This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with spacious, clean rooms and helpful staff. The suite provided plenty of room for our kids to have their own place to sleep, play, and watch movies, especially the Disney Channel. The complimentary breakfast is absolutely delicious with high quality eggs, sausage, bacon and other items you would hope for in the morning. It gets a little busy around 8:30 though. They pool and gym are both high end and our kids loved playing in the water. Also, you can't beat the location, right next to CrabTree Mall. The only major issue was with the made to order omelet area at breakfast. We dropped off our order and then checked on it several times, with no luck. Finally, after 15 minutes, we found out the staff had not put in our order, because they hadn't verified our breakfast coupons when we placed the order. When I let the lady know there was nobody there to check our coupons at the time, she put our orders up to the front. Unfortunately, it looked like we weren't the only ones in that situation. When we finally received our omelets they were delicious though. The other negative was the SUPER loud air conditioner in our room. Every time it started up it sounded like a space shuttle was taking off and we'd have to crank up the volume on the TV to compensate. Other than that, small things like the bathroom being out of paper towels and the light/power outlet next to our bed being out of order were the only issues. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
