I didn't stay there this year, but was there for a convention. The staff was incredibly courteous. The facilities were kept clean despite heavy usage.

Breakfast is great. Have stayed for business two weeks and love it!! The breakfast cook is great and cheerful in the mornings. Service is great...Have yet to go to happy hour but heard great things....
Run down. Worst Embassy Suites we've stayed in. Under remodeling and not a moment too soon.
Always clean and well kept. Staff here is helpful when needed and leaves you alone when not needed.
Well, I reserved a specific room and they gave it to someone else. Hotel was extremely crowded with black teens-they finally got police involved and kicked them out(arrested a few), tv channels didn't work, checkout time was told to us by many people and they were all wrong (it was an hour earlier so their communication sucks!) just an awful time
Restaurant waitress was incompetent. Did not correct wrong orders and could not bring a correct whiskey straight... 20% tip was charged before I signed the ticket.
Should have ordered a pizza.
Great staff and awesome rooms. The comp snacks and drinks are a definite plus. Great time here.
Very nice hotel, is all Embassy Suites are. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because my wife got sick after we visited there. So sanitation may be an issue at this particular Hotel.
We were greeting guests arriving for a conference. All staff were friendly and courteous. Guests did keep asking where the trash was. I would expect a trash receptacle in the lobby. We did ask for an employee to refill water dispenser and he told us to ask anther employee. It would have been nice if he had offered to do that. Another staff offered us bottled water and granola bars.
They did not make the reservation as we were told they had done and when we got there to check in there was no reservation and no rooms available stayed on hold for 30 min waiting to make sure they did charge us but every person that came to the phone spoke less and less English. Not a happy customer
Very professional staff! Loved the atmosphere and everything about the hotel was clean and pretty. I can't wait for my next stay!
The room was not cleaned well and there is a moisture problem. Our room was so humid that everything feels damp. The ceiling in the bathroom shows evidence of mildew issues. After we all woke up with allergies flared, we also noticed the intake vent for the ac was so built up with dust that some of the vents were completely filled. It s a really cool looking hotel but the rooms are very outdated and in dire need of updates and repairs. We would not recommend this hotel and will be staying downtown on our next visit instead. Definitely not worth the price.
Everything was nice until the staff was being kinda racist
Well staffed, the food was good, conference rooms were comfortable and accessible.
Did not stay the night, was just a one day business event. I've attended several conferences here and the venue has been constantly good.
Breakfast was a not a good experience, there was only one person cooking omelets, not enough seating in the breakfast area, the need to open a conference room, this is the embassy not the waffle house. Rooms are very dated, parking lot does not have enough lighting, I drove down by myself and called the staff, and kept them on the phone while I got on the elevator
Customer support/service was not up to par. I received the wrong information, too much money was removed from my card and it took to long for it to be returned, in the meantime I couldn't get no one on the phone to answer my questions . I will never get a room from this hotel again. Very Inconvenient, time consuming and over priced rooms
My boyfriend's business had their Christmas party there and it was so nice to people were really nice
stay here if you can afford it. pricey but worth it
The breakfast was amazing. The room is nice;is a bit humid with the weather. The pool is small and so busy. I will try to wake up early if I actually want to swim.
The customer service was outstanding, the facility itself is in need of updates. We were very happy with our stay.
If I could give this hotel a negative 5 rating I would. I am so disappointed. We stayed there as a gift to my goddaughter so she and my daughter could swim in their heated pool and hangout. We reserved 2 rooms and both rooms were filthy and the ants were so bad that we had to move rooms. We went to the pool and it was something from a horror movie. The pool was packed past capacity and there was a maintenance guy pushing dirty water back into the already nasty pool. The hot tub had a nasty muddy ring around the inside and there were at least 12 kids in it. It was disgusting! The front desk was contacted and the police were called because the kids were unsupervised and extremely unruly! I will never be returning to the Embassy Suites LR and I will encourage my friends and family not to stay there either.
Very well maintained facilities. The staff were prompt and courteous. Beautiful lobby.
They are in the process of major renovation, but the staff was courteous.
I have stayed at many hotels. This had the best staff. The breakfast was wonderful as well. I enjoyed the cocktail time from 5:30-7:30.
This was a nice hotel. The only complaint I have is that the conference room I was in was warm. It could have been cooler.
Loved it. The guy that prepare the breakfast providing quality service.
Great location comfortable and clean rooms and great wmployees
Furniture a bit worn, but impeccable service...cleaning lady could do a bit better
Was there for a conference, as usual very cold meeting rooms.
this place is great. Complimentary breakfast, complimentary happy hour bar for guests. Highly recommend.
A friend and I had drinks at the bar inside the Little Rock location. The service was great and very professional.
We were both well taken care of, thanks Embassy.
Got there late. Had no reservation. Very polite staff. Beds were comfortable, wen though I have a sleep number. Pillows were so so. Breakfast was very good. A lot to choose from. Checking out was so easy just drop my key card in a drop box and walk out. No paperwork. Room had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. I'd stay again.
My stay was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, the room quite comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic.
Really great hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. Awesome breakfast, and the manager's special is very nice.
Very friendly but undergoing extensive remodel so check status before booking as lots not available or as attractive as normal.
