We are planning to have a large conference. The account representatives there are wonderful and helped us plan our weekend event. The rooms are beautiful and we are looking forward to staying for a weekend.

I enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites. We stayed on the 13th floor. I was surprised they had a 13th floor tbh. I enjoyed my stay. The business centers the one away from the door stopped working on me. It froze. Other than that my stay was enjoyable

Nicest embassy I've stayed at in a while. Rooms appeared to have been recently renovated. The decor was very modern compared to the typical dated styling of a good portion of the Hilton properties. Evening reception was great with a good drink selection and the room service did not disappoint. I will definitely try to stay here again when I'm I'm the area.

My family and I have always enjoyed staying at a Hilton hotels. The staff is always friendly and courteous, the rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming. The breakfast is always fresh and delicious. However this stay had a bit of an hiccup in it.
On our last night, late Friday night my husband stop by front desk to ask for water, the front desk clerk was rude with her response. He then walked across to the gift shop and got a bottle of water. When she saw it, her reaction was; "THAT WATER IS EXPENSIVE!". He then said "charge it to the room". She said "THAT WATER IS VERY EXPENSIVE!" his reply "charge it to the room". She said IT'S VERY EXPENSIVE!" he said "how much is the water?" She replied, "$5". He said "CHARGE. IT. TO. THE. ROOM."
What made her think he couldn't afford a bottle of water that cost $5? Our room wasn't free. Our CC on file wasn't declining. So what gave her the impression that he couldn't or shouldn't afford a bottle of water? It's insulting to say the least.
I'm giving a 2 star even though all other staff members were awesome, the encounter with front desk was very disappointing . It takes one bad apple........

Nice hotel, friendly service. The interior is quite nicely appointed, despite the building looking a little 'understated' from the outside. Conveniently located right across the street from Palm Beach International airport. Close to downtown WPB. Shuttle available to take guests to shops, restaurants and airport.

This Embassy Suites was exceptional. It's location...

This Embassy Suites was exceptional. It's location is great, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are welcoming, the staff are friendly. The social period every evening is bar none. The food was good quality considering the standard fair. The bartenders tended the patrons very well, to the extent that their liberal nature on libations were very acceptable to the inebriation of the guests. Their tips are well deserved and may they be overflowing.

Edit: I don t normally leave bad reviews but when I mentioned that I was going to leave a review of this terrible interaction, the check in clerk said, go ahead so challenge accepted.

I m so shocked to even be giving any Hilton Hotel chain a 1 star rating but here were are.
I ve been an Hilton Honors member for almost a decade and for better part of it have been a Diamond member. That didn t mean anything at all when they gave me the worst absolute customer service I have ever gotten in my life.
I received not one but multiple eye rolls from the check in clerk (ginger with the bad perm) was completely apathetic for the entire interaction and then she engaged in side bar conversations with her coworker about her personal life, like I didn t speak English or didn t exist, and even after seeing that I was visibly upset; didn t bat an eyelash.
But you want to know what really got my gears grinding? Her need to feel superior and cut me off mid sentence, multiple times as though she got a thrill out of leaving my words in my mouth.
The highlight of that interaction was when she left without excusing herself and some other rude check in clerk took over who was just as unapologetically cold and bored.
I ve worked in a corporate environment for years and have stayed at only Hilton Brands for over 12 years of work and personal travel. I ve checked in at so many Hilton hotels that I could train their staff.
I find solace in the fact that it s only 1 night but you could not pay me to deal with that customer service again.
Do yourself a favor and go to the DoubleTree down the street.

Beautiful hotel with great displayed art. Exellent complimentary breakfast. I enjoyed the pokestop available, too. I wasn't given a room with two beds like I needed for my group But the hotel management accommodated as much as they good. Pleasant and kind staff.

Came to WPB for a family wedding last year & absolutely loved staying here. Beds were comfortable, the room was nice & spacious, the breakfast was amazing. My daughter & I loved the pool & hot tub, & it seemed no matter where we went in an Uber, it took less than 10 minutes so it is located perfectly. Special shoutout to Chef Roscoe, such a nice guy. My mum & girlfriend thought his omelettes were phenomenal, wish I'd had one myself! I would definitely recommend staying here & will do again next time I visit WPB.

This place is dirty and is not fit of the Hilton Embassy Suite name. The front desk, Kurt, is the most unwelcoming man I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I know that it difficult to find people to work during the pandemic but this man should never work in the hospitality department. Needless to say that I will not be returning.

This was one of the poorest hotel experiences I ve ever had aside from a particularly awful stay at a La Quinta. The rooms are in dyer need of a face lift, very drab and dreary. But what s worse is I am currently in my FOURTH room because every single one before it had hair in the bed or the shower. This is a basic level cleaning standard not being met, and I am supposed to believe these rooms have been thoroughly disinfected for the pandemic?? I doubt it and I m appalled. And to top it off, I finally get into bed and the tv doesn t work. Fabulous. The only saving grace is the front desk staff were really patient and friendly, which saved me from going nuclear.

