Great hotel. Next to airport. Quiet even though it's close. Open bar from 530 to 730, AMAZING FREE BREAKFAST. Omlette station with chef. Restaurant. .50c wings Sunday and monMon for football. Highly recommended.

My stay was wonderful! The room is incredibly spacious and I like that there is a balcony and small kitchen area. Walking around the hotel there is plenty of space for m one year old to move around without bothering other guests and we both love that the pool is heated to the perfect temp. It's been a great stay!
Brunch buffet is $15 and open to anyone. A single coffee is $1.50. has a nice atmosphere but pool lacks privacy. Was here for professional event. It was nice.

Loved this hotel! We stayed here one night before our flight the next morning. The room was clean and it was very comfortable for 4 people. My two kids won t sleep together so my older daughter had the living room to herself. We had a view of the airport which was nice. It was also walking distance to a lot of car rental places so we were able to go out to dinner and then drop our car off and walk back to the hotel easily. The breakfast next morning was great! There was a nice pool but didn t use it. The shuttle to airport was on time and able to take us right away. This is much better then where we stayed last time and highly recommend it.

The staff was pleasent and very friendly. Our room was very comfortable The suites have 2 separate rooms with a little kitchen including a microwave and miniature fridge. Loved the balcony over looking the airport that has with 2 chairs and a table to relax outside. Even though it was very hot outside there is a breeze on the balcony making it comfortable to sit outside with a drink in hand watching the planes take off and land. As a nice bonus, their happy hour every day is from 5:30 - 7:30 (free drinks ). The food is also good. Free buffet breakfast with a chef to make you your personal omlet. We had the prime rib at a reasonable price and was mouth watering good. Couldn't ask for a better hotel experience. Thanks Embassy Suites for making our 24th wedding anniversary a great experience.

The bar was only open from 5pm to 8pm in the pool area pretty stingy, concrete

Friendly and helpful staff. Super comfy bed. Mini fridge and microwave, plus coffeemaker and supplies added amenities during my two week stay.
The upper floors were being renovated, but this did not cause any I'll effect for my stay. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was top notch.

I always loved the Embassy Suites. It's my favorite Hilton brand Hotel. Really great hot cooked-to-order breakfast in the morning plus overflowing Buffet. Embassy Suites has great ambience. And don't forget the manager's reception upon arrival 4 to 6 p.m. free drinks free hors d'oeuvres - how can you beat that?
Invited here for an event.....didn't stay at the hotel. Empty lobby....... hunted down assistance to get a drink. Not for me. But to be fair..didn't stay here.
A nice looking hotel with a decently-sized ballroom. The interior feels somewhat aged, with some restorations they can really make the place fantastic.
Horrible experience on Christmas Eve! Front desk staff at night were very rude and room was not stocked with basic amenities so we kept having to go down to the front desk to endure more rudeness. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were flat and nonexistent. The front desk staff Christmas morning was super nice and smiled and was very kind, but our experience the night before was so horrible I can't give a good review.
Edited to add: we wouldn't have come back to stay again before catching our flight after the first experience, except that we were going to have to pay for the night anyway and it was late in the evening. But, be assured we won't stay again.
My 6 year old son, and my wife and I recently stayed 6 nights at the West Palm Beach Embassy Suites. We booked a King Corner suite and we couldn't have been more pleased on all levels. The accommodations where as advertised and everyone was helpful and friendly. The room was perfect for our Christmas in Florida. The pool, work out room, and hot tub were also nice. Extra amenities that we very much enjoyed were the free cocktails happy hour that happens in the early evening and the breakfast buffet in the morning.
If you are looking for a place close to almost everything in West Palm (and remember, this isn't a "beach" hotel .. but you are a 10 minute easy drive to the beach) and aren't looking to spend a fortune, this is a wonderful place! Looking forward to our return trip!
Stayed at this hotel for the 2016 Big Sugar Summit and couldn't be more pleased.The room was beautiful,modern and very comfortable with a view of the city. Outstanding service at the front desk, as they were very nice to hold my luggage while I was at the summit.
Will be planning a trip back for a 2 night stay with my boyfriend as love all that City Place has to offer.

