Great place. I love that they have happy hour from 5 to 7:30pm. Room was amazing

Clean large rooms, bed was very comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast area and the breakfast was fresh, hot, and wonderful. Differently would come back and stay here again.

Reasonable rates, open bar from 5-7 pm. Hot cooked breakfast. Great atmosphere.

The meeting room was perfect. Thecservicecin the restaurant was terrible. Waited 45min for a quesadilla.

Free drinks, Free parking, Free Shuttles, Pool, Hot Tub, Friendly, Clean, Close to everything. This is the only hotel I've been to that made me want to become a member.

I'm a loyal Hilton Hotels & Resorts supporter and have double digit stays each calendar year. This was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I've had at any of the properties. The GYM was DIRTY, treadmill EQUIPMENT was BROKEN, and I had to call numerous times to get a towel to the gym as there was none available (on a Tuesday afternoon no less -- certainly not the result of busy traffic in the facility). Each day I called housekeeping to cordially request my room be cleaned as my family of 6 was staying in a 2-bedroom suite -- on the first day we had to make MULTIPLE CALLS FOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE and the last evening they were a complete NO SHOW!! We MADE OWN BEDS in all our rooms and few guests used HAND TOWELS TO DRY OFF before dinner. GARBAGE WAS OVERFLOWED in all rooms! Around 8pm a staff member came by and gave us 3 TOWELS NOT FOLDED for a family of 6 and said they were off duty leaving for the evening. TERRIBLE SERVICE -- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I was here for an event the place overall was very nice... The conference room was freezing though and never realy got fixed.

Staff were very pleasant and accomodating. My room was very clean and quiet and my colleagues and I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks each night. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Was very disappointed. Have been staying at Embassy Suites all over the United States for 25 years. Was always happy. Not this time. Had a problem with bathroom . Took 2 hours for them to send someone up. No coffee in suite,no sugar or cream.
Went to little shop for some water and soda. Took the last 2 bottles of water. Not well stocked.

Excellent! Front desk was very helpful. Accommodations were as expected.

We where threatened to be kicked of if we continued to be "loud" when there was people down stairs making way more noise then us because the people across from us had a baby when we should not have had to make special accommodations for them because just like they paid for a room we paid for a room I honestly won't be going back there and would not recommend this embassy to anyone

Nice hotel. A little dated. Lobby and formal dining room need to be updated.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was beyond our expectations. They allowed us to check in early and upgraded us to a suite. The beds were comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely stay there again if we are in Palm Beach

This is a very nice clean place to stay. Stayed there for a wedding. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had shuttle and the breakfast was great. Will stay there agaib

The hotel is good, with plenty of amenities. The staff was always available to help whenever there was a problem, like an inability to connect to the WiFi (my devices were the problem, not the hotel). The hotel offered a commentary breakfast and happy hour. The happy our offered basic drinks (rail liquor, house red & white wines, Budweiser, and a house red wine sangria) as well as light snacks. The rooms were sufficiently big and allowed me to work, as well as host a small meeting.

The location is away from most of the attractions, But within a short drive or uber ride, so it is perfect for business meetings.

This hotel has really been going down hill. I was given a room with wet carpet and a very musty smell. Additionally, on check in there was an exterminator truck parked under the awning. Not good.

We arrived to find they are redoing the floors and no one told us.....really?? The whole hallway is ripped up and tools all over the hallway

Clean, spacious, comfortable double suites, with convenient kitchenette area. Check in and check out process was easy. Food was delicious, and meeting room was accessible and comfortable.

The staff was pleasant, room was very clean and housekeeping staff was helpful for my stay. Than you guys.

I stay here every time I am in West palm beach.
It is close to the airport and they do serve buffet breakfast with a lot of options to choose from.

Don't know about the rooms but the atrium is very cool

I was there for a continuing education class. The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. During our breaks, there were plenty of places in the lobby to sit and relax. The check in area was busy but these other areas were quiet and comfortable.

The truth is, a very bad experience .... the place is beautiful ... but the conditions and the maintenance are very bad ... there is no cold water in the bathrooms ... you burn your hands when you bathe and shower your body

Just stayed for one night. Everything was great. The room was spacious. The pool area need more shade area. The soap dry out your skin really bad. Other than that i love this hotel. The staff is great. Complimentary drinks for happy hour and breakfast!

Beautiful hotel. Every clean and great staff. Lots of parking and nice ball rooms for events.

Stayed here in August 2018 for an event & really enjoyed ourselves. rooms were clean & not too outdated. Most of the staff was really nice & accommodating. We were traveling with several friends and there was plenty of space for our kids to run around and play & the happy hour was a nice touch.

Nice sized rooms, good location right by the airport, clean, but dated. The only usb ports were in the plugged in clock in the bedroom. Also, no info in the rooms about the hotel and amenities. What is that about?

Was a little weird going into rooms to get to rooms, but the staff was great

Overall the property is nice, however it is dated. The location is ideal; it took us less than 5 minutes from the airport to arrive at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. The beach is located a few miles from hotel. The room were well maintained, clean and nice. We enjoyed the room suite layout with separate sleeping area, kitchenette and sitting area. We also enjoyed the daily manager's happy hour. The breakfast was great; the food options ranged from made to order omelette to fruit to Belgian waffles...a great selection at no cost! The meeting rooms for our family reunion was small. The pool area was open but it appeared that it was still under renovation. The couches in the lobby were comfortable but some had a faint smell. Overall the property was nice, but the facility was dated however it well maintained and the staff was awesome.

Etiide this nice housekeeper cleaning lady was filled with smiles. She s from Haiti, I believe that s the spelling of her name.

Room was quite nice and modern. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected and started pretty early, which was unexpected and welcome.

Excellent hotel rooms and even better staff. I highly recommend it.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean neat room. Can thier take shuttle for free to City Place to eat. Close to KPBI and it is an easy drive in morning traffic.

HORRIBLE manager on duty very rude. I wish I could give no stars. We are hilton honors members and we were treated like garbage. They had construction that caused no electricity for 4 hours no A.C no TV at the property for 4 hours and we found out with a letter under the door. They did not tell us before we booked the room and the rude manager did NOTHING to accommodate. He even asked us to leave if we did not like the fact that We would be hot for 4 hours wirh no lights in the room. DO NOT BOOK this hotel. No nice views from any window or floors. Rooms are tight and not dated. VERY rude nasty staff at front desk . TERRIBLE management.