My husband and I booked 2 nights here after our flight was cancelled in Miami. It was very nice decor, staff very friendly, decent breakfast, evening snacks. The only problem we ran into from the night we arrived at almost midnight: my husband took a shower and there was no cold water, just hot, or scolding. We let it go, but still persisted the next day so my husband inquired at front desk. They sent someone out to fix. Problem seemed to resolve temporarily. I showered less than a couple hours later, started off okay, then became scolding hot. My husband went and talked to front desk again, who asked HIM to check surrounding rooms for the temperature: same thing, HOT! I love cooler temperatures in general but this was a hazard. They then suggested we check a floor 5 flights up. Turns out, it wasn't scolding hot so we acceteped (out of exhaustion from traveling over a week, out of the county). Just frustrating to go from so accomdating to so inconsiderate. Will not be staying here again.

Non-functioning TVs in my room; finally fixed after repeated requests. overcharged on my bill, which took 4 phone calls to straighten out. The accounting manager refused to accept any responsibility and tried to shift the blame to me. 2 washing machines for the entire hotel. Flies hovering over the baked goods at the breakfast buffet. Sent an email to share my displeasure; no response.

Just HORRIBLE... Everything about the stay was no ...

Just HORRIBLE... Everything about the stay was no good. First off, A/C in my room did not work properly. Room was so hot. Entire corner of the room was soaked in water. The carpet was so wet and smelled horrible. Got up in the morning to have breakfast downstairs and found mold on my danish halfway through eating it. All this and the front desk manager only wants to offer me 25% off my night's stay. She was also rude and seemed that she wanted me to keep quiet about the mold. How about removing the food to make sure no one else eats it???? Just completely disgusting. Next up, after the mold incident I return to my room, only to find a rude housekeeper. She was upset that I was in my room and asked me "are you getting out?" Meanwhile, we are still an hour away from checkout. She proceeds to give me dirty looks after I tell her not yet and calls her supervisor to complain about me being in my room that I just paid to stay in. Also, watched her not even change the sheets (that my 3 year old soiled last night). Just pulled the comforter over and tried to make it look nice. Front desk again does not care to make any of this right. Rude and disgusting! Definitely will never stay at this hotel or probably never any other Hilton after this experience. So glad I only stayed one night and didn't have to deal with more than that. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Third year return was disappointing.

Third year return was disappointing.

They upgraded our room, complimentary of course, but it ended in such a neutral experience. No garbage cans in the room, no tissue paper and the bare minimum towels- three for a family of four.
Called the hotel concierge and advised. No one ever came.
The happy hour was not very happy. They did not have much snacking options. But the bartender was amazing.
One thing that we did enjoy was Chef Roscoe and his exceptional demeanor. He was very easygoing and accommodating even though he was making multiple people s breakfasts.
We most likely will not be returning since the rate is comparable to the other hotels in the area and we need someplace that will help us feel like it is a home away from home.

Well I love the free breakfast, and the cool rooms, but I must say watch your stuff on of my coworkers had her thins stolen out of her room so that was a bomber, it was very nerve raking and very uncomfortable.so watch your stuff, she hoped who ever did it needed it more then she did. God bless.

Totally ghetto hotel. Great dissapointment since it is Hilton. It was a coming and going of people, stopping at the entrance leaving the car on and jumping back in. When we arrive at night the hallway of our floor had garbage scattered, empty cans, bags and fast food containers, a dump. One morning as we prepared to go out, we found two strange guys trying to enter rooms, we immediatly reported this, the hotel did nothing. It is not an environment that you feel safe.Will not stay here again and do not recommend.

Really wonderful staff. The sweets are always highly sanitized and secured. Throughout the pandemic chosen to stay here when I make my trips due to the fact of their high level of awareness to plan ahead and protect their customers from the spread of viruses and bacteria. Plus the bar and kitchen is back open!!

Was at a work event and I was in the banquet hall. The hall is nothing amazing and the food was okay and that is a stretch. Who knows maybe it is simply just what the event ordered. If you want a fancy hall, might want to look else where.

Charged me an extra amount of $127. They acknowledged the mistake in an email and didn't refund me until now, about a month since I stayed their. They didn't answer my emails after that. The only option I have now is to dispute it through the bank. Just be very careful with those guys.

Very disappointed of this Hotel. We were not happy...

Very disappointed of this Hotel. We were not happy with the place at arriving. Management acted rude and didn't care at all about our concerns. Honestly the place doesn't look good at all, and even worst was their management staff , awful. I Don't recommend coming here . There are so manny better choices than this one. We came in a group of 10 and everyone cancelled.

This place is very unkept. The building is dirty, needs pressure washing badly. I heard the front desk person being rude with two different guests. During the pandemic there was no hot breakfast and what they offered in the brown paper bags was sad. We should have at least been given a choice of fruits, fruit drinks and pastry s. They didn t set out the cushions for the chairs around the pool area. The umbrellas around the pool were in shreds. The front entrance is dirty. The desk person at night was wearing a t-shirt, not professional at all. They also allowed people to hang out around the front at night. Not a nice place anymore.
