We always stayed at the embassy suites when visiting Raleigh but this stay I was very unhappy! The cleaning has gone down a lot, we found hair in the tub and on the bed! and bathroom wasn t cleaned properly.
I was just started to wake up around 8am I heard a knock on my door and after two knocks the door was open, I was in the bedroom so I jumped up and asked who is it and no one responded so I ran to the door only to see a Hispanic lady in the hotel uniform walking away real fast, so I called out to her and she did not acknowledge me but kept on walking
I immediately called the front desk to let them know what was doing on, the Guest services assured me that he was going to look into it and called back, but never did! That s where I have a problem the lack of communication and training for these employees housekeeping did not identify herself as a housekeeper and Guest services did not do their job!