9/20/2018 Update: I am changing my rating to one star after reading the Reply from the Hotel Management. Because this response lowers their customer service standard to even lower levels. Going through my long review the only thing that bothered them that I "experienced an issue with the elevator"!! The actions and response during and after that incidence was all fine, the best they could have done!

OK Place to Stay but 'Customer Service' was missing. I had a night booked while driving back from family vacation in Key West. We planned to enjoy the evening welcome at the reception and leave for beach and dinner.
While going to our room after check-in, we got struck in one of the elevator. We used the call button in the elevator. It connected us to some 'Command Center' which confirmed our location, elevator number, took our name and room number and said that they have informed the Hotel's system engineer. The operator also asked to keep pressing the different button and the Help/Alarm button every few min. We waited for about 40 min for any response to our call or the Bells which we keep pressing. Then we called the Hotel reception to know they they were unaware that someone is struck in their elevator!! Someone tried to open the door unsuccessfully then asked us to wait for elevator company technician to arrive. They blamed the elevator company for their 'no response'. In about an hour someone did something and the elevator started moving and the buttons started working!! We reached our floor totally exhausted and shaken from this experience. After about 30 min, we realized that we did not receive any call from the front desk or anyone else about this experience. Asking if we are doing ok or need any help. With our evening plans totally ruined we decided to bring a few bags to room but it was difficult to get any volunteers to go back to those elevators. Kids finally mustered the courage... I asked them to let the People at the Front Desk know that we finally reached our room and are OK. The girls showed some fake concerns and told that they will let the manager know... That was IT!! After that ... no message / call / mail anything from them.
Same night, the TV was not working properly some of the channels were frozen, most of them had no signal. I called the Front Desk ... they sent a "TV Network Guy" ... He came looked and informed me that it was due to Direct TV!! Also told me he was rying to watch the Game and was having same issue!! I done know why he calls himself "Professional" !!
I wonder what happened to the Service or Care part... I do not say this will be your experience too... 99.99% of the time you check in ... enjoy evening welcome free drinks and snacks.. may watch some TV channels. . enjoy wonderful breakfast in the morning and check out. It's only when something happens, something goes wrong you come to know their service and concern from how they handle it...

Hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. This hotel has a pool, but it is an outdoor one. Pool area was clean and they have towel station (also clean!). This Embassy suite offers happy hour service at the bar. We dined in the hotel at the restaurant in their lobby. The food was tasty and the waitress was insightful and a sweetheart. Would definitely revisit for a stay upon our return in town.

Overall a decent experience at the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were very large although dated, location was good for work, and breakfast was above average. I think they are due for a renovation, but otherwise no complaints. I would stay here again.
The only reason I gave this hotel one star is because the food was delicious. The service from everybody in the hotel was awful. There was cum on the carpet and the manager said he was send someone to clean it but he didn't. We didn't have enough toiletries and I couldn't hook up my laptop or xbox to the tv. Which I needed my laptop for work and it was completely ridiculous. The restaurant has awful service. She didn't listen to anything we said AT ALL. Even after hearing all the bad things I experienced the manager just said sorry. Didn't offer a bottle of wine or a better room, complimentary dinner. NOTHING. Very very poor customer service.

I have stayed at a lot of nice hotels and this one is hands down the best. First of all the front desk is freindly, courteous and professional. They make you feel very welcomed. The shuttle bus driver the people serving the the breakfast are all very good at their jobs and again make you feel very welcomed. There rooms were nice, clean and up to date. Lastly the rooms apparently have good sound proofing and we slept very well. I tend to be a light sleeper so I don't get this a lot in hotel stays.
Extenuating circumstances brought us to West Palm Beach twice in the last month. We had such a great time I will be making this a yearly vacation.
