It's an ok hotel. Staff isn't the friendliest or most knowledgeable. Rooms are small with oversized furniture.

I stayed for a few nights at this West Palm Beach Hotel. For what it is, I found it to be a great choice in every way. It is very convenient to the airport and car rentals, with easy access to the city. The corner room was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was definitely a cut above the usual hotel free breakfast - excellent custom cooked omelettes! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that is is not in a "scenic" location. Nevertheless, my view from the 14th floor was quite pleasant. I would stay here again.

Attended a conference. Hotel is dated. They kept plenty of coffee and tea stocked for us. Easy enough to get into and out of. Also close to the airport.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and did their job well but didn't really go out of their way to go above and beyond. Room was recently remodeled but seemed unfinished. Light switches didn't control anything, one light required two switches to be in at the same time and the shower wall was installed too close to the edge causing it to leak onto the floor at the door. Loved the two room layout with the bedroom in the back.

Room was ok. Rates were good. Problem was my car got broken into during the night and it took another guest to report it in the morning. No security to speak of and the repair man mentioned he s had many calls from this hotel to fix broken windows. Avoid.

Must be the best hotel in the area. Great happy hours and their own restaurant. The corner suite is exceptional.

4 Stars all the way. Rooms, Staff, Amenities, Restaurant are all of high quality. You won't go wrong with a stay here.

Knowing about the hospitality business I know these things happen but I hope their process for ensuring the room is 100% ready including mattress checks are strong a strong one. Not one to complain but at 3am I woke up itching all over and found 2 bed bugs in my bed. I was devastated. They offered us another room and to put all of our clothes into a bag where they wash it and send it back to us. The sink also fell apart and was hanging. We ended up driving home 4 hours away in the middle of the night and cut our trip short. The hotel refuned us for our room and they did what they could to help which I did appreciate. The staff was apologetic and helpful.

This was a wonderful experience, the pool is heated and the staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We enjoyed happy hour, give our best to the bartender, she deserves a raise.

I could never connect to the WiFi that they offer free for the guests, that is one, the other is, the room has a lot of clarity from very early morning and my idea was to rest, the third esq the hotel offers a happy hour for the guests and a girl who treated me did it badly

The hotel in general and the breakfast was very good. However during the check-in Christina Ayala was very rude. My family arrived around 5pm and the check-in was scheduled at 4pm . She said the we needed to wait and when I asked how much time, she was unable to answer clearly. After 20 mins or so, she called me to her desk and made me wait again, she never apologized and in general her treatment was rude and far from professional.

Rooms are nice. Free breakfast. Gym and pool and tennis courts.

Bar and restaurant closed, bagged breakfast, they could at least given some kind of price break.

I paid allot for this hotel. I did not know this was a confrence hotel. Guest we encountered were from another country and frankly were very rude. They had booked this hotel before and actually had signs for these people. To excuse their rudeness. This was just Weird. Breakfast was good cook to order could not of been better . Pool ok. Large tennis courts looked like u couldn't use them. Good views. Loud guest yelling from balcony. Close to airport. Dont think it is the greatest area. Some fast food not open late. We had a hard time finding resturants open late. Pizza. gas stations. Safety maybe not so great?? Not worth what i paid... To much chaos..... At this hotel..

This hotel has exceeded my expectations!!!! I called hotel when I landed and Hannah sent a shuttle right over!.....we checked in and 20 minutes later we received a complimentary Gourmet Strawberry tray with an orchid and anniversary card! Reception was awesome! Bartenders were nice, happy hour food ran out fast and bartender filled trays back up asap! Hannah is theeee best! Seriously, I came to her to thank her for the experience. I'm recommending everyone one I know and make sure to mention Hannah and her Stellar Service! I know it's hard dealing with cranky travelers but she handles it sooo well! Thank you Embassy suites and Hannah

Staff service and food was great...room colors were from the early 80's...a/c made a loud humming noise and shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Also, very few channels to choose from on cable. No bellboy either. Would not recommend.

Was very disappointed by our stay. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Rooms were old and tired. Hilton needs to take a closer look at this one. The shuttle driver was the only helpful person we met. Stay at their property across the street. It s brand new and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Night and day.

I had a corner room which was amazing! Great views on the 8th floor. The bed was very comfortable and it was very cozy. The separate room was great. Breakfast was amazing especially the courtesy of the omelette bar attendant!

