My wife son and I stayed Friday and Saturday night
09/20-9/22. We get all checked in and into the room. The first night I had to call down to the front desk two times to complain about the noise next door. They said they would take care of it. They would send security up the first time. The second time the lady her self said she would come up. This took about 30mins. After they quieted for may 10mins it started again so I went down stairs to complain. They told me the room would get a final warning. They should have had a final warning after the second time. After the room finally was told this at 12am midnight the front desk calls my room and wakes my wife, son and I up to let us know they had taken care of it and they would give a discount on the room. Was not to happy about getting called at 12am midnight saying you are going to give me a a discount. Tell me when I check out lot while trying to sleep. When we went to check out this morning from the hotel they seemed like it was no big deal. Said it should not have happened. We have been here before and have not had a issue before. Won't be back to this location even if it improves.
We drove from Greenville NC that is not that far from here to have a nice weekend just to get away to relax but instead had a not so pleasant time.
