The schedule indicates that today is open but closed at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. That's right, the open store that can give benefits
More modern It also has its charm with the central square
CCCB is one of my favorites places in BCN, you can find interesting art exhibitions of contemporary films, photography and art in general. Researching, compilation, video library. Their bookstore is amazing, you can buy all kind of titles and subjects.
Cccb edits their own exhibition catalogs. One of the best was the Metamorphosis, an exhibition that establishes a dialogue between the four masters of animated films: Ladislas Starewitch, Jan vankmajer and the Quay brothers...
Very professional modern art museum with a first-class curatorial level!
A museum where you can attend more than exhibitions.
Reference exhibitions in the city of Barcelona. It is usually worthwhile but it depends a lot on the exhibition. Do not miss the downtown, where you can see real gems of cinema.
What else can be said about the CCCB? Its exhibition programming is excellent and encompasses the interests of a diverse audience. Cinema, games, environment, contemporary artists. A space to always visit, in the center of the city and in a multicultural neighborhood
Temporary exhibitions that are worth it. Free on Sundays from 3pm.
As always, the CCCB surpasses year after year in its exhibitions. Highly recommended to immerse yourself in the world of cinema and, more specifically, in the work and the person who was Stanley Kubrick. I like to visit her.
A very good cultural center, I went to see Stanley Kubrick's exhibition and I liked it very much, the venue very successful, great.
Both exhibitions available at the time of our visit were really great: quantum and feminism. However both were too long, they felt very exhausting. The subjects were really good and well executed. The detail was great in both. This is a great museum and I would recommend visiting it if you are interested in the exhibitions.
Architecturally spectacular. The exhibits very good. The only thing, a little messy and not too friendly.
Looks nice on the outside, seems a bit abandoned, there were just a few people inside. 30 per ticket - bit pricey
The selected films are very good. The unbeatable atmosphere. I will be back every year for the film festival.
The building and the exhibition are good. Some of the nearby ones shed light on the fertilized sword woman alone.
One of the best places you can get lost in Barcelona. Culture and more culture. And a beautiful patio.
a very beautiful project that has changed a piece of the city. very intelligent operation, often high level exhibitions.
It's fantastic, everything that is done here is a guaranteed hit.
A racetrack of art that flees vulgarity. Always at the forefront
I went to see the Gameplay exhibition and I really liked it. I had a Game Boy. What memories !!! Hehe
Local good, regular food. Provolone with dry tomato with cheese too hard, like a chewing gum. Montadito with a lot of bread and poor content quality.
From time to time he has to go. In this case the exhibition dedicated to Stanley Kubric is unforgettable!
I went to the quantum exhibition and I think it's very well thought out so that everyone can enjoy it!
Interesting Kubrick exhibition divided after all his films. Each with sketches, photos, letters, props and film clips.
The rooms dedicated to the exhibitions are excellent and always have a super interesting proposal of art, photography, culture and events
It is a place where you can do an interview because it is a place that has a great space to feel good.
An edifice with indispensable modern architecture. They make very interesting exhibitions in general.
We have only gone to see the exhibition 'Gameplay'. It looks quite complete. I did not know that in the 70s there were already consoles! But if you want to see and enjoy it better not go with children. They just want to try the games that are made available to the public.
Interesting, would have appreciated advice that the feminist exhibit was definitely not appropriate for children under 16, the sold us the kids' tickets nonetheless.
Yesterday I visited the World Press Photo exhibition with the guidance of the Photographic Social Vision guide and the experience is fantastic. It is highly recommended to go through the different works and themes with the comments that allow you to understand the context of the images.
Visits are Wednesday and Friday.
I really liked Quantum I recommend it will surprise you there are many things to interact and everything very well explained, relaxed atmosphere.
It is a very nice building with many cultural things.
Very friendly staff.
My favorite exhibition center in Barcelona. The best exhibitions, interesting activities and an ideal space
A cultural space to enjoy. Good spaces for conferences
It never disappoints. Always good exhibits. Highly recommended.
very good exhibits!
Museums should always be free!
A heart of the city that beats strongly. Contemporary culture of all branches. Great.
Magnificent Expo of Feminisms. I recommend 3 hours to visit it calmly.
Hard to imagine a better place!
Fantastic exhibitions and international and extremely relevant cultural reviews on contemporaneity.
Nice space and some amazing exhibitions - "After the end of the world" and the Kubrick epos were my favourite 2 so far
See the world and art ...? There is a place in Barcelona that everyone who needs to visit in this amazing city should visit ... Find out the abode of three worlds": creativity, science and society ... - invites this center. For the first time, he invited everyone to join him, in February 1994. Thanks to architects Helio Pignon and Albert Viaplan (they awarded the significant Barcelona Prize for their project), part of the old building of the House of Mercy (or a benevolence - and so on ...) was transformed and attracted attention ... The broken mirror facade (a glass building and steel) is impressive .. And yet, a viewing platform, many consider the main one in the capital of Catalonia ...
We have seen the exhibition "Inventing Africa" and "Ramon Llull". Both curated super and presented super. Very interesting. The entrance fee is completely ok.
Art is not only inside the Museum but also in the streets of the city.
Karma Artist is a sample.
Urban and revolutionary art, nothing better for a society that tries to find the best of itself in everything that surrounds it.
A place that promotes culture and art. Affordable. It offers very diverse and very interesting events and exhibitions!
Festival of contrasts, both architecture and humanity
When to see the exhibition "After the end of the world". Fenomenal. Contemporary art that crosses with sustainability. Interactive, well crafted, easy to follow and interesting. Loved it.
Whenever I can and I find out that there is a new exhibition, I will see it since I never leave disappointed.
Very good place. The Quantica exhibition very interesting.
I loved it. Very cool the museum, I've seen the exhibition of the film director who made Spartacus and many other movies. I liked it a lot. Upload photos
I loved visiting here! Can be a little more crowded during sunday afternoons (free admission) but still a fresh and big area
The Center hosts many very interesting exhibitions throughout the year. It also allows you to become a member of "the Friends of the CCCB" with discounts and free tickets. Regardless of what the exhibits are, the site itself, architecturally speaking, is amazing.
Good temporary expos, no permanent collection, nice facilities and lots of space.
