Our room smelled weird. I told the manager but no attempt was made to do anything. It smelled like the previous occupant had a cat or animal in the room. There was a convention there that weekend and it was extremely crowded. It's a nice place but don't think I'd choose to stay there next time.

This is a beautiful hotel. There were little things here and there that were inconvenient, like the fridge in room 530 that doesnt open.... But nothing as bothersome as breakfast not being on time. We chose this hotel specifically for the convience of not having to stop for breakfast with a 2 room group of 7, and couldnt even so much as get a drink before we left. Nothing was out, the morning clerk seemed to be inconvenienced to check on breakfast for us... And when she did, seemed unbothered that not one thing was out after 6:30.
I left a complaint about wanting to speak to someone and have yet to hear from anyone.
Spending an extra $35 dollars on coffee and morning drinks alone is unacceptable when you choose an Embassy.... Expeccially having to make extra stops with a group during a pandemic.

The room was filthy, dated and definitely overpriced. I could hear music from a nearby room pounding through the walls all night. Also. they charged my card $150 without notifying me. I now understand that this is a usual practice, but they could have explained that they would be charging my card even if there were no "incidentals". It took nearly a week for the funds to end up back in my account, which I think it ridiculous.

Guests were roaaming around the lobby, the elevator and the floors without masks although mask requirement was clearly posted. People were hanging around the front door blocking entrance and smoking without regard of the other guests. The room was bad and felt dirty. The breakfast server was wearing the mask on his jaw with nose and mouth uncovered. That caused us and some others not to eat breakfast. One of the people collecting towels was going around without a mask. The only saving grace of this hotel was the friendly nice smiley polite ladies serving drinks (water and coke) in the morning.

Lovely atrium. Staff was all very courteous and professional. The king sized bed and 6 pillows were fabulously comfortable! Curtains closed all the way so the room was completely dark. Our room had a microwave and fridge. All equipment in the room worked properly for. We enjoyed the managers reception each evening - free drinks and snacks: chips, salsa, popcorn, veggies and dip. And the breakfast included with our room was amazing! Everything from fruit and yogurt, pastries and toast to cereal and oatmeal as well as an impressive spread of eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, grits, and a made to order omelette station! While you re here, be sure to make the 4 minute drive over to The Whole Hog for some amazing BBQ.

Horrible, staffing is very short and the bathroom flooring is not appealing. Asked for a set of towels at 730 am none were available. (Which I understood because it was in the middle of shift change totally understand) Asked for towels at noon still no towels (housekeeping didn t want to give me towels even though they were on the cart ) I m a very patient person that s why I just ended up fixing the situation myself and buying my own. Bring your own everything if you decide to stay here. Not worth $300.00 . Update I wouldn t have post anything but for this facility to have an attitude about me asking for more towels while here for 3 days is beyond me.

So my son had a sleepover at @embassy suites 11301 financial centre prkway last night. They kept saying they were itching and they have bed bugs. We were in room 532. They refused to give me my money back and now I have contacted a lawyer. They claim that the engineer checked the room and didn't find anything but we have proof. They say tomorrow they will have pest control check the room and send me a report. I'm asking everyone to not get a room there. The room smelled like mold which I informed them of that. The hotel pool was closed which I was not informed until after they took my money. It doesn't stated that on the website. And the night staff was rude all the way from Melissa at the front desk, to security and the lady Abigail that's over food and beverage. They offered me only 10% off my stay and my son was ate up by the bugs. Will not stay here EVER AGAIN. THIS WAS THE WORST PARTY FOR MY SON.

Let me start by saying I am a Hilton Honors. My wife and I stayed at the hotel during the Memorial Day Holiday for two nights. Once we settled into our room, we ignored the warning signs i.e. hair in the sink, and soiled toilet rim. The day after checking out the hotel both my wife and I noticed that our body was covered in bumps that itched like nothing we had ever experienced. We got a severe case of BED BUG bites. Please stay away from this hotel.

