Very poor accommodations and staff were EXCEEDINGLY rude. I am appalled that any business would allow their staff to yell, yes YELL at children for not having a mask. I understand the current situation we are in. This should be consistent throughout. If you want masks, state it. Not just okay, no masks here in hallway, pool areas yes, and only for some in lobby area. This is not a place you will be welcome, and you will be masked shamed. INSTEAD OF BEING SPOKEN TO LIKE A HUMAN.
