Only went into the lobby while waiting for a client, but it is gorgeous. There is a small pond inside with goldfish swimming within, and a small bridge to walk over to get to the bar and restaurant. Very clean and attractive.

The room was horrible, couch had a hole in it and slumped down when you sat on it, the window curtains had holes in it as well, the carpet had burned marks on it and the bathroom curtain shower rod had mildew all around it, the bedding was very cheap and looked as if it was just thrown together whoever made it up.The furniture was so tacky and scratched all up. I was very disappointed with the money I spent staying here and that I had recommended it to my traveling guests as well. I was going by the reputation of most Embassy Suites when I choose this hotel, they should tell you when booking your stay at this hotel that it is in very bad shape and going through renovations as well so as to warn you before you get there as what to expect or maybe choose to stay elsewhere. They really should have closed that hotel down as that would have been the most considerate thing for their guests until they are completely through with their entire renovations. The staff overall was very nice and when you mention or complain about the hotel , they all had the same script we are going through renovations my apologies come back in November/ December we will be totally renovated. I feel as Embassy s corporation cared more about the financial aspects than their guests inconvenience and their reputation when they made the unwise choice to keep this hotel open in the bad shape it is in and while going through renovation.

The breakfast and happy hour drinks are literally the ONLY reason to stay at this particular Embassy Suites. The room I am currently sitting in has stains on the carpet, dirty looking furniture, and is in bad need of a remodel. The rates are concrete, but you get a 15 dollar breakfast, so no significant complaints here. Just understand that not all Embassy Suites are created equal. The Little Rock one just so happens to have fallen off considerably.

Driving from Memphis to Dallas, we stopped off and spent the night here. The location and area are nice and the people were very hospitable. The free morning breakfast was very nice and the omelet was made perfectly.
We would definitely stay here again.

While the service personnel are super duper friend...

While the service personnel are super duper friendly at the front desk area & the food was amazing...that's about where my compliments end. My husband wanted to surprise me for the night we were in town so he paid extra to have the romance package added to the overly priced one-night stay cost. (Sweet, right?!) Not only was the surprise NOT ready upon arrival, but the maid showed up with it while I was there! Surprise ruined. THEN, instead of the chocolate covered strawberries that he paid for, they gave us chocolate covered red apples (saying they were out of strawberries) Disgusting & I don't eat apples. THEN, instead of whip cream they gave us a slab of feta cheese (!) to dip the apples in. Gross. (Did I mention there were strawberries on the buffet the next morning at breakfast?) THEN the free movie that he also paid for as part of the package? The movie channel was down...we couldn't watch tv. They only reimbursed us after my husband called to complain & raised his voice. When we told the front desk staff the next morning, they gave us 2 bags of Skittles and said they'd give us "points" for another stay....but we aren't members so the points mean nothing to us.
The free wi-fi was out during our stay. There weren't doggie bags in the container out back for us (I always bring my own though) and there weren't working lights in the pet area outside, it was a little scary to be out there in the evening. The toilet also had plumbing problems and there wasn't hot water for a shower. Also, we only stayed here because their site says they are located less than a mile to the Verizon Arena where we were going that evening for a concert. We planned on walking....until we checked in only to find out that the hotel is 10 MILES from the arena!!! They have their own taxi service....$50 round trip!!!! No thank you, so we were stuck driving to the arena and paying for parking, after already paying for hotel parking!!
The dogs loved it though, and it's a very pretty hotel. Would possible stay again, but not likely.

Not a lot wrong here that won't be fixed by a general refurbishment, which has been about three months from starting for a year or so. Breakfast is the same as at every other Embassy Suites in the South, and that's hard to beat for a complementary breakfast buffet.
Evening snacks usually leave a bit to be desired, but that may be because I'm usually at this location on Saturday night

Visited the Embassy on my way through Little Rock ...

Visited the Embassy on my way through Little Rock with some friends. The hotel was under a MUCH needed renovation.. unfortunate to us! Not much care for our lungs was taken into account as the drywall dust or spray paint fumes lingering in the air made for a cool ambience. Alas the room provided no refuge from the awesome hallways smells but DID have an Hilton original scent.. mold!
We ended up switching rooms and were put up in a corner suite! Not sure the difference that made in the smell issue but hey, we are living large on the corner. Here is a photo of the table leg because of the amazing repair job!

Pet friendly. Great housekeeping staff. Normal Hilton breakfast/free drinks at evening reception. Hotel is pretty, but room did show quite a bit of wear in multiple places. Pool is nice, but was really cold. Parking in garage is only $5 a day though website says $10.

Went to Embassy Suites for a professional, catered event. Was a wonderful time. Professionally handled and seemed to go off without any problems. The food as amazing and was warm, could have been a bit more hot.

I stayed here recently while visiting Little Rock and really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. While the shower/tub was clean it had definitely seen a LOT of use and had signs of wear. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had plenty of options for variety during my weekend stay. The pool here is top notch! A heated indoor pool and hot tub was such a nice treat. The pool area also houses a sauna and workout room. I would stay here again when visiting Little Rock.