I have been staying in Little Rock for the last month and a half, mainly at the Embassy Suites and the Home2. While I try and stay at the Embassy Suites due to the significantly better breakfast and general location, I have gotten very smoky rooms even though they are marked as non smoking (3 of the 4 rooms has been smoked in recently). The latest room even has a placard outside the door stating it is non smoking, but he's an ashtray in the room. The hotel has been booked out each time I go request a different room, so that means I get what is here. The bathrooms are also in disrepair, and the caulking around the bathtub has mold and the furniture is dated from the 90s at best. I will be working in Little Rock for the next few months, and this will be the last time I stay here.

Wont stay again. Room smelled like smoke. And old stingy. Killed 4 bugs in bathroom within first hour. They were "sold out" of other rooms. Very thin walls. Will not be staying again. I stay in 100+ hotels worldwide and this was top 3 for the year in worst I've stayed in. Staff was incredibly friendly but that's about all it had going for it

We had booked a non smoking room and when we showed up, they gave us a smoking room and insisted that this was there only room left. Couch in room also looked old and didnt look up to par with what you'd expect at a place like this.

First time staying here and we were very impressed. Nice room, exceptionally friendly service. The full breakfast and evening reception nightly were every week done. We will definitely stay again on our next trip through little rock

Staff was decent. Room was pretty clean but the bathroom smelled foul like old pipe water. Bed linens were ok but comforter was questionable and the pillows were not firm (didn't use either of those). Tub looked "iffy" and room overall was very dated.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating, but there is a serious mold issue going on at this hotel. I was with a group of ten people and half of us were sick by day 3. Several of us had to switch rooms. I heard renovations are happening by the end of this year, but I'd wait to book here until those renovations happen.

Friendly front desk & clean hotel. Room furniture needed updating. Main area of hotel was clean & updated. The manager's reception has a nice selection of snack foods- we especially enjoyed the veggie tray, along with the chips & salsa. The bartenders for the Manager's reception were friendly and made excellent drinks.

There was a huge dead cockroach when we walked into the room and in the second room they gave us there were two live ones hiding behind the couch. If you liked being laughed at for asking to switch rooms because you have cockroaches in them come and stay here.

This a great location compared to most Embassy Suites. The lobby is always clean and smells nice. Rooms could stand to be updated, though. - Corporate Hilton recently informed me that they have started updating the Embassy chain as of last year, doing a few at a time.

Visited the Embassy on my way through Little Rock with some friends. The hotel was under a MUCH needed renovation.. unfortunate to us! Not much care for our lungs was taken into account as the drywall dust or spray paint fumes lingering in the air made for a cool ambience. Alas the room provided no refuge from the awesome hallways smells but DID have an Hilton original scent.. mold!
We ended up switching rooms and were put up in a corner suite! Not sure the difference that made in the smell issue but hey, we are living large on the corner. Here is a photo of the table leg because of the amazing repair job!

Hot tub had been down since we arrived and doesn't look like they are fixing it. Washing and drying machines are down and they have no solution. They offer to drive to a laundry mat. I have never been so insulted in my life when you have a sold out facility and no solution to it. Worst embassy I have ever stayed at. Front desk are all so helpful though and courteous though.

Hotel and room appearance was decent for the the cost but not highly impressive. Pool is crowded gym is small. Paid extra $10 or $15 dollars just to park on the street outside of the hotel far from entrance or safety. Tv channels were limited.Complimentary services are a nice surprise and those were pretty impressive compared to other hotels in area.

Could have been vacuumed and wiped down better. The very least they could do, really. I found a kids arm float and several wrappers behind curtains. Overall good experience, clean and large breakfast fast service, and friendly staff.

