Embassy Suites West Palm Beach Review

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. They are doing breakfast in the morning but it is served to you from the buffet line. When we were there it was scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and the meat changed each day as did whether they had pancakes, waffles, or french toast. Bagels and toast were also available

Should be everyone's #1 choice. From the comfortable - clean rooms, magnificent daily breakfast, close proximity to attractions and quick access to major arteries.

We had dinner at the Atrium Restaurant last night during our stay. Maria, our server, was wonderful! She made us feel welcome and took great care of us! We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in town!

Breakfast always the best part of the stay. Rooms are large plenty of space and linens. Great beds and soft sheets.

The meeting room was clean and set up as requested. They provided water at each room we had setup.

Roscoe's breakfast makes your stay here worth it. He's a great cook and remembers your orders.

I visited the spa inside of the hotel. I received a massage and salt room therapy. The massage was wonderful however the salt room left much to be desired. It was literally a few lawn chairs and silence. No music or ambience whatsoever.

Customer Service lacking... questioned about ID for asking front desk a question. Hair dryer broken in room and daughter needed one for meeting in morning. We explained the situation but they said it was NOTHING they could do until 8am since house keeping was closed. REALLY??

They have an excellent staff, the breakfast and the happy hour are great! Stephanie even sent me a cheese and fruit platter to appreciate me being a Hilton Gold member, definitely recommend staying here!!!!

Loved this place & price in summer of 2014. My recent stay, 3/2015 was 2x the price and:
The parking is tight.
the showerhesd in rm 1214 is like running your hrad under a trickle faucet! Terrible water pressure and quality of shower head.

Goto the Spa. The best massage! Choice of 10 different oils for aromatherapy to choice from for the massage. Fabulous experience.

I m not sure where all these stellar reviews are coming from. Let me start with Hannah- the first face my family meets at reception...not nice, not accommodating, and I have no idea how this girl has kept her job for three years- as she so graciously made sure to tell me she s had AS I complained about how she treated my child- during a situation with my child. We had to ask her for a luggage cart, we had to ask her what our room number was, we had to ask her several other necessary questions which are normally answered by reception. Including parking, where facilities are- etc... Moreover, we called down for an additional blanket and was told there were no more blankets in the entire building...my sick child laid on hands down, the worst pull out couch, or coils - if you will -with only a thin blanket- and Hannah had the audacity to tell me to go in my closet and use the blanket in there bc there were no more to give. She was completely unaffected when I told her I was complaining to management. Hilton... or management- if THIS is how your front staff is representing your brand- I m scared for you. Your hotel could be 5 Diamond Status and not worth a dime- however, the hotel isn t all bad...the housekeeper was lovely but I didn t catch her name bc we passed each other in the hall and shared pleasantries- and the room was clean. It was just basic and a little run down for over $200 a night. Not worth it - especially after leaving the Eau Resort for a few days stay. In short, my one night stay will be my only- ever. People are entitled to bad days- but that was just unacceptable.

In adding to this review- the day manager did happen to be very nice and try to accommodate for what transpired the night before. I don t see this as family resort if that s what you re looking for- a stopover? Ok- someplace you need to sleep. Yes. It s clean, trustworthy and despite unexpected other instances - it will do.

Cheap, full breakfast and original menu every day There is a very nice swimming pool and gym.

We've just had a MARVELOUS luncheon with "VITAS" in your ballroom. The chicken was delicious & moist, & so was the salmon. The whipped potatoes were yummy & the veggies were done to perfection. The desert was also great. We'll definitely return to your dining room,to eat again.

Check in took forever and it was just us. Then we waited 20 minutes for bedding. Place is very outdated. Room was clean and well stocked.

Great hotel staff was great the breakfast was outstanding an my room was excellent. Wouldn't considering staying anywhere else when in West Palm Beach

Classy place, area is good but quite yuppie, rooms were large but outfitted with paper thin walls, the service however, was excellent.