I love the attention to detail , great service from the staff. I love it so much I stay here multiple times a month.

This place was a mess it had 6 and 7 year old baseball team throwing balls rolling around running through the bar area out of control it was not a good time

Probably won't stay there again. Stayed overnight for some "alone time" with my sweetie but instead I got an irritating nose all night sounded like a motor or generator that was very loud. And in the bathroom on the floor n the bathroom sink was going down super slow. I was going to stay 2 more days but ran after trying to telll the person at the front desk about it n because he could care less. I ran down to The Marriott in which I was happy. I wanted to go to city place n actual that was closer cleaner n the rooms were better by far

Location and breakfast served are all good, price is reasonable, but the room is not clean, relatively dirty. Bathroom shower is old and not good at all. Light in the room is not enough for reading.

My daughter stayed here before and after her wedding at the nearby Palm Beach Zoo. This hotel is beautiful and the staff is very warm and welcoming. The room was well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable.

A great place to stay when inside you don't realize it's not the hood you are truly in the staff was great breakfast was good. When we encounter a problem with or room the manager Mrs. Lewis was right on it to handle it personally.

An employee - John - came out to our car as I got out to check-in and unload. I thought he came out to help, but he actually came out to say that I had to move my car. I parked and walked our luggage and four children in over a few trips in and out. Meanwhile, I saw other cars unloading at the curb where I just attempted to do the same thing. When I asked at the desk about this, they said that John was new and didn't know any better. They seemed embarassed and took some money off of our bill (I didn't ask them to do this) but they never asked us if we needed help in or later on the way out. $400 gets you a decent suite in an okay hotel. The friendliest person in the place is the cook at the omelette station!

Check in was fast and easy. I did it through the phone app. Had to wait for a luggage carrier to arrive. They happily changed my room type to a 2 bed suite. Room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast is the best breakfast I have ever had. Shuttle service to the convention center was free.

The only bad thing is no night life. When we got back from our convention at 12:00 am there was no soul in sight. Bar closed super early and the restaurant is empty during lunch.

First off the front desk clerk was very rude while checking me in. The pool and jacuzzi is very dirty and full of insects the pool cleaner is still in the pool .and I had to go to the front desk and ask housekeeping to go and unlock the pool gate at 8:30, when it should have been open at 7:00 a.m. The refrigerator in my room didn't work. The sofa and the air in the room smelled awful.

I can not say anything but amazing things about this hotel and ALL of the staff that worked through hurricane Irma to provide us the best possible accommodations. Not only was everyone very friendly and professional they provided breakfast, lunch and dinner for free with a smile on their faces! Even when the lobby started leaking they did everything they could to make sure everyone was safe and well cared for. From the front desk staff to the managers and food staff not once did I hear a complaint or get an attitude... I'm so impressed with the amazing customer service and managers who were on top of everything during a sold out storm! It could have been a complete disaster but it was far from that and I'm so grateful!

Very nice room. Clean. Everything in it. Breakfast really good. Diner is nice and it's not coast a lot.... Will stay again.

My husband and I checked in November 10 for our anniversary. Everything was fine until one of the house keepers open the door to our room suite. It was two hours before check out. We notified the front desk. It was an unpleasant experience.

I was in town for a cancer conference and the staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely accommodating. The food served was excellent and the attentiveness of the team was amazing!

An extremely nice room and what more do I need to say, if Embassy Suites is not a five-star in your opinion, you must be spoiled already.

Nice remodeled rooms with digital key. Nice outdoor area too.

I had the blue crab cake, absolutely delicious and refreshing. The cake it's all crab meet with avocado perfect for a healthy meal since it's not fried.

Loved the "breakfast" buffet! The "chef's" omelette and special salsa was incredible. What a way to get my day started!

Lisa the shuttle driver was so prompt and sweet! Traveling on my own and she explained now is a dangerous time to travel via Uber as they are not vetted in Florida yet...So thank you for the safety tips...So accommodating and helpful for everything from restaurants, hotels, pick ups, drop offs and the airport. Worth the stay, just for her excellent service.

The weekend front desk staff were very hospitable and kind. The Monday evening front desk person was very rude and acted very inconvenienced by us when we asked for more toilet paper. Rooms are not being serviced, so naturally we had to go to the front desk to request toilet paper. The breakfast wasn't great. The rooms need updating. I think Covid is being used as an excuse to not provide necessary supplies and quality services.
