I went here for an interview today. The customer service representative I met was very kind and extremely helpful. The lobby and breakfast area we're very busy but still very clean. All staff I came in contact with was very pleasant.

The services was good the hotel was very busy with a wedding so things were kind of slow but the rooms are always tip top shape, the employees are always the best. The breakfast is awesome as usual. I will only ever stay at this hotel

It's an airport hotel but it's a Hilton(kinda). So it's kinda good. It's got a bar and restaurant and all that nice hotel stuff but if you don't have a car forget it. I would stay for a business trip.
Great hotel and for the right price. Really liked the lobby, breakfast, pool area and had a pretty good little gym. Weights went up to 75 lbs! Would stay again.
Initial room was wrong at check in. They fixed it after a short time, but put us in a smaller non suite room and still charged us for the initial room, despite downgrading us. He service at the bar was also very slow.
Had a nice time there, but the hotel had a fire alarm one night and I found out by a hotel guest, not the alarm system, the next day. I confronted the hotel and they gave me an explanation that made no sense.
Free breakfast was good. Rooms were old, a bit stuffy smelling and our furniture was even falling apart. Beds were comfortable. Staff was scarce and business like but not friendly. Would not stay here again.
Formerly a Crowne Plaza, the hotel retails its odd design of having an office building share its lobby atrium. The rooms are plush and comfortable, more like condos than hotel rooms. Free parking.
The hotel is well appointed for business travelers with comfortable rooms but the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk supervisor was given the proper agency billing information and our personal cards were still billed. I've spent three days now trying to clear up a billing error and I have yet to get any resolution.
Great hotel that's easy to access. Very friendly. We had the corner suite on the 15th floor. Perfect room with a view, great for families or if you just want a large room. Full living area with kitchen table and a desk, nice kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker. Not fully stocked with dishes or silverware, but you could bring your own. Parking is free. Free cocktails and free breakfast. I'll be back!
This place is horribe the keys dont work in the doors the acs dont work it is very hot in the the hallways.reeks a old smell everywhere even the sheets.I had a very bad experience here i changed 3 rooms because something was not working i am here right now with my kids in a hot room i booked for the weekend we are checking out in the morning
My husband and I stayed several times. Great shuttle service to and from airport and a few other Places. The breakfast is amazing And free. It's like you are at Denny's but better. Great happy hour with free drinks and snacks. Rooms are nice too. Just didn't like the mistakes that were made to my credit card on each visit. I feel they should be a little cheaper. Overall a good stay.
Everyone is super nice and friendly but unfortunately they overbooked and I didn't get the type of room that I had paid for they gave me an upgrade in the room but I asked for a king and ended up getting two twins
Everything was perfect. One of the best stays I have ever had in a hotel. Staff was so friendly and kind. Everything was spotless clean top to bottom. The free breakfast and snacks and drinks were over the top great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
I would not recommend staying here! Our room was so dirty! There were hairs all in the bathroom, chips crumbled inside the pull out couch sheets( so we were told we could come get more sheets to remake it )and a half empty wine bottle in the fridge so that hadn t been cleaned obviously. Cleanliness shouldn t be spared especially with Covid! The shower barely put out any water and the temp of the water never got past luke warm. The temp of the room was so freezing our first night that we wore coats inside our room. We called the front desk and they sent a man who just said the heater is too small to heat the room so he just turned it completely off. We went to the front desk to get more towels since they wouldn t bring them to our room and they told us they didn t have any clean!!! What? One front desk man who was frequently there was extremely unpleasant and rude. This location gives Embassy Suites a negative name. We ve never had such a poor stay anywhere!!!
Amazing hotel. The free breakfast and happy hour were great. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. All hotels should be modeled after this hotel.
I could not have picked a better place. The room is clean and comfortable, the service is tops and the overall look is pleasant and happy especially under the circumstances. Hotel is booked solid because of hurricane that has passed through our state. I would highly recommend Embassy Suites.
I stayed for a total of 3 nights in this hotel and i gotta say it was amazing. They have everything for everyone, a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, business center with computers and a printer. The breakfast is delicous.they had variety from yorgort, waffles, eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, oranges, apples. etc. The staff was phenomenal also very nice people who were ready to help.Complimentary drinks and buss shuttle was a plus as well.Rooms were clean and i liked that they had tv channels for kids.carpet needs to be revamped though it makes the room look dated. It was raining during my stay which meant the rooms were a little cold because it took long for the heating system to start up.Rooms were also a bit pricey laundry service should have came with the stay at least. But other than that I had a great time here.
I attended a conference at this location. It seemed a bit lacking. The table linens weren't very clean, the napkins smelled and the staff let drinks build up.
We had family from out of town and we recommend that they stay due to the reviews, this turned out to be an excellent choice. There wasn't any disappointes and the decor is breathtaking.
Above average airport Embassy Suites for Florida (where they tend to get worn down quickly with age). Corner room was perfect for small business meetings. Thoughtfully designed bathroom with separate sink for guest vs bedroom. I'd stay here again.
This is an amazing hotel, with huge rooms, a great social area and beautiful landscaping. The room was a bit pricey but that was due to a protest going on in the area and everything being booked. All in all very happy with the stay, the staff, the room, and the free breakfast!
Breakfast was great so was room service... Front desk staff did not call us to tell us our room was ready as they had stated... Room 612 faces the front of the main building tower and it has lights reflecting on the building which makes the property look great but enough light filters trough the drapes to keep you up at night, there is not nearly enough carts to get your luggage to your room and engineering needs to take a better look at their room pm program, toilet paper holder was loose, flushometer on toilet needs to be adjusted, hinges on bathroom door need to be replace and strike plate on door needs to be better. Room lay out needs to be rethink as you have a microwave in a box seating on top of a kitchenette counter, with a coffee maker 60 inches of the ground. This place does not meet Hilton standards. I work for Hilton hotels in the past and currently work as a chief engineer.