Worst customer service I have ever seen I don't even want to be with them to start if it's possible I will take away this star had a situation that I had to stay there for an evacuation and made a reservation through FEMA and when I got there they acted like they had not seen my reservation, even though they knew that I have made my reservation a week before

Food was good everything was perfect even the staff was great and every type of way

Stayed one night here after flying in late. The room was big, the bed was comfy, and everything was clean. I had a room facing the airport so I did hear some planes land, (maybe take off?, Not sure, I was tired and fell asleep pretty quick). If you are sensitive to noise, be aware of that. Woke up and ate from the breakfast buffet, which was good, but the coffee was awful. Overall nice place, a bit pricey though

Quiet and clean and the rooms were spacious. Right next to airport and car rentals as well so very convenient. Will go there again.

Wow, this hotel is top notch! Caroline keeps the restaurants service personal hopping and the rest are top notch.

Everyone talks about the happy hour, which is the best part. Lori and Gigi keep the happy hour going with great atmosphere and a fun attitude! Roscoe keeps the breakfast fun and professional. A top notch professional hotel.

Check in time is 4pm which was a downer.

Great location, literally minutes from the terminal. The evening drinks are wonderful. The menu is appetizing as well. It saves a trip to restraint after a long day of work.

In 2013 was my first time coming to Florida. So I found this place on line and the pictures of the suite look really nice. So I book it for a week . When my flight landed and I got to the embassy suite by Hilton was really nice . The lady at the front desk was so so nice and warm and soooo helpful to me . My suite was so wonderful and amazing my bed and pillows was like Cloud 9 I was in heaven after a long flight . I said all that to say this 2020 the place is not the same anymore I will never book a room at the hotel ever again. It was like no no no no HELL NO NO NO !!!!! AND NO AGAIN!!!!

This is a business class Hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped and a generous Hospitality hour is provided every night from 5:30 to 7:30. There is also free parking

Super clean room. Super great service. This is where I want to stay every business trip.

If you are staying at embassy in west palm beach and need to 2 rooms. If you make a reservation for 2 rooms be sure to ask the room to be together or you will be on two different floor. Cause you have to specify that you want bith together and on the same floor. Which makes no sense, when put the reservation for 2 rooms. It makes no sense.

This is by far the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The entire day time staff was amazing. One woman christine or christy ( my memory is horrible) went above and beyond. The breakfast was top notch all the way. My only complaint was even on its coldest setting the air conditioner didn't seem to make the room any colder. Besides that everything was great.

Had a professional meeting there. It was a nice environment and enjoyable.

Good location right by the airport and I95. Nice bar in the lobby. Was there for a conference did not stay in a room.

GOOD SPACE FOR WORK TRAVEL. Close to DT WPB. My room was clean, sterile and the guest services exceeded my expectations. Embassy Suites is a short 10 min ride to the FBO s at PBI .

I just killed a roach in my room. No I won't move. Roaches move too. TV is crappy. Leaving at 615am so no breakfast. Breakfast starts 630am.

Unfortunately the AC unit was not working and the portable ones caused the room to be hot during our time there.

Beautiful cozy, spacious and clean rooms. Absolutely love the layout of living room with separate bedroom. Makes you feel at home and the sofa is crazy comfortable!

Visited here for a convention...did not stay at hotel but convention service and breakfast was great!

People great, service exceptional. Room dirty (pile of dirt behind doorstop definite turnoff). Coffe pot in room didn't work. Prime rib grisly. Breakfast good. Coffee in atrium good. Check in and out fast. Shuttle to airport quick and efficient, friendly, but, again, dirty.

Great room, no room service but great pool and very clean rooms with everything but a microwave. Nice clean towels and bedsheets with a great view.

We stayed in a 2 room suite that comfortably slept 6 adults. The beds were very comfortable, including the fold out couch. Room was clean and had a nice size fridge and a small microwave. The free breakfast was amazing, busy, but amazing. They also had free happy hour in the evening that we were unable to attend.

The parking can be troublesome at times other than that the meeting rooms and ballroom are very nice.

I stay at this hotel about 1-2 times per year. It's convenient to the airport and all the rental car places. It's everything you expect from an Embassy Suites.

Hotel is very nice, but they are having a/c issues at the moment and my meeting rooms were very warm

Rooms were dirty, bathtub nasty, very loud noise when the toilet is flushed, not worth the money.

Cesar at the front desk made checking in extremely easy! The hotels rooms are great and the bonuses for staying here are awesome!

Rooms need to be updated...service is very good along with breakfast .

I have been coming here since 2008. The front desk person who thought it was ok to treat me this particular way has made me change my mind about this once fantastic hotel.
