smell of dust from the curtains is so strong you can t sleep on the bed near the windows.
The best part was the front desk Staff, a young guy, was probably picked up on the street and trained for couple hours. We booked a room with 2 Q bed and this guy told us we have to pay extra $40 to get a 2 Q bed suite because that is the price showing for today. He obviously has no idea what reservation means. After arguing for 10 minutes, he finally gave us the key and we went up to the room to find out that it is a total disappointment. I wiped up entire room surfaces with Clorox wipes, that s how bad it was.
Being a Diamond member with Hilton I have traveled to hundreds of hotels worldwide and this hotel does not worth being part of Hilton brand. It is a motel at the most.
I stayed there while attending a conference, and had things were missing after housekeeping had come. I reported it to the staff at the desk and they were polite and gave me a voucher for a dinner. And they promised to send me in the mail a free hotel stay. I have not received anything in the mail from Embassy Suites, Hilton. Also the ac wasn't working upon arrival and we had to
get someone to come fix it after theyfixed it was freezing and it wouldn't lower. The pool was uninviting . The breakfast was awesome and also the happy hour is nice.