Location is very good because it's very close to stores like best buy, target, and fast food. Rooms are very original to any other Embassy suite with two tv's a table etc. Service very nice when you need anything they have it for you like toiletries. Overall great hotel but not perfect.

Good food and great breakfast staff. Front desk not particularly helpful in past situations, leading me to direct about 30k in rooms (over a 3 month period) to another hotel. Rooms dated, not always super clean (bed is fine). I only stayed here this time because I get a rebate on my credit card. My team and myself stay instead at the HGI around the corner now because of the issues we have had at this hotel.

Clean rooms nice breakfast and evening happy hour and lots of good eating options in the area. The staff are friendly. I didn't have any problems during my stay. I would recommend this hotel if it's convenient to where you need to be in Little Rock.

Very beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to the large suite even when we had booked at last minute.

Huge breakfast place and large menu.
It does get crowded though at breakfast.

Nice view from the top.

Always good room and staff. Breakfast was sub par for a change. Only one staff for cooking breakfast requests, so very long line and slow service. Rest of the buffet was very sparse and slow to be restocked.

This hotel is pretty nice. It looks and feels upscale (even if decor is a little dated). The 2 room suites are spacious. The beds and pillows are super comfy. The shower pressure, though, is lacking. Hot complimentary breakfast was yummy, especially the inlet bar. We're also here for a marriage conference, which was a great! The staff was off the hotel was very kind and helpful with some noisy neighbors.

Terrible, disgustingly filthy, very old and stained furniture, carpets were horrific. Fleas and bugs in both rooms I was moved into. This was a business trip and the company I work for booked our rooms. I guess they didn't see the reviews on this place.
DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE...unless filth is not a problem for you. If I could post this review without giving one star I would.

Ice cold pool. Ice. Cold. Children wailing and scurrying out as quickly as possible. The gnashing of teeth of parents. Send the polar bears here; I've found their new promised Land.

First stay at this hotel. Nice facility. There was an emergency that impacted all guests to evacuate. Staff handled it well and were prepared. Guest safety was clearly first. Management adjusted charges for stay for the inconvenience. Class act all around.

Staff was friendly and accommodating but the rooms were old, dirty, and had a stale cigarette odor. The first room they assigned for me had not been cleaned, bathroom had ants walking on the toilet seat, which was obviously dirty. The mattress was also stained. The staff changed my room without delay, but the second room was just as dirty! I walked to the Wal-Mart down the street, bought cleaning products, gloves, and scrubbed the room myself. Toilet seat in the second room had dried waste in the crevaces. Absolutely disgusting. The shower was thick with soap scum.

The shame is this could be a really good hotel. It had nice amenities, friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast and snacks, and spacious rooms with mini bars, fridges, and microwaves. But they have to renovate the rooms, not allow smoking, and actually clean the rooms. Really, really, really clean the rooms.

I often drive Michigan to Texas and this Embassy Suites in Little Rock is a favorite stop. A clean and attractive space greets us each time and the breakfast is the best among any other hotel chain. The pool is a nice place to stretch out plus there's a sauna and a hot tub. The beds are clean and fresh.

But what really sets this location apart is the people. Exceptionally friendly and professional. Not only the front desk but also the breakfast assistants, custodians and security personnel. Each one seems like they enjoy being there and making sure we have a great stay. See you again!

We have stayed here a few times in the past and this place has really gone down hill. Way over priced for what you get. Breakfast barely edible plus they only checked the breakfast servers once every 30 minutes. Won't be back.

Guests were roaaming around the lobby, the elevator and the floors without masks although mask requirement was clearly posted. People were hanging around the front door blocking entrance and smoking without regard of the other guests. The room was bad and felt dirty. The breakfast server was wearing the mask on his jaw with nose and mouth uncovered. That caused us and some others not to eat breakfast. One of the people collecting towels was going around without a mask. The only saving grace of this hotel was the friendly nice smiley polite ladies serving drinks (water and coke) in the morning.

first room they gave us was a handicapped room and my husband is 6 5 . The second room was next to a room filled with guest that were partying. The elevators reeked of smoked and marijuana. The bathrooms in the lobby were filthy and not cleaned as early as 9am that morning. The front desk staff were engaged in customer care AND had employees that were not front desk reps hanging out. This was not a well maintained Embassy suites from a management standpoint. At one point in time , it also looked as if one of the employees had her entire family of kids eating at the breakfast buffet. They were playing at the drink fountain until she had to gain better control of their behavior. Our second room also had a roach on the tub. Needless to say , we won t be going back to this establishment. We frequent the Marriott and/ or Embassy suites. The Little Rock location is in need of a bit of help and better management

We are leaving. Our first room was pungent with cat pee smell with stains and crumbs all over the carpet and our second looked like someone left half their weave on the floor. They definitely do not vacuum the rooms afterwards. Seriously disgusting
