Very disappointed in the customer service of this ...

Very disappointed in the customer service of this hotel, I accidentally booked the wrong embassy suites to be with family, switched to the correct one on reassurance I would be given my points back (74,000) on multiple occasions. Now 2 months have passed and this hotel will not return any of my phone calls and so far no points have returned to my account. The front desk manager Christina is who is supposed to be returning my calls and/or points... I have been let down by Hilton for sure... paid for 4 nights and only stayed 2. Never would have switched had I not been told they would give my points back.