If I could five it zero stars I would. I'm a super frequent traveler, I have stayed at nice And not so nice places. This one has all the things it needs to succeed, location, ammenties, parking, and freeway access. But all that could not get me past the entirely incompetent and uncaring staff... The entire lot of them. The breakfast was a disaster... Want bacon you have to stand in line and beg the cooks to give you a slice. Want eggs there is another line and more begging. Seating was closed off leaving standing room only for a total of about 50 guests. Had they opened up the rest of the seating there is plenty, but they would not. Pool was a mess, not a single towel. Rooms ( yes we asked for another on a different floor) have the distinct odor of cigarette smoke and mildew. If you decide to stay here hope your experience is better than mine.

Hotel could be very nice. Our room was clean but very dated. Had a double room, which had full size beds not queens. Matresses were very uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. The temperature in the room was hot and uncomfortable at night. It was set as low as it would go, but obviously does not work. The shower was old and crappy! In need of updates!!!!

2 things-

2 things-
1. Bad Parking area and neighborhood - I was on a business trip and my car got broken into along with 7-8 other guest's cars.
2. The rooms smelled like someone smoked in it. I changed to other room and still there was smell. 2 stars because the Manager was kind enough to change room 2nd time and it was better.

Checked in, room smelled like smoke even though it was a no smoking room, and then went to work meetings and dinner. Came back exhausted. Got dressed for bed, pulled back cover to tiny blood splatters on the sheets. Called and asked to change rooms. Told there weren't any others, but would send up someone to change the sheets. So, I redressed and pulled sheets off to discover a LARGE blood stain at the head of the mattress and on the dust ruffle. Young man came with sheets, saw additional blood and said he thought there was another room. He brought keys to the new room. At 11:00pm instead of sleeping, I'm moving rooms. The next morning I'm up early, go to make coffee with the in room pot, it is broken and coffee goes all over the cabinet. Fortunately, my phone was not ruined. The first night I slept ok, probably due to exhaustion. After the second day of meetings, I get in, set thermostat, go to bed but wake up later to discover the air doesn't cool. When I checked out I told the front desk and their answer was, we are being renovated on Monday. That really didn't help me. They said they couldn't refund my company for the nearly $300 spent on two horror-ible nights at their hotel. I have emailed and completed surveys. The most they are willing to offer is points on my honors program. Actually, not so sure I'll be using it much any more. :(

10:45 maid walks right in our room me without cloths. One tap then opens door instantly. Its not even check out. Guy at front desk doesn't care. I mean dang ask for a late check out they try and rush you out of room early. Id rather stay anywhere but hilton at this point.. this location the night shift and the morning shift have some special type of attitude. I mean when you have anything to say or request they treat you special. Like how dare you ask me anything

Generally speaking this is a really nice hotel. Very impressed with the room size and the lobby area was beautiful. The only thing that bothered me was that the bathroom was a little bit in disrepair. All the caulking had holes in it and it looked like it hadn't been maintained as well as the rest of the room. Very comfortable nights sleep though.

I was there seeking employment. I didn't visit above the first floor but the hotel is lovely. I entered through the working quarters and they were extremely clean and orderly. The overall feel of the place was excellent and the service provided to guests was fantastic.

We booked our room months ago for the marathon. When we arrived, there was something going on that has several young children in the pool and hot tub. We came down to the hot tub an hour later to discover it was broken. Management hoped it would be fixed on Saturday.

We voiced our concern about not having a hot tub, and the manager was willing to not charge us a late check out if we could find another hotel to transfer to. We were unsuccessful because rooms were booked at places with hot tubs in that area.

The next day we spoke to the manager and he discounted our stay in order to make up for our inconvenience. I had considered a lower rating, but, honestly, the staff and amenities were so wonderful, that even with this mishap, I would highly recommend this hotel. We can't control when things break, but he went above and beyond to make it right, and that is worth a lot in today's world.

Drinks, snacks, breakfast & bar services were all amazing. Staff was so friendly and helpful, including maid service. Very pleased!