My son had a room booked there for 10-9 and 10-2-2020. He had his truck broke into on 10-9 and last night when he and his wife came back to their room after attending a friends wedding and reception their room was broken into and their room was ransacked. They decided not to stay there that night and drove to my home to stay with us. They were charged $100 for room damage. Seriously? Worst hotel experience ever.
This is an older property, but the area where the hotel is located is in the financial district and it is a good bit nicer than outside Little Rock. Friendly hotel and friendly guests. Not entirely spic and span but overall good. Friendly people make up for it. Try to meet Darrell and Maria. They are excellent in the hospitality department!
I was at Embassy Suites for a training conference. The staff was friendly, organized, and very professional
I attended a conference at this hotel. Service and facilities were very nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful. All in all a good experience.
Was not put in the room we asked for. Was given a humidifier as a "this should be ok for you" the bartender was extremely rude to us. When we would text the number given to us at check in no one would respond to us. When we entered the room the night stand on the left as you entered the room had sugar on the surface. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom right by the bathtub and I took picture of it. I think the system of the swimming pool is a joke. You sign in to swim but only so many people can be in there. We stayed for 3 days and did not once get a chance to swim since it was always full. Also as we were leaving we were exiting the elevator to the upper parking garage my husband was pulling the cart off the elevator and it closed on his arm. Called immediately to tell them and they said they would shut it down and comp us our last night. They sent a maintenance man we watched him come out look around the parking garage and go back up. Then we started watching other costumers ce in and out of the elevator. So the deliberately lied to us. We have yet to receive our refund yet as well.for the amount of money I spent staying at the hotel I would have been treated much better at a cheaper hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I've stayed at hilton's before and they were always good to us. This hotel alone made us never wanna ce back to this particular brand of hotels.
Love this hotel. This particular stay, the front desk check in person was very rude.
Service was good, steak was ok. I hope my employer got their moneys worth
For one I asked for towels the whole time I was there never received ended up just going to buy my kids towels from walmart. There was a lightbulb missing and some of the workers just didn't care. Oh and God forbid you accidentally leave anything we were thither for a funeral my son left his wallet mind you he is 12 and his money was stolen and they dont care at all. Not ro mention the shoes that fit taken as well we will NEVER be back horrible service and horrible management
I stayed here for a work seminar and was very impressed. Beautiful hotel inside! Friendly staff. Nice bars in the lobby. The glass elevator scared me a little as we were on the top floor. The room was a suite with a great view overlooking the interstate. The bathroom could have used a little more cleaning, but overall it was a nice stay.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel however is showing it's age. The AC in my room is barely keeping up, colleagues of mine are also finding the same issue. As much as the room rate is, I wouldn't expect to find the hotel so dated and worn out. Shame.
This hotel was so beautiful. Big rooms, courteous staff and very clean.
Nice rooms but worst customer service I've ever dealt with. There's a parking garage that you have to pay $10 extra for when you check in, no big deal except they never bother to mention it to you so you get to stand in line twice after you figure it out for yourself. Also they give you tickets for a complimentary drink and your breakfast in the morning but again, completely neglect to mention this at check in. For $140 a night I expect a lot more. Oh yea, and the room had the faint odor of dog pee - always a nice touch.
Good room, very nice staff and nice made to order breakfast.
The event room did its job well, but the mimosas provided were hit and miss. Many were improperly made.
Terrible Room Service. Had to go downstairs ourselves to order and bring the food back up. Room was nice and cleaned.
Let me tell you a short quick story about room 926, I stayed there sometime ago..... but nobody told me that room was going to be haunted. As my wife was getting out of the shower something grabbed a hold of her right butt cheek. Thinking nothing of it she brushed it off. She didn t tell me about this until later during our stay the TV would randomly come on and off, we even woke up in the middle the night with our blankets on the floor. Regardless we love haunted stuff just wish we would ve saw something.
Elegant appearance of the common areas and bar area. Relaxed place to grab a drink after work.
It was a very nice place. The people there were nice and respectful. Also the rooms were nice and clean. They bathrooms were clean, and the breakfast was good.
Very dirty, non smoking smells like smoking, old furniture, motel 6 is more cleaner. Would not recommend.
I ve stayed in a lot of embassy suites and this was the worst one by far. Few of the incidents:
1) first room was a smoking room. Had to go ask for a new room
2) base floor of the parking garage being used for storage. Which generally is okay, except that the elevator still accesses this floor but once you are on the floor, the elevator is disabled for the room card. Consequence is if you go to the basement you are locked out of the elevator. I had to walk around back to the upper level.
3) breakfast was not good. And not because of lack of variety. Everything was over cooked.
4) room had a single creamer for 2 portions of coffee
I think all of these things individually are forgivable but combined it just feels like nobody is trying at this hotel. I m giving 2 stars because while the experience was bad, the staff was very friendly at every step.
Do better ES!
Love evening cocktail hour and made to order breakfast!
Very disappointing. Called and asked specifically to see if it had a heated indoor pool and hot tub and they said yes. Come to find out after we all settled in to our room that it was broken. They could have told us that over the phone so More
Wont stay again. Room smelled like smoke. And old stingy. Killed 4 bugs in bathroom within first hour. They were "sold out" of other rooms. Very thin walls. Will not be staying again. I stay in 100+ hotels worldwide and this was top 3 for the year in worst I've stayed in. Staff was incredibly friendly but that's about all it had going for it
The room was nice and the employees were very nice..
